After some research I decided to take my gaming PC to ITC. My PC was giving me some serious issues, CTD's and back to back BSOD's. I couldn't figure out the issue. First, Frank is very responsive. He responds quickly to texts and telephone call; even when he is out of town. It is clear he truly appreciates his customers. Frank also goes above and beyond. Most recently, he was present at my house when a delivery arrived. He and I noticed the delivery person was having trouble carrying an item. My gaming laptop (Alienware) crapped out on me. The tech took one day to evaluate the situation. The morning that he evaluated my computer I received a friendly phone call and was told the mother board was fried. Nothing can be done. Sad news. I asked for him to transfer my data to a flash drive and quoted me $75. I tried to bargain, but to no avail, they were not budging on their pricing. I believe that deserves negative one star. I have a LED light strip receiver that needed resoldering. The contacts for the power chip were not making contact with the main chip. Needless to say, this was the first place I called. I explained to the gentleman my situation and asked for a quote. He told me to stop by the shop so that he can give me a better quote. I stopped by the shop and was greeted by the same gentleman I spoke to over the phone. I gave him my LED receiver chip, he inspected it quickly, and told me that he could resolder the contacts. Once the job was done, he showed me the resoldering he did. To my surprise, when I asked how much he would charge, he told me no charge. Upgrading devices can sometimes be fraught with growing pains associated with setup and learning a new and updated user interface. This was certainly the case when we decided to upgrade my daughter's iPad. For some strange reason, after migrating her profile into the new iPad, you could only message certain contacts on the new iPad despite having functioned without issue on the old iPad. After explaining this to the gentleman working there he had it functioning perfectly within 5 minutes of me walking in there. I wish I had gotten his name, but I don't think you can ask for better service than this, he listened to the issue, remedied it almost immediately and had me on my way with a handshake and a thank you. I've been here a couple times and I really love the service! The first time I was hearing a weird rattling noise coming from my PC. I brought in my PC and told them about the issue, and they figured it out within a couple days. One of my fans was old and needed replacing, and they replaced it and my PC was finally back to normal for only $45. Quick and easy! The second time, I brought in my old laptop that had a damaged and leaking screen. I wanted to see what it would take to replace or fix the screen, and the next day I got my answer. My laptop had a touch screen so it would be very expensive to replace, and they said it would cost about $450 or I could just keep using the laptop with an external monitor if I needed to, since the laptop itself was working fine. I chose not to replace the screen and they didn't even charge me. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful they are! read more
