Doug is the man! my computer had been down for more than a week and I called him late on a Saturday. he asked some questions and then made arrangements to come to my house on Sunday. after opening up the computer, he determined that it was a bad power supply. He looked on his phone and found a store that had one and was still open. He took off to get it, returned, installed it and l was up and running in less than 2 hours from when he first arrived. Doug, from Computers 4 Less, has worked on my PC several times in the past. FYI, he seems to work mostly during afternoons and evenings. Recently, my PC was having problems. Sometimes it wouldn't even let me access the internet. Doug ran a bunch of programs to remove malware. It seemed to be working better, but, after a while, it became apparent that it was still having problems. Doug returned and replaced the main hard drive with a solid state hard drive and updated the operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I believe he completed the work on 7/1/19 and the PC is now working much better and much faster than before with none of the problems I was having. In addition, I had created a Facebook account in January which had been hacked right after I created it and disabled by Facebook. I didn't know how I could access Facebook, but Doug was able to create a new Facebook account for me which I can actually use. He also gave me expert advice concerning a smart home device which works through my home WiFi network and concerning my TV streaming issues. I enjoy talking to Doug.
