Mike checked the system, wiped clean and reconfigured the hard drive, and installed a new security system for me.

He showed up right on time (which I really appreciated), took the time to explain what was going on, and handled everything with care and expertise. It's not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and my TV is working perfectly again. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and just an all-around great person to work with, I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

I do not recommend this TV repair service…read more I paid $185 to repair the Wi-Fi issue on my LG TV. Unfortunately, the repair only lasted about one week before the exact same problem returned. After the problem came back, I contacted the company many times requesting warranty service. As shown in my text messages, I asked them to repair the TV or honor their warranty. They repeatedly promised to come, but never showed up. It has now been well over a year, and my TV is still not repaired. I still have the repair invoice and the text message history documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. Before leaving this review, I gave the company many opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, they failed to provide the warranty service they promised or offer any meaningful solution. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the repair and the lack of customer service after payment. I hope my experience helps other customers make an informed decision before choosing this business.

I finally decided to give uBreakiFix a try, and I'm so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly employee. I told them I needed my screen protector replaced and purchased the warranty. They took my phone to the back, and what felt like less than two minutes later, they returned with my iPhone looking good as new. I was honestly surprised because other places I've gone to usually take much longer, and there's often dust trapped under the protector. A few days later, I managed to crack my screen protector again (of course!). I headed back to uBreakiFix, and they immediately pulled up my account, confirmed I had the warranty, and replaced it for just $5. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free both times. I highly recommend uBreakiFix if you're looking for fast, friendly service and a warranty that's actually worth it!

We brought a Galaxy Z Flip here to fix/replace the interior screen through an insurance claim with…read moreAT&T, and they repaired the screen so that it looks new again. We were pleased with the service until we realized that the inner screen sometimes doesn't turn on when you open the folding phone (this was never a problem before the repair). This has rendered the front-facing camera inoperable (also never a problem before the repair), and when we brought the phone back to explain that the repair must have not been done properly, the owner rudely repeated "just submit a claim then, just submit an insurance claim, we won't even look at the phone until you submit a new claim". Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand that this issue was caused by their faulty repair, he was very rude and dismissive. So, we submitted a new claim and brought the phone back to get fixed. We explained the issue again, and the same man says "well then you should've submitted a claim for a broken camera so that i could replace the part but we don't have any replacement camera parts now". We tried to explain again that the root of the issue is from the way the inner screen was installed, the camera part itself is fine, but he insisted that we need to resubmit the claim with a different description. Again, with the same rude and dismissive attitude - refusing to take accountability for the mistake they made during the initial repair. This is seriously the worst place you could bring your phone for any kind of repairs, it's a shame that AT&T contracts with them through insurance. Look for a different location to entrust your repairs to, this place will leave you with more issues because of the shortcuts they take.
