I do not recommend this place to anyone.I would give negative stars if I could.I brought my IPhone 6 in on Mon 1/1.It was working when I went to bed &when I woke up it wouldnt turn back on.The guy there asks me if I dropped it or got it wet,I say no because I didnt.So he charged me the $20 diagnostic &said my phone would be done the next day @ noon &they would call me. 1/2 comes& it is 3 pm &I have not received any calls so I call & ask..The guy tells me they havent gotten to my phone yet &to come by in 2 hours. I go to the store 2 hours later &my phone still isnt ready.He goes to the back & I can hear him arguing with someone else who says give me another hour &stop asking.He comes back &says come back in 1 hour.I work very close by& live further away so I tell him I will come back the next day after work. Later that night he calls & tells me that there is a problem with the motherboard & it needs to be sent out to be fixed & it will cost me $10.I originally say no but then change my mind & agree.Well he tells me it will be back in 3-4 days & when it comes back they will see if it is fixed or not.That is a Tues night so I think they will send it out Wed & get it back 4 days later on Sat right? Wrong. I received no calls so I call him on Sun 1/7 for an update.He says that they havent received my phone & they will get it tmrrow & he will call me.Im a little frustrated but say ok because mail doesnt come on Sundays so that is understandable. 1/8 Mon comes around & it is around 3pm-4pm & I have not received a call & since I work close by & get out of work @ 5 I called to get an update.He tells me he hasnt received the phone & it will come in a couple days & he will call me when it comes in. Im getting more frustrated now since he keeps changing his story, but I say ok. 1/10 I still have not received any calls so I call again &ask if he has received my phone. He tells me that it is taking a while because of the water damage,I say "wait, water damage?My phone doesnt have water damage" he says "oops wrong paper ,let me get the right one" (wtf??) then he tells me that the person he sent it to is still working on the phone (how?I thought it was being sent back??) & that it doesnt work yet & that it will take a couple more days to fix it. So I tell him no thanks since you obviously dont know how to fix it I want my phone back (imagine paying for your phone service but you arent even using it because someone is "fixing" it, what a waste of money!) he says ok well it will take a couple days to get sent to him. I repeat myself &say "no I want my phone back since you cant even fix it I need my SIM card to get a new phone" he offers to give me my SIM card back but keep the phone to work on longer,but I dont accept.I ask when I will get the phone & he says "the day after" I ask "the day after what?" & he says again "the day after."So I ask again "the day after what? Today? Tmrrow?" He says I will get it back Fri or Sat.We end the call &Im pretty pissed off by this point. I call back again to ask if I can get my SIM card right then (to buy a temp phone),a lady answers & says she will have to call me back because she is busy.I tell her she cant because Im using my work phone &will be leaving in a few mins but she insists & hangs up.So I just go down there myself since I work close by. When I get there ( a few mins later) I ask about my SIM card & she very rudely tells me she told me she would call me back but I didnt answer.I tell her "I know, I told you I wouldnt be able to answer"& she again very rudely says I tried to call you but you didnt answer to tell you that you can have your SIM card tmrrow &she has me talk to the guy Ive been talking to.He tells me I will have my phone tmrrow & the SIM card. I say "so I will have it tmrrow?" & he said "yes, yes, tmrrow...most likely" I ask "tmrrow or tmrrow most likely?" He says again "tmrrow...most likely" I ask AGAIN"which is it? Tmrrow or tmrrow most likely?"He says "tmrrow you will have it, as soon as I get it in my hands I will call you" so I end the convo & leave. 1/11 I finally get my phone back. They took off my glass privacy screen protector (which I paid $18 for btw) & he refused to replace it. He said they had to take it off but they never disclosed that theyd have to when I gave them the phone. He also had the nerve to tell me I didnt give them enough time to fix it.I guess 10 days wasnt enough?? He even claims to have called me & updated me daily, which is a blatant lie since he only called me 1 time.He has given me the run around from day one. I wish I could go back in time & save myself $20 (+ more for paying a phone service & not being able to use it &from my screen protector!!) & a major headache.I was really patient with them& they took advantage of that & obviously dont know what they are doing.Im very dissatisfied & upset.Also I have put a picture of my receipt since from viewing his reply to other negative reviews is to accuse them of being liars & fakes. read more

