I was scammed, I was working here for a short 2 weeks and left because I was only making $10 an hour and needed more money for bills and diapers, so the reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because Mr.Bede , the owner of the store asked me if I can replace the screens of 2 phones (because they were obviously broken) I said yes I can do it (me not knowing I would be charged if I broke them), I ended up breaking the digitizers of the 2 phones, phone 1 - Nokia Lumia 1520- price on Ebay used as low as $45, he charged me $99 out of my check. Recently purchased a MacBook Pro from Computer Annex USA the Mac was ok. The salesman Daniel told me it was a 2020 Model I asked him to turn it on so I could see but I would have had to enter information to get to the about this Mac so I thought. I then asked Daniel again if this was a 2020 and he assured me it was! I was very happy went home and came back the next morning and purchased the MacBook Pro and an External Hard Drive because they were nice and helpful! Well when I got the MacBook home and started setting it up I realized by looking into the about this apple that it was a actually a 2017. I was not happy at all because something I thought was 3 years old was actually 6 years old! Also the External Hard Drive was actually much cheaper on Amazon for the same exact model! I paid about 799.99 for the MacBook Pro and 249.00 for the Kingston 2TB external Hard Drive used 2020 MacBook Pro's are being sold for 400.00 I Trusted These Guys! I went back and Daniel Said to me oh they don't tell me what year the machines are! This was a flat out lie! I feel I was lied to and deceived! When I said told him the hard drive was cheaper on Amazon he said oh Amazon is killing everyone! Fake! Fake! Please do not waste your time or gas trying to come to this shop! They do not honer their advertising! The prices they listed where changed ones in person and he would not honer a coupon that was clearly active in Yelp! His answer was "it's old" but yet the coupon clearly has no expiration date! Wow, I will NEVER come here again. Not very smart for a business owner, as I was going to buy 4 phones and would have continued to buy more for my staff as I too am a business owner, but with more business common Sense. Response::: Customers please learn from my bad experience. I'm glad I did not end up purchasing these phones as luckily I viewed all the bad reviews before running my credit card and thank god I was able catch his bluff by him not wanting to honer a coupon he advertised. I've had my eye on a Specific computer for almost 6 months and after searching the web, Craigslist, eBay and OfferUp for great deals and a great price I landed on Computer Annex through there OfferUp advertising They had a 2015 iMac 27 in Fully maxed out With 128ssd, 1TB hard drive, 36 GB ram R9 4 GB graphics card On OfferUp they had it advertised as 1199$ and another ad for 1600 discounted to 1450$ ( Both AMAZING and the lowest Price I had seen for this exact model by 50$-100$ Plus) When I arrived to the shop from OC I told the owner exactly what I was looking for, and to my surprise the prices were more than advertise. When I showed him the iMac for 1199$ advertised on OfferUp, he said it was a mistake and it was already gone. I gave him the benefit of doubt. I asked about the other one discounted at 1450$ which was the exact same computer from OfferUp posted with specs, just listed at a different price....he said that one was gone as well. Was frustrated to drive out from OC to only see the price at 1899$ ( and essentially the exact same product advertise in stock for different price) After some negotiations and showing him another shop offered the same computer for a cheaper price, he worked with me and dropped it down to a GREAT DEAL at 1500$ Still a little bummed out that I didn't get it at the advertise priced, but the owner still gave a GREAT price I was willing to pay at. If you know exactly what you want and generally know the price it's sold at you can definitely work or negotiate with the owner Great computer and easy credit process! Thank you guys! Love the computer! They even box it up for you nice, neat and professionally and help you load it in your car! Thanks! OVERALLL If you see something you like I would definitely try and work out a price with the owner, theyre willing to help you if you're a serious buyer and get you a good deal If this store has something specific that you want and have had your eye on than I would come to this store. If you're not sure what you want and just looking around....and you're coming from a long distance, I would look closer to your location and save the drive Also wouldn't expect to pay an advertised price, seems like a scheme to get you into the store... however I AM grateful for the DEAL we negotiated for the EXACT Computer I wanted Writing this I have mixed feelings, was also bummed out I received an off brand mouse and keyboard and not an original Apple or Bluetooth wireless like advertised in there posts from OfferUp. I had noticed they left the show room keyboard and mouse on the floor room, when I asked about it they showed me a packed box which I assumed was a new Apple one. This store is creepy af. Felt like I was walking into a David Lynch movie. So boiling hot in the store. All sales are final. They advertised a Chromebook on FB marketplace and i figured i just needed a cheap one for my son, so might as well. However, i got it home and it doesn't connect to my wifi. My other Chromebooks still do. I'd take it back, but there receipt says all sales are final. For any purchases (card, cash, check) they make you fill out a form to give your full name, address, phone nuu and email. Item purchased at point of sale on 11/17/2021 is not item received. Sales invoice from Computer Annex 28823 and lease agreement 9202910 by 3rd party ACIMA state the sale and purchase of Apple Ipad Pro 12.9 256GB Wi-Fi + Cellular. I telephoned the merchant the following day to inform of the discrepancy. I spoke with employee Jay who was the gentleman who facilitated the sale and was informed there may have been an oversight with internal inventory cataloging. He assured me he would perform due diligence with this matter and contact me back. I never received a return call. I telephoned again on 12/2/2021 and spoke with another gentleman. He took my contact information and stated it would be given to JAY as he was on lunch break. I never received a call back prior to end of business for computer Annex. Its concerning as the Ipad models differ in pricing depending on features. A wi-fi only Model Ipad has a lower price than an Ipad with Cellular function. Was I sold and paid for a Cellular Model when in fact I physically have in my possession a Wifi only model? The leasing company has also been contacted with this matter and is now being handled within their merchant resolutions department. It saddens me the merchant has yet to contact me further with this concern as I am a repeat customer having purchased an IMAC a year prior and had a most favorable experience with that sale. I believe 2 weeks is more than reasonable to await a response to a transactional concern. I have also forwarded this concern to the BBB with hopes of an amicable resolution. read more

So here I am going out of my way with my busy schedule to write a reply Fact number one: the technician had not done a diagnostic on the phone Fact number 2: no estimate was given to us and definitely no cost of service was given to us. Please don't come here to repair your phone. Explained to them their screen not working and screen is warping. He says the phone is defective and it's not straight. I told him I can live with the warping cause it's in a case but the touch is not functioning which is annoying trying to use or answer calls. He did not want to change his after market screen which never worked right. So I paid for a half working phone and this review. See pictures of his grimy work. Fortunately for me, I'm no stranger to computers and I know how to purchase them. I would suggest that lack of knowledge is the main reason for the rest of these bad reviews.
