SKETCHY. RUDE. SHADY. UNPROFESSIONAL. OVERPRICED. NON GENUINE PARTS. Came here to get a new battery for two phones and when I checked the battery percentage it said "non genuine apple battery" which I've never seen. This is a problem because I will be reselling these phones. But the worker was telling me I just needed to "update the phone" which is a complete lie which i'm sure he was aware of and just wanted to get me to pay and leave. Then he ripped off the old screen protectors and tried to charge me $20 for two screen protectors BEFORE TELLING ME THEY WOULD BE EXTRA. I was not happy with the "non genuine apple part" alert and told him I wasn't happy and he proceeded to mislead and tell me i just needed to update the phone/showed me youtube videos from 5 years ago telling me "this happens all the time and is completely normal." I'm selling these phones and this will obviously lower the price and he tells me to just show the buyers the receipt lol. He even told me my battery was the original one and any other replacement battery would show that alert. Again, NOT TRUE AND A COMPLETE LIE because I've changed the battery before at another shop and this was not an issue then. After all this and raising a huge stink, the worker then tells me I'm judging him(?) by asking them to put the old batteries back. Wow. It was at this point where his coworker stepped in and started to handle the situation because his coworker clearly did not know what to do and just resorted to getting defensive. I had to tell him the only thing i'm judging is their quality of work which I'm not happy about because I'm paying for it. At this point I realized there's nothing I can do and they didn't want to help me or make things right so I decided to just get my things and never come back. In the end, THEY DID NOT WANT TO PUT BACK THE OLD BATTERIES, EVEN AFTER HIS COWORKER SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE. To top it off he offered me the old batteries AFTER I PAID. The absolute gall. Original price was $220 but the coworker then said just $150. Then the original rude worker started to charge me $164!!! Again, I had to say something and only then did his other coworker charge me $150. Absolutely NOT worth it. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WILL FOREVER TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Not to mention the worker told me 30 minutes. Then after he said he was finished (after 35 minutes) I walked over and was standing there for 10 minutes while he was still working on the phone while eating laughing and talking on his phone. read more

So I was at the mall looking for a tie, which I found. Saw a huge banner hanging over me as I waited for my wife and daughter. I remembered that I've been needing to get my back camera and LED light on iPhone 8 fixed, so I called the number and asked if it was possible. I took 2 phones to get a screen replacement. They charged me more supposedly because they were using OEM products next day the first phone went out than I went back and they said the warranty was not good because I had dropped the phone which was a lie. 2 days later the second phone went out also and when I took it to get repaired somewhere else they gave me back the old screens and they aren't original. They changed the back screen on my iPhone 13 but that broke the lock button. I did not notice until I left the store. I called them to ask if they can fix it and they said yes then they fixed it and another button stopped working so they ordered another cable and they fixed that too! Do not recommend you go here. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, i went into iRepair at Tyler to get the back glass replaced since it was broken. I waited two hours for the repair when I got my phone back it looked fine so I payed. Soon as I left I put a brand new case and screen protector I had gotten for when I fixed my phone. Not even a week goes by before I notice the replacement back screen is cracked pretty bad. Once I felt the back, the glass seemed so flimsy and cheap. I do want to note that during that week the phone was fixed I never dropped it or misplaced it. I was actually very careful with it because when it was broken I was bummed out about it, so I didn't want it to happen again. Since it happen so soon from the repair I assumed they would replace it. Specially since on their website is shows a 90 day warranty with every repair. So I called and explained what happen and that it's only been one week since I got it fixed and it seemed like the guy didn't even want to hear me out he just kept saying there's nothing he can do but to charge me again. I insisted that I just got it fixed it's only been a week but he started getting rude with me saying to bring it in if I want to pay to fix it or else there's nothing they can do. He told me there is no warranty on repairs when it clearly states that on their website. Like I said I do not recommend you come here for your repairs. Initially the guy was friendly, seemed experienced and trustworthy but that all changed once they took my money. After I paid, he gave me my phone back (face down). The new back screen looks great! The problem is that the phone is completely nonfunctional. The screen is black, won't turn on, is as useful as shiny paperweight. He explains that even though the phone quit working as a result of the repair, they are not liable. He repeatedly said that it wasn't his fault. Then he asked us to come back because he wanted to open it back up up to find out what's wrong. When we returned he said it's still not working and that I need to pay Apple to do the job correctly and fixed the collateral damage he caused. Then he didn't like that I was upset about being given a nonfunctional phone, he tried to silence me repeatedly then threatened that he would call security. I left there and went to several repair shops and they all needed to order the part. I need a phone ASAP for work so had to go to AT&T to replace it. read more

