They sold me a used chinese laptop charger for $85 as an original macbook one, & when I realized it wasnt an original I called to get a refund. The owner didnt offer a refund, only that he would replace it for a new one. If this was done on accident they NEVER apologized & gave me NO explanation as to why this happened. The owner knew that they were testing my laptop with an out of a box, used charger & made the choice to sell me that one. Honestly shame on the owner for trying to make me feel guilty for wanting the original new charger I just paid $85 for. read more

Came in last minute right after my MacBook screen turned white as I was explaining something to my client. Had some issues with a laptop keyboard. Some buttons were not working and the letter "e" would just type magically at times. Called and they said to bring it in to take a look at it. Once they saw it, they explained the problem and would find out price and when a replacement would come in. Once they found the info, called me and gave me a great deal and time frame. By the time the part came, the "e" wasn't glitching but the keys were still not working. Took it in and they got the job done within an hour, just like they said. All the keys work, don't see any "e" problems anymore and the laptop doesn't heat up like it used to. Extremely happy with the service and price. Highly recommended. read more

Brought in my HP Omen X because my hinges were falling apart and my screen finally died and went black. Went to Best Buy twice and couldn't get help. I fried my motherboard accidentally while trying to install a capture card, and promptly came in at 10 am when they opened and received my PC back THE SAME DAY. Thank you, Peter, for working so hard on my pc and literally replacing every component onto a new board. His price was completely reasonable for an all day job past closing, and he even waived my hard drive recovery fee. Quality Plus Computer is a blessing. Upfront about repair or replacement options and costs. Fast and friendly. The hard drive in my MacBook Pro suddenly crashed and because the hardware in Apple products is soldered in place, the entire motherboard has to be replaced which would've cost half of what I originally paid to replace it (although I bought refurbished so it wasn't too expensive to begin with). I also had the option to buy an entire replacement from them that was similar to the model that I had and was able to trade in mine for credit which gives me a nice discount so I went with this option. I also requested to replace the battery with a new one because I got a 2017 model and it was a fraction of what Apple charges and only took a couple of hours. There's a handful of employees at this business but Justin was the technician who helped me through this process and was very friendly and knowledgable. Peter went through the available options for me to purchase and was very helpful and informative as well. I highly recommend this place for your computer needs. This place is truly quality plus. The level of service and expertise here is beyond what I had expected. I had accidentally fried the motherboard on my Dell laptop (laptop was completely dead) while trying to fix an old external hard drive. I had sent them a message on Yelp, and Peter got back to me the same day asking me to stop by anytime that week for a quick consultation. They had a desk setup outside their shop with employees wearing masks. Miguel was a huge help in understanding my situation and explaining what options I had. Their pricing was very reasonable and consistent with the research I had done prior. I ended up choosing to not fix my motherboard (was already planning on getting a new laptop soon) and had just asked for them to safely recover my laptop's files/photos, which they were able to do in a day. I had never been to a PC repair shop before and was worried I might get swindled. Definitely not the case here. When I was in line, the owner had actually informed a customer that they were still covered under AppleCare and told them to take advantage of that warranty first. Peter is really one of the true examples of perfect customer service and someone I can call a friend. I have bought 3 computer systems from him, and other miscellaneous items along the way like mice, keyboards, speakers, graphics cards, and just yesterday I had to upgrade to Windows 10. Not only do they take the time to answer all your questions such as 'full upgrade' or complete reinstall and what each entails, but they know all the answers. I worked with Shang, one of his crew, yesterday, and Shang answered every one of my MANY questions, even regarding specific computer game compatibility.
