The service at this facility is AAA+ The ladies who worked there are knowledgeable, friendly, very, very helpful and just all around great people. I have not ever had a package go awry. I have always found it convenient, reasonably priced and reliable. I also have packages delivered there. It is very convenient and I assume easier for the delivery people. Although you know what happens when you assume. I highly recommend Send and Receive Mail! read more

I just love this shop. Takes care of my mailing needs, Amazon returns and EVERYTIME I go into that shop I walk out with a freshly baked good or hand crafted item. The ladies are friendly and so very helpful. read more

I've supported this small business a handful of times just because I'm new to the area, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been disappointing. The service feels very inconsistent... and seems to be price changes every time. There doesn't seem to be a clear standard or fair policy in place. Businesses should treat all customers with the same respect and fairness, no matter who they are. I really wanted to continue supporting this shop, but unless the customer service improves and policies become consistent, I cannot recommend it to friends in the area. read more

They are awesome, live these ladies! All working, always looking out for us and as helpful ad can be.

Super cute store that handles all of my shipping needs! They also carry a great selection of specialty items that make perfect quick gifts -- or little treats for yourself. The ladies who work there are always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. It's so much easier and more convenient to stop here than make a trip all the way to the post office. read more

Friendly and quick service. The staff is lovely and friendly. I am glad to support small business owners.

Best post office service around by far!!! They do not nickel and dime you like our other local post office services do! All the girls are super friendly and go out of their way to help you! read more

Had to buy a stamp for a sympathy card... clerk convinced me to buy "their stamp "... the sympathy card was returned for insufficient postage. I was mortified! read more

I cannot even begin to explain how AMAZING Send and Receive Mail is. The services they offer go way beyond a private mail box. For one, I can go on vacation and forward my mail to them. They offer a service similar to the Post Office where they will take photo shots of your important mail (not junk flyers etc...) and send it to you via email the end of each weekday. This service is a life saver it gives you to opportunity to have someone you designate go pick it up if it needs to be handled or they will keep your mail until you return. Leah and her team are fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly all the time! I trust them with my mail and other services they offer read more

Send and Receive Mail has everything you need. Notary, printing, passport photos, boxes, tape, and so much more. They even have some seasonal decor made LOCALLY!!!! I will continue to support this small business and I highly recommend you do as well! You won't be disappointed. read more

See all

This place is a true gem! And so are the Ladies that run it! So incredibly sweet and kind! Customer Service is top notch

I've been working for someone who rents a box here for over a year and a half now and every day these girls have smiles on their faces, and are the highlight of my day! If your mailbox is getting broken into this is the place to come, because your mail will be safe and they are open good hours and they provide other services too! Like notary, or copies made. There's always fun things to buy inside even cards and decorations for your home. I feel like these girls help pull Woodcrest together in an unusual way that makes it feel like the small town community that Woodcrest really is . You can even call and ask if they have mail so you don't have to make the drive in the rain! I just did that today for the first time in a year and a half and that's what made me realize these girls are always here for us . I'm glad Woodcrest has such a nice, friendly place to go and keep your mail safe! read more

I have been coming here for 4 years and the owner and wonderful workers are extremely helpful. I value the work they give to the community.

Go somewhere else. I believe the woman with the married man review after coming here. There are many other mailing services with good customer service and this place isn't one of them. read more

Best place to ship/recieve mail. I should know too. I worked at a postal annex. The owner and staff are the absolute best! So incredibly friendly and personable. I HIGHLY recommend this store. And in a side note, they have the most lovely pallet art around! read more

I had some bulky items I needed to ship out of state, and I had no idea how to pack them. After reading some reviews, I called Send & Receive and a very nice young woman over the phone assured me they would be able to help me out. So I showed up with my stuff the next morning with zero packaging. The woman who helped me was just amazing. She found the perfect sized boxes and wrapping for my items. The next time I need to ship anything, I know exactly where to go. read more

I love supporting this local business. I've only had great customer service here. I would much rather go here than the post office.

6 days ago, i droped of fed ex packages. the store say driver picked them up, but as of today fed ex driver never entered them into the system. this manager and staff do not seem too concerned with my stolen packges. when i asked did, they ask the driver about it she seemd vague and gave me no clear answer of what he said. i have gone to them because they are not contacting me with anything. not good customer service, pretend at least to act concerned. the missing packages are missing between this store or the fed ex driver. read more

Charlene and her crew are excellent. They treat every customer special. We get tons of packages and they are always so nice and friendly. Great place to keep your mail and packages safe. read more

We are so lucky to have this place and these people! Always a kind smile and the best service. Every time I go, it's as though I am the only customer of the day. Yes, they add some cost onto the mailing services, but do you want to drive down to the Chicago post office or the Arlington post office where there are long lines and perfunctory service, (if you're lucky)? I don't! Especially with the price of gas! I'm so grateful, as someone who has lived in Woodcrest since the early 80's that we have this gem of a business. The people are what make it! read more

Great place for shipping in Riverside! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Great parking and located right on Van Buren next to the donut store! If you need shipping supplies they have them! This business has been at this location for a long time and is well established in the area! read more

I am incredibly sad that Send & Receive isn't protecting or caring for its customers in response to Covid-19. A day before the stay at home order went into effect, the staff weren't wearing masks, nor did they put one on when I entered the business - only when I asked her to wear a mask did they and it felt that was begrudgingly. Wearing masks in a business is a state mandate and it shows caring and consideration for other people - their policy of not wearing masks is disgraceful. I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. I will never go there again. read more
