Paid close to $400 to have a screen replaced on the 24th.... The replaced screen cracked the next day. Stopped in tonight 1 minute past closing and the employee rolled his eyes before opening the door and asking me what I needed. I asked if there's a warranty on the screen cracking so quickly and he said no. He stated there's an impact spot on the screen and there's zero equipment warranty ever. Turns out, they installed a nonapple replacement which clearly was a piece of garbage. Do NOT go to the place for a quality repair. They're only focused on selling insurance. I brought my PS5 to uBreakiFix in Chino Hills for repair. The console was running fine -- no errors -- but I had accidentally placed it in the wrong position (upside down), which caused it to overheat. At the time, I didn't realize the overheating was due to incorrect placement. They tested the unit and told me the power supply was faulty, and I agreed to the repair. After picking it up, I placed the PS5 in the same incorrect position as before, and it overheated again. A friend pointed out that the problem wasn't the hardware at all -- it was simply due to how I positioned the console. Nothing was wrong with the power supply in the first place. I went back to the store to ask about the diagnosis and the part they replaced. When I asked for the old power supply, they said they had recycled it -- no proof, no transparency. I was charged $160 for a repair that clearly wasn't needed. I contacted the store manager but never received a reply. This was the most frustrating repair experience I've had. I feel scammed and completely let down. I will never come back, and I strongly warn others to be cautious when dealing with this location. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE unless you want them broken more and employees to deny any responsibility for it. My screen protector on my phone bubbled up, so I called Samsung. They referred me to this place, assuring me that it would be replaced for free because my phone is still under warranty. When I brought it in, the employee at first wanted to charge me until I told him I spoke to Samsung. He said he'd do it for free "this time." That should've been the first red flag... sounding like they were doing me a favor. When I picked up my phone later, I noticed a piece of the thin frame around the screen had been broken, and a little piece of the seal was sticking up. I showed the employee, and he insisted it was already like that. It most definitely WAS NOT. I didn't feel like arguing, plus I didn't want them touching my phone again, so I left. A few days later, the screen protector bubbled up again, so the job was useless. I ended up going to the Samsung store in Glendale and had them take care of it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service I received here. Less than two months ago, I spent over $400 to have my iPhone 12 Pro's front screen and back glass replaced, along with purchasing a $25 phone case and a popsocket from them. Since then, the popsocket has broken, and the back glass has cracked again -- even with the protective case on. I accidentally got a tiny amount of water on the phone (less than a milliliter), and now my phone is completely non-operational. The phone had a protective film and case on, so this shouldn't have happened. When the technician initially installed the back glass, he made a mistake. Since I was on a time crunch and the replacement part would take days to arrive, I had to accept the flawed repair with a $50 discount, on the condition that I'd forfeit any liability if it broke again. I trusted him because he seemed so confident in his work, but I regret taking that risk. I reached out a month ago, hoping they'd stand by their work, but they kept giving me the runaround, never returned my messages, and basically told me they couldn't help. I'm very upset with this experience and can't recommend them based on my interactions so far. However, I'm open to changing my review if they follow up and fix my phone properly this time. read more

I had went to the Montclair location and had a horrible experience with a rushed job causing horrible damage to my phone. It was the worst thing that could ever happen considering I have a galaxy flip phone. All I needed was my screen replaced and the Montclair location ruined my frame. And they wanted me to pay out of pocket for their damage. After about a week of talking to corporate the owner of the Chino location (This one) was so awesome because he said he would handle it free of charge after speaking with Jennifer from corporate. I was scared of coming here after what I dealt with. Then Daniel showed up. He was really thorough with what he was doing and apologized profusely for what Montclair did. Montclair caused me to pretty much have to get a COMPLETELY NEW PHONE. I was disappointed seeing all the damage but they helped make things right. I was so happy to leave with my phone looking like I just got out from my carrier. Chino did just a great job as d I can not thank them enough. Chino helped me rethink never coming back. If I need my screen changed I don't mind making the trip all the way to chino since they did an amazing job they didn't rush and I'm forever greatful for it. Thank you Daniel and Mark!!! I was having the "black screen" issue with my Xbox on 6/10 and decided to give this place a chance. The rep said was most likely an issue with the HDMI port. They would charge me $150 to run diagnostics and would get back to me in 3-5 days. I waited patiently for a week and gave them a call back to which they said they were waiting for a part to come in and would give me a call at the end of today or tomorrow. I call again after not hearing from them and they tell me now they're waiting for a different part to double check things, and give me the same response "we'll be done today or tomorrow the latest". I never hear from them so I drop in on 6/25 to see what the hell is going on. After waiting over an hour and a half in the lobby I get to take my Xbox home. The manager and (Jonathan) were both not confident in their work and said to not wiggle the hdmi or the picture may go out again, but if it goes out and you wiggle it more it should be fine. They discounted my diagnostic and said they're ordering another part for me and they'll call me on 6/27 when it comes in. Today is 7/8 and I never heard back from them!! I plugged my Xbox in as soon as I got home and my graphics are still not clear. There are green lines and dots all over like I'm watching Keanu in the matrix. DO NOT BRING YOUR SAMSUNG HERE, PROBABLY NOT CERTIFIED. Had a small bubble on my Dad's Galaxy Z Flip factory screen protector. I called Samsung and they referred me to this location to get it replaced. We came in to drop off the phone for a few hours where they assured us they'll have no problem installing the screen protector. When we got back the phone, the screen protector had three large streaks across the center and dirt/dust underneath. When asked why the condition of the replacement was so poor, the guy with the long hair kept saying he's a human and not a machine. He was rude to my parents and refused to fix it. I get it if it had a small bubble or something, but three big lines across the screen and it was returned dirty. Coated with finger prints and dusty. Ended up going to Best Buy to get it replaced again. Completely unprofessional work and customer service here. read more

I set up an appointment to get my cracked screen for my Google pixel fixed at this business since it was close to where I lived. I had to repeatedly go to get my screen re-fixed because it was lifting off from my phone. They have a warranty, once you pay for the screen you can go back without a charge if there's something wrong with it. Though, the last time I went they did an even worse job of fixing it and when I dropped it a few inches from the ground the whole screen came off and my phone is now cracked. I've gone to get it re-fixed at least 4x and once the screen cracks you have to pay for a new one which was $130 or so, I honestly don't remember but it was expensive, I highly recommend going somewhere else that's a little cheaper and more reliable. Called about my 5 years old Samsung S8 that Best Buy doesn't even repair anymore. Worked with Mark who was cheerful and informative over the phone; and was able to to tell me whether they had the parts, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. When I went in the next day they were able to diagnose the problem with the battery which they were unable to fix. But Mark spent a long time talking me through options and suggestions and even helped me look for a new phone.
