My update is about their financial service. Don't finance with them, I bought a computer for 1200$ total price and I ended up paying 3000$, that is 1800$ extra more that the original price. I thought 1800$ was the final total price, not the interest but I was wrong so I ended up paying almost triple for the computer. Original price 1200$ final price 3000$. I spoke to them and sent them a picture of the computer part needed they said (Danny) told me they had it in stock and the price was $49.99. So we drive over 20 miles to get there and they said they don't have it, but they can pull it out of another computer, but the price would be $69.99. The cost to do a simple virus removal and download an anti-virus program was WAY over the original estimate. When we asked for an explanation, the owner told us that customers like us, who were offered a deal by the technician, were always mad. There is no clear communication between the owner/manager and the techs. The owner is a bully and is more interested in watching his soccer games on the big screen TV in the store than he is in providing decent customer service. We are an older female couple and I don't think that helped our cause either. Any woman who is given time and attention by this guy (Bede) is probably in a different demographic than we are. We didn't get a cent in refund. Any other business would have graciously offered us some compensation given the disparity between the quote and the final cost which we did not approve! read more

I came in on cyber monday (No intention on getting a deal) Just so happened my phone broke on thanksgiving. Anyways, I went there directed by a craigslist ad i found when i was searching for a new used phone in particular the galaxy note 4. Long story short the phone for what ever reason wasnt in the best working condition. It had some software issues witch are pretty common with those older model Androids due to the cpu's getting too hot. But they where more than willing to work with me and made sure i left happy with a phone i liked and was in the range of what i paid for my original phone. Buyer BEWARE! This place is a scam. They sell unauthorized, non working computers. My husband and I purchase a Mac computer from them about 6 months ago. The day we took it home it would not even turn on. We brought it back and they rudely said they would upgrade the software and it should start working fine. WRONG! This computer has been nothing but trouble. It freezes everytime you run a program, stop unexpectedly and is really just a complete waste of $800. We bought a Dell laptop here and even after a 6 year old has been using it to play games on and do her kindergarten homework, it still works great, we've had no problelms. This was a refurbished laptop and we bought 2 more for other family members since we got such great deals here. Going to purchase a mini-laptop as well. Haven't had any problems with anything so far, the prices here can't be beat and no reason to always buy new. Sorry about the other bad reviews, don't believe everything you read. Less than one star is what this place deserves. Have incompetent workers who barely can understand what kind of phone you have to fix it. Also owner and secretary got loud with me when I asked for a refund because the wrong size screen was placed on my phone after clarifying three + times with the technician who was supposed to fix the screen. They refuse to just give me my phone in a bag so I can take it elsewhere to have it fixed. Do not buy anything from this business or take your business here, you will be scammed or will lose money in the process, trust me. All employees here are incompetent and can barely function without relying on each other for approval and praise. Owner is the most annoying and will not honor "customer is always right" although I am 100% right because I waisted two hours waiting to get my phone fixed and its the wrong screen. My nightmare is long and goes over 5 days but I will keep it short, I brought my tower unit in for a diagnosis on Saturday the 7th at 1 pm and was told a $24.99 fee was required, then the technician spent 5 minutes checking it and told me the operating system was bad, I said ok how much to install a new one, They said it also needed a cleaning, I said ok how much for a cleaning, They said it also needs a data backup I am getting leery about what is happening but I say ok how much for the data backup, They said it would be a total of $149.99 for everything, I said ok, let's do it, I filled out the paperwork and ask them to please call me when it was ready and they said ok, They closed at 5 pm so I waited until 4:30 pm and hadn't heard from them so I called them, I was put on hold for a long time and then the owner got on the phone and started spewing out a bunch of computer jargon and I politely asked him slow down I don't understand a single word, tell me in layman's terms what is going on, He tells me now it needs a mother board, I say ok how much for a new mother board (kind of reminded me of that car mechanic that just keeps adding repairs on to the bill), He tells me $150 for the mother board on ebay and $50 to install it, I say ok let's do it, so now it's $350, I could almost buy a new computer for that, So I ask them to let me know when the part will arrive and I didn't hear from them the rest of the day, It takes 10 minutes to make a purchase on ebay and in the advertising it is also states the delivery dates, So I call on Monday at 10 am when they open and speak with the cashier and she tells me she hadn't purchased the part but it was in processing, that makes no sense, you either buy it or you don't, So I ask her to please let me know when it has been purchased and also the delivery date, she said she definitely would, I waited until 6 pm and I again initiated the call, She starts telling me that the part hadn't been purchased yet and I am thinking what is wrong with these people so now I am done with them, I tell them I just want my tower back, I would pay the $24.99 diagnostic fee but I expect a refund of $125, they say they aren't going to refund any money and I say I am on my way to pick up the tower please have it ready and I figure I will deal with the payment through my bank which I eventually had to do, I get there at 6:30 pm and they refuse to give me my tower, the conversation gets a bit heated, I feel taken advantage of, the owner is telling me I have to come back on Wednesday when the technician is here to get the tower returned to me, again this makes no sense, I am begging him to just give me the tower and be done with this, he still refuses and uses some loud vulgar language, this guy has absolutely no customer service skills, he is yelling at me and I tell him please give me the tower and don't make me call the police, he says go ahead, so I did, it is late in the day, they are almost closing and the dispatcher says that she can't get an officer there by 7 pm, So I leave but tell them I will be back tomorrow and for them to please, please have my tower sitting on the counter, I will take it and be done with this. I get there on Tuesday at 10 am and they still refuse to give me my tower, I am literally begging this guy and he just goes into his office and closes the door. He comes back out a little later and agrees to give me the tower, He takes me in the back and now he is video taping me, without my permission, and says here is your tower. I look at it, and being computer illiterate but know enough to get by, ask him what these wires are that are hanging down, he says I don't know, I say you are a computer guy and you say you don't know, you should go into another line of business. So I take my tower to another computer repair and ask him is there anything missing, He says yes, the hard drive. I am livid at this point, so I call them and say I am on my way back there and they better have the hard drive ready for me, I get there and here we go again, he refuses to give me the hard drive, he says he doesn't know where it is, he is asking me which hard drive I have, how do I know that, you should know that, I say call the technician and ask him, he reuses to do that, again I start the begging, please give me my hard drive, he refuses, but then says I don't have your hard drive, that was it so I call the police again. They arrive and get my story and then his, which I know differs from mine, and comes back out and tells me I have to wait until tomorrow at 10 am when the technician is there, I say ok, I go back there today, Wednesday the 11th, and he still refuses to give me the hard drive, even though I can see the technician, he is telling me he is looking for it, this is just more unscrupulous and deceitful business behavior so I call the police again, apologize to them for taking up their time, they go in and get my hard drive, the moral here, stay away from this company, thanks... read more

Doesn't deserve the one star. Bought an iPhone 6 from them for $268 that they say was reset by an Apple certified tech yet the phone has many issues. Can't change rings or alerts, same sound for every thing among many other issues. Contacted them and they throw back -it's past 30 day warranty. I have been going around and around with them through emails for over a week and tried to drop the issue and I still wake up to emails from them again. Now suddenly my email has been used to sign up for massive chat sites and website accounts.
