Sam was so skillful and professional. I also appreciate his enthusiasm and honesty throughout the smooth repair process with him. I had a camera lens broken and he was able to offer a good price and a speedy service. Not to mention, there were other places that offered a service for 3x more for a whole back plate removal for one lens repair! (Please do your own research and ask Sam!) I hope to not break my camera lenses again but I highly recommend Sam for any future iphone repair needs. You won't be disappointed! read more

Sam was absolutely amazing. I brought in my husband's iPhone 14 Pro Max the day after Labor Day after it got wet in the pool. He did everything possible to try to save it, but unfortunately it was too far gone--especially after I had already tried fixing it myself. Even so, Sam was able to get it working enough to sell it on consignment for me, and he got a much better price than I ever could have on my own. I also brought in my mom's old iPhone 12 with a badly damaged screen. Sam repaired it and then sold that one on consignment as well--again for more money than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend him to anyone needing phone repair or resale help. read more

I have a son who has Autism. He uses one of my many old phones as one of his devices. However, the screen started to separate and began coming apart from the base. The only thing was how to get it out of the house without him getting upset or panic mode. Well we finally did. Sam who is the owner of the store told me that the battery of the phone has swelled up and was surprise it didn't catch on fire. Well Sam fixed it. Repair it like new. Repaired the screen and changed out the battery. The funny thing is that my son did noticed it but just looked at me. He knows it's fixed and working is all he cared about. Thanks Sam for working with me on this. read more

No wonder everyone gives Sam 5 stars all across the board! He definitely deserved it. We were actually referred by Walmart employee from the electronic department. We were trying to get phone case for our new iPhone 15 from Walmart, but Walmart employee was so not enthusiastic to help us but he did suggest us to come to Sam instead. I can say we are so happy and satisfied with what this little shop can offer. We found the phone cases we like with reasonable price. Sam gave us good deal on my premium case. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact he finds accessories to our needs and not trying to upsell us. We appreciate this business so much we went back the next day to get more accessories for our new phone needs. We bought 5 things and Sam gave us a good deal with discount and makes us very happy. If we ever have the phone needs we know where to come to and will definitely bring people to his business as well! read more

Thank you so much Sam for going above and beyond with your customer service. My 3rd time coming to this place for my cell phone needs. He ordered new phone cases that are good quality and the style is just want I wanted. I came back for the unique screensaver film that prevents scratches and last a lifetime, for a really great deal. I had to replace 3 screen saver film already when I bought it from somewhere else. He even custom fit my new phone case, so my old phone mount magnetic pads for my car can be reusable. That made me so happy, because it saved me more money and time, so I didn't have to replace my car unit set. Sam always has weekly specials and updated items, so drop by and see how he can help you with your cell phone needs. Whenever I'm in the area, I always come say hi to Sam. His definitely knows what his doing and his such a kind soul. read more

This place needs to have a grand closing down! Horrible customer service. Went in to get my charger port change on my iPhone , to start off with I was overcharged from the price he told me on the phone. Long story short my charging port is still broke they never put a new one in just used the old one that was already in there, and proceeded to charge me for a new one. They refused to even fix or even look at it. NOT recommended!!! The location In Walmart in Chino CA . read more

Took my granddaughters IPad mini to see if he could fix the WiFi. Unfortunately the only way to fix it would cost more than what the IPad was worth. He tried several options to fix it, but he found the WiFi chip had come loose and needed to be replaced and soldered back on. Really appreciated his effort to fix it. When I picked it up, I wasn't charged anything for his time. read more