Terrible customer service and PRODUCT! I brought my phone on Monday to have the screen replaced and pulled in out of my bag on Friday and my screen was cracked. The phone was not even dropped. They refuse to correct the issue of providing me with an incompetent replacement. Their " warranty" coverage refers to them messing up the job from the get go- that is not a warranty that's called normal service. Their "warranty" does not cover their faulty product. Please do not come here. I came here to get the crack on the back of my phone fixed. The total was $212 and I noticed that my back camera lens had white dots all over it. Took it right back and they said it was the lens and would take 10 minutes. They "fixed" it and when I opened the camera app again it was still just as blurry. Took it right back again and they said they have to order the part because it was their laser that messed up my camera. They took down my name and number. 2 days later I went back because I had no update and to ask for half of a refund because although they fixed the back of my phone they still created more damage to the phone. I called the owner Sam and he told me my best option was Apple. He only gave me a 25% refund which was $53 and said if he gave it to me I couldn't say anything bad or write this review. Yesterday I took my phone to Apple like he suggested and it is not the lens to my camera but it is my whole camera system. The damage is not repairable and I have to get a new phone. After I found this news out at Apple I called the owner to tell him that the damage he created is non repairable and that I would like my whole refund. He told me that he isn't liable for the damage he caused. That if I wanted a whole refund I would need to take back my phone so they could remove the back of my phone since it is theirs. So please do not come here. It is very shady, the owner didn't want me to write a review and basically gave me hush money. UPDATE: 8/22/22 When I originally took my phone to get fixed I bought a screen protector and a $25 protective case. I have not dropped my phone and the back is already cracked straight across. I took my phone case off to look at it and another line cracked straight down. It sounds like I can just snap the back of my phone in half. Dont waste your time. Store is a joke, arrogant and ignorant. Took phone for battery replacement. All else was working perfectly before fixes. Got phone back with an intermittently working screen and a missing screw on bottom of phone. Jared the manager repaired it. Requested they fix. Jared manager said that it was a pre-existing condition. Argued w him for about 30mins. told me that i didnt understand technology enough and that it was a pre existing condition. Went back to store 3 times. Each time waited over an hour. Finally, replaced screen w new one, a few days later it also failed. Im an engineer and should have done the repairs myself. I took phone appart and found the missing screw randomly lose inside the phone causing shorts and screen problem. Probelms w store and repairs. 1. FOD foreign object debris. This is when technicians leave foreign elements like scews and random metals inside electronics. 2. ESD electrostatic discharge. Why did i choose this place? 90 day warranty. $5 discount with check in. Positive reviews. $69 after discount and tax for an iPhone6. I went right at opening and got it fixed right away by a girl name Mia. She replaced it within 20 min. It worked fine until 1.5 hrs later, it would not turn on! I took it back and Mia said the software rebooted itself and it's common. She pressed the on/off button + home button and held it (like how you screenshot) TA da!!!! Its alive, folks! Future reference for this place, if this is common issue then pls inform your customers on how to fix it so they don't have to drive back for this. I pressed/held all the other buttons, but was unaware of this function to reboot the phone. That's my only complaint minus one star for that. These guys are a lifesaver! My phone was run over by a forklift and maan was I hella pissed! I thought all hope was lost! I had important notes, contacts, pictures and games. And worst part is.. I never backed up ANYTHING! So These guys inspected it and told me the phone had frame damage.. But told me not to worry. I was relieved because they told me it could still be saved. I came to fix my phone here that I dropped in a toilet. Worst repair shop I've ever been to Cheapest quality parts directly from China, don't let them rip you off A tech that works here told me they pay about $15 for iPhone 8 screens, but a week prior to that slip up, he had charged me about $85 for a front glass replacement Almost 500% markup, of which I think that's absolutely ridiculous! Not only am I getting a shitty China copy screen in exchange for my oem LCD (that they don't mention anything about) but the touch screens never worked right!! 3D Touch only worked half the time, the screen behaved like it was being touched on it's own So I went back to get my screen fixed under their "90 day warranty" and when I got the phone back, the home button was not responsive The guy responsible for this told me to go to Apple for "recalibration" and upon speaking to a representative from Apple they could not service due to "third party parts", so the tech completely lied to me, probably just to get me out of his store If you want to get ripped off, and leave with a broken device that they DENY LIABILITY for, by all means use the services this company is providing I should have just gone to Apple to begin with, but any competitor would probably do a better job. read more