1. They upped the price to fix the screen once i got in the store due to them needing to use a "different screen" 2. They couldn't even fix my phone with this "different screen" they are charging me extra for. 3. My phone was returned to me in severely worse condition than I gave it to the technician in. 4. They blame the customer and are very combative in responding (as im sure they will be with me) How a company responds to a unfavorable reviews is a tale tale sign of the service you can expect to recieve in the future if you take your business there... At the end of the day any one of us could have had a bad experience. How the company handles that experience is what makes all the difference. So, I called the store before I went down there to see if they were able to fix my phone's type which was an LG Stylo 2 he said yes and that it would cost $89 so I went down there but when I gave him the phone he said that I actually had an LG Stylo 2 plus and it will cost me $99 to fix instead. I was a little bit frustrated but I went ahead and agreed to pay the extra $10. The technician took my phone in the back for about 30 minutes and then came out and stated that there was no way for him to fix my phone because the manufacturer sent them the wrong screen. He stated that they thought they ordered screens for LG Stylo 2 plus, but it wasnt fitting and he couldn't fix ir because they dont have the screen i need. But that wasnt even the worst part! He gave me my phone back in a severely worce condition than i gave it to him in. My phone was missing the top and bottom glass exposing the metal. The screen and the phone have a big gap on the side like it wont pop into place and the light shines through and it seems my camer or flash is missing from the phone. Its a hole where the camera should be. Ill be honest, i complained about the condition of my phone as soon as saw it. They stated that they had to take my phone apart to try and fit the screen on and since it didnt fit they salvaged what they could of the screen. He said they can have the right screen mailed in by monday or tuesday and i could come back to fix it then but i would have tobput down $25 as a deposit to order the part!!! By now ive lost faith and honestly couldn't risk going the weekend without my phone. I told him i would not be returning because of the condition my phone was now in and i didnt feel comfortable leaving a deposit. I asked him what i was supposed to do now?!? It would cost me way more to fix a phone in this condition. He aregued no that wasnt true and that i coukd just amcome back Monday or Tueday. Just as I started to leave he said "thats what happens when you to to a small shop to get your phone fixed". I feel very appalled. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! read more

I have had very good luck with Xclusif. I have a Galaxy S4. I would plug the phone in to charge it but nothing happened. They tested it and found a problem with the micro-USB charging port, which they replaced. Everything works fine now. They're very courteous and explain everything, you feel like your phone is in safe hands. They could really use a bigger space. The shop is a little cramped but has a warm family atmosphere. Since I can't delete my old review, which was good, I will be revising it. I got my phone screen repaired here a month a go, which I initially thought they did a good job. However, they added a screen protector which caused the phone to malfunction, the phone was not selecting what I wanted, cliching and selecting things on its own. So I took the screen protector off and started to work a little better. However, their quality is soo bad that the phone cracked, worse, it ripped while it was in my purse! I was told by another repair shop this would happen if I got my phone fixed here, because most places use cheap phone screens and not the manufacturers phone screen, especially with iphones. Now I have to pay double to get someone else to fix it with a better quality screen. What you pay is what you get. I have not yet gone to get my phone fixed and a competitor did not ask me to write this as the owner of this company stated. read more

Ok so I got my glass on my Iphone 5s fixed at a different store like two weeks ago and yesterday at a concert at UCR, it got trampled by a thousand people and it was unresponsive so I brought it in to Xclusif Cell, even though, the place is located in a sketchy part of town, the prices are not sketchy at all. It was so cheap that I even bought a case to go along with it. The technician said one hour and I came back in an hour and he was done. My phone literally looked brand new again. Singh was amazing and I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends. They are also one of very few Iphone repair stores open on Sundays, which was a great plus for me (and anyone else) who just doesn't have time on weekdays.
