Don't drop off packages here. They will steal the package. I made the mistake to drop off a package and the rude lady said she couldn't give me a receipt. I trusted her, bad mistake. The package never arrived to the destination. They kept it. It never moved from their office. They should always provide a receipt. This is outrageous. I wouldn't trust them for anything. My husband went in the other day and the same lady told him they don't provide a receipt. He didn't drop off the package. Someone needs to report them to customer affairs ASAP. Or to the Business Bureau. read more

To start off the girls who work here are GREAT!! So helpful and nice and a pleasure to talk to the owner however,.. I think he's the owner because he acts like it. Is standoffish and rude. I live across the street and I go every day to drop off packages and print labels. I noticed a discrepancy in what he was charging me and I asked him why? He said he had to charge for the inch of tape he used. I said I always come here and the girls let me tape my items & he said he was going to get them in trouble WTF lol.. he had to charge me a processing fee a service fee, a printing fee, a fee to use Apple Pay and obv a fee to breathe..Mind you he didn't let me tape it myself lol and he asked me if the polymailer I brought was his, cause he prob wanted to charge me that too. ..Im never going back. I found a new place down the street called postbox across the weinerschnitzel and the owner is a sweetheart... so anyway maybe this dude is having a bad day everyday. Wow. Super fast! I was worried about having to find a place that would notarize my paperwork since I also had to send it via FedEx to an out of state address. Some banks were requiring an appointment ahead of time with a no availability for days. However I came across this place here on Yelp this morning and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. For some reason the address here on Yelp took me to a place by the Ralphs across the street. This is actually located right next door to the Stater Brothers that's across the street. read more

I've been a loyal customer with this business for almost 30yrs. I've brought them lots of business and I've always paid on time. However, they've changed ownership a couple years back, and the quality of service and customer care is gone. I was fooled thinking I had the same quality of friendship that I had previously. On more than one occasion, I told the new owner (Nick) months ago, I wouldn't be renewing my P.O box. So, after my lease had expired, I didn't see any need to return, so I never saw the notice. After receiving a call, I learned that they were holding my mail and continued to charge my box. I went to pick up MY mail and reminded them that I told Nick months ago I wouldn't be renewing my box. They wanted me to pay for two additional months of which I refused. The employee then refused to give me my mail (I'll have to see if there's some federal offense there). I was noticably upset, but I figured it'd get cleared up when they talk to Nick. Rather, Nick calls me the next day and harasses me, still expecting me to pay a portion of his mistake even though he knows I told him. Don't expect this new ownership to be honorable and fair. They'll even call and harass you. He knows I told him! read more

I had a package, shipped from this location, and it never arrived at the destination, it might not have been the original negligence on the part of PostalAnnex at this location, however, the follow up is terrible in regards to this. I spoke to "Nick"who said he was the owner, then next time the manager, and then I spoke to FedEx, the shipper of the parcel, and when I say there are integrity problems with this location, that is an understatement. Furthermore when you try and get in touch with the store during regular working hours, well good luck with that. read more

I arrived at 5:33 to ship 2 packages, the workers at the counter refused to accept my packages claiming their registers were closed for the day. A worker standing at the door when I arrived said nothing and allowed me to wait in line only to be refused service. When I asked about the sign on the door stating their business hours were until 6:00 she rudely replied "well that's just how it is". I will not be using Postal Annex for my shipping needs, personal or business in the future. read more

I asked LORRI to mail a letter and asked her for a blank letter page and a pen. She gave me attitude and ask me if I would like her to write the letter for me too. If She would work for me and I would hear her saying that to a customer I would fire her right then and there. This is not a way to treat customers. They close at 3pm Christmas Eve 2014. Great customer service, but you pay the price for it. Much more expensive than the post office. But days like today it is worth it to pay the extra $$$ to ship- the post office lines will be horrendous! read more

Used to be a very impressive service... As a 30+ year postal customer of this location... I highly discourage using this service. In fact... I'm moving on. I'm very disappointed with the change in service since new ownership took over. I have been very pleased in using this service for 30 years and back when Wendy owned it... it maintained a 5+ star rating. However... more recently... rating them with one star is giving way too much credit. The new owners are unfriendly, uncaring and seem disinterested in providing postal service. They have not only cut their hours... but have drastically raised their prices to prove their disinterest. To make matters even worse... they are presently only open Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (yes... CLOSED on Saturday). SO... for people working until 1700 with a commute... it's next to impossible to get over there in time... and with them not even being open on Saturday... there is no delivery and no pickup... which creates extreme trouble for me getting my mail. read more

Nice ladies working here who have always provided good service for shipping, notary, packaging, et cetera. They have mail pick up by US Postal Service at 2PM from their shop, which is cool if you are shopping in the shopping center, you could save a trip to the post office and avoid lines usually found there. read more

Wendy has gone out of her way to help me with notary services and we recently got a post box there because the USPS can't figure out how to hold and forward mail. The USPS failure caused me to lose my homeowners insurance and to be late paying for a license with the DMV. That cost me over $300 to find a new insurance company + fines and fees at the DMV. No problems this year getting Postal Annex to handle things while I was on vacation. read more
