Came in to the store for a consultation regarding my laptop having boot-up problems and Frank and his technician(s) were happy to assist me. They were providing me solutions and informing me on how they were going to solve this issue for me. The service was quick and picked it up immediately the next day and they told me what was the problem on why my laptop was having issues. The team also made sure to test the laptop in front of me to make sure it was booting up correctly before I left the store to ensure that it was working. A great shop inside with lots of the newest electronics being sold for a great discounted price. Friendly staff, great customer service, and clean environment overall! Come and stop by to support your local business if you ever need a electronic service-related repair! Would highly recommend to all the locals nearby as they do not charge you any absurd amount of fees and are honest with their fees/prices. P.S. I also asked Frank and his team if they were able to help me solve this specific monitor issue I was having trouble with and they were not able to assist me - but they did went above and beyond in helping me find a referral to a different technician. Thank you very much! read more

Great staff and they have a lot of inventory but they seek out fast due to the good prices. They give you a 1 year warranty. I bought a HISENSE 58 inch from them in august and the tv went bad, I just brought it back to them in the original packaging and they quickly exchanged it for another one. I also ended up buying a Vizio 50 inch from them that same day cause of the price I couldn't pass up. Good honest people doing good honest business. Easily giving them 5 stars read more

I'm extremely disappointed. Originally spoke with the owner Frank and the Sharp TV I purchased started giving me problem, so I called them and Frank said he'll replace it. Great, right? So one of the workers named Steve was suppose to deliver the TV and pick up the broken one. "As planned" since the first TV was delivered. So, Steve never brought the TV. He kept saying he was 15 min away every 30 min. He made me cancel my plans and waited past 10:30pm to call me and said he was in an accident and his truck didn't want to start and had the nerve to ask if I could pick up the TV where he was located. Really!? He than tells me, "I think the TV is ok". What really upset me was the fact that he still expected for me to pay the delivery fee. Who says that to a customer? Now I'm stuck with a broken TV and I have to go to their store to pick up my new TV. read more

Very late post, but I haven't had the time for this review until now. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Frank was very unprofessional!! I took my computer because one side of my computer frame was coming apart. He told me and my sister it would be ready by Friday. I stopped by on that Friday and Frank wasn't there, his assistant/partner was, and when I asked about my computer, his assistant/partner gave it to me in pieces. I was not very happy about that considering that fact that he took it apart and told me it would be ready by Friday and was not. I then ask his partner for his number which was given. However, when I called Frank, he didn't answer. He texted me later on telling me he wasn't feel well. I then asked him if he can provide me with a date that my computer would be ready for pick up. He texted me, "I'll talk to you soon" without answering my question. Two days later he texted me saying my computer was ready for pick up and it was left worse than when I orginally took it.. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. read more

My wife locked herself out of her CPU and we needed something fast. I called Frank and even though he was on the way out he said he'll wait for me and man I'm glad he did! Great service, fantastic pricing extremely affordable knows how to fix pc's and is my new PC Repair guy. It is at his house but it's in his garage and he runs it very professional. I don't even feel like it's a business and more like a friend doing me a favor. Highly highly recommended!! Better than geek squad and any other PC repair places. I wish everyone provided great service like this. read more

I was originally going to go to Quality Plus Computer since it's very close to me, but they were busy today so I decided to give Frank a shot. I'm so glad things worked out this way. Frank is professional, courteous and price competitive. He's my computer guy from here on out. Highly recommended. Note: Frank works out of his home but is licensed to do so by the city. I've seen the paperwork posted on his work desk. read more

I called Frank and explained the issue I had with my parent's computer. He told me to come by and he will take a look. My laptop was experiencing a problem with the dc jack and many places were hesitant in helping me out but not Frank. He took the time to find a solution to my problem and excelled. Turnaround time for the repairs was same day which is a beautiful thing! What I appreciate the most about Frank is that he does not have a cookie cutter approach with his customers. It was all about being honest and open without up selling and pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. Prices: every project of his is different and so are the prices. Where he takes the cake is the competitive and solid pricing he offers. When I do have more hiccups with my gear I'll be stopping by Franks for sure. He is highly recommended for the quality work and going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. read more

So my initial experience here was "miscommunication"between the store and I but I'm a true believer in if the job is done right then it got done! So with that my 2nd repair and more clarity of repair time as a customer I will be returning with my 3rd item to be for fixed. As for repair time schedule and constraints as a customer DO CONSIDER THE FACT THAT IT TAKES TIME FOR PARTS !! So chill be patient and he can fix I think almost anything that's electronics. read more

Brought my second laptop here to replace my SSD and restore Windows And Office. My first visit was for a MacBook my daughter used in college. Both works perfectly fine much more faster. I was told when I took my laptop to Best Buy it would take five to six weeks to repair and cost $275, all for the simple problem of the charging jack no longer being functional. I need my laptop for work and that was unacceptable. I talked to Frank himself and he quoted me a week and around $150. Sure enough, it was fixed in that amount of time and only cost $160. I was so happy and my laptop is perfectly fixed. I will definitely be returning here for any future issues and also be recommending it to friends and family! read more

I contacted Frank about 6 months ago telling him about my keyboard problem I had with my lap top PC. He suggested I bring it in so he could look at it. I did so and after removing the keyboard from the pc he indeed found that it needed replacing. But with him being so honest he informed me that I could do it myself as I had watched how he had removed the keyboard and that I could purchase another keyboard online. I was shocked, he was taking money out of his own pocket just to help a stranger out. But being a former Marine and also being true to my word I told him that no I had come to his establishment for repair work and I would have him do it as agreed upon. I have not had one problem with my keyboard since the new installation. I am now experiencing some software problems with the same lap top so I will be contacting him in the future to come to my home to work on the lap top and to also hook it up to my wi fi printer. I have full confidence in Frank and his rates are outstandingly low. read more

Frank is a really amazing guy. I showed up and he greeted me with a lot of hospitality. When we go to a computer repair business, we look for professional expertise, integrity and customer care. In Frank, I found all three: as soon as he saw how my computer behaved, he had a plan of action for finding out the cause of the problem; he had the integrity of using the most cost-effective way of repairing rather than the most profitable way of repairing; his customer care was shown in the repair price which was much lower than what other stores charged. He has honesty, integrity, trustworthiness! read more

I called Frank becase my Dell Laptop had the "internet security" virus that pretty much disabled everything rendering my computer useless. Frank was very punctual and professional. I know who to call if I have any other computer related problems. Thanks Frank! read more
