Terrible, unethical business. Rented a box and they did not enter the info correctly. Renewal time came and they hadnt entered our email. So they put our packages off to the side and didnt give them to us. They did not leave a bill or notice in our box. We gave them all of the information again and then paid for rental. We had to come back again for the same packages that they didnt give to us when we came in earlier. We had been expecting a delivery and they werent there. There was a letter but no packages. They misplaced many pieces of mail and packages. The owner is a nasty woman. When we closed our account, my husband took the key back. He wasnt aware that they were supposed to refund the deposit. She had made a big deal that people dont return the keys. I would suggest not returning the key. read more

We've been using Aim Mail Center for almost 4 years now. We have to say that the owner and her employees really go above and beyond. We have had notary services, we do a bit of shipping and returns here. Also they take Amazon, Shein and Temu returns. Today I was told there was no charges for them taping the package and printing photo copier label. The other local place CHARGES for this. It sure does make sense to make this your one stop shop! read more

Came in for an Amazon return. What could be easier, right? One lady (middle aged, white) who works here is intrusive and unethical. Before even seeing my return and information, she said she was sure I did it wrong, like everyone. She took my phone, went into my Amazon app (already open), cancelled my return, redid it, emailed it to herself and printed the label. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my return and there was no reason to redo it. I bring in Amazon returns on at least a monthly basis. The whole time, she gave me this long explanation of why she 'needed' to do it. "I'm an expert whatever blah blah." It made zero sense why she 'needed' to do anything she'd one. I suspect somehow it benefits their store. 1. Don't take my phone from me. 2. Don't go into my Amazon app. 3. Don't cancel my return. 4. Don't email my return information (from MY phone) to yourself. 5. Who do you think you are? Found out my neighbor had the EXACT same thing happen with the SAME lady. Obviously, something is fishy for why she'd do this. Don't go to this location. There are multiple official UPS Stores within just a few miles. Go to any of them instead of this weird shop. Why would I give her my phone and let her do this, you ask? I was showing her the return on my Amazon app, when she (without even seeing it yet) told me, I did it wrong. She took my phone from me when I was holding it for her to read. I thought she was just going to look at it closer because maybe she had bad eyesight or whatever. No, in just a few seconds she did everything I described above and it was done. Never again. read more

I had 3 Amazon returns and she was so helpful in showing me important things to look for before purchasing so I can make a better purchase decision and not have to hassle with returns in the long run. Love that they always help me with my Amazon returns. If you don't do it correctly or you check the wrong box, Amazon actually charges you now. They will deduct it from your refund. I read another review where the customer actually was upset that they re-did their return for them so they would get their full refund back. I'm happy when people save me money. I've been a customer since 2011 and I've always been happy with the staff and the service!! Great place to have your mailbox too. I know all of my mail and packages will be there when I go to pick it up and I don't have to worry about mail or packages being stolen from my locked mailbox or from my front porch from all of the criminals running around. read more

STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I went in on a Monday to have 3 papers faxed to the IRS. As you can imagine making sure my papers get the to the IRS is very important. While I was there KATIE who owns this Franchise was trying to get the papers faxed but couldn't because the "line was busy" Since I was running late to work and after many attempts to fax my forms KATIE tells me, "You can just leave your forms here and I will make sure they get faxed." Now it's Thursday and not only are my papers not faxed but when I went there to pick them up the receipts she had left for me by her awful employee SUNDAY (ya that's her name) SUNDAY was nothing but a MONDAY. No one likes Monday's. I never received a call stating that my papers were never faxed and I also noticed on these receipts that the fax number was wrong when I had told KATIE the number multiple times!!! I'm sure if these papers were theirs they would've been faxed correctly. Please don't be dumb like me and trust this business with personal information like I did. read more

I sent my Husband in to drop off a package & first thing my Husband notices is the lady with long blond hair had NO MASK. She was just finishing up a call then proceeded to tell my Husband " some people are just idiots " ( I guess referring to her call ) really? How unprofessional...she was obviously annoyed. She was not friendly at all. Reading some of these reviews it sounds like this isn't the first time someone has received horrible customer service. Seems to me this lady doesn't care if her doors are closed & doesn't receive any business. In these times of uncertainty I wouldn't be so rude & obnoxious. Wear the mask! I've always had great service at the AIM Mail Center. I am currently sitting right outside as I am typing this waiting patiently for them to open at 9:00am. I have continuously had immaculate service every time I have needed help with my shipping and mail needs. Katie is incredibly helpful. She looks out for her customers and look for ways to help you save money. She suggests alternate ways or packaging to help you find the cheapest way to ship your items. Thank you Katie!! I have been a customer at the Aim Mail Center for over 5 years. I rent a mailbox there (at a very reasonable price), and I stop by almost every day. In that time, I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Over the years, the owner Katie has had several assistants and they have all been friendly and helpful. I always feel safe knowing that important packages and letters will not be subject to mail theft because they will be held safely at Aim even when I am out of town. Katie has numerous safety features in place, which she is happy to explain to anyone. Katie and her assistants are almost like member of our family. I was in there one day when a lady told me that Katie had saved her elderly mother from being scammed out of several thousand dollars. Katie knows her long-time customers and looks out for them. A few recent Yelp reviewers have commented that Katie and her assistant do not wear masks. Personally, I find it to be a breath of fresh air (literally) when I do not have to wear a mask. I will put one on if there are several people ahead of me in line but I have no problem with Katie and her staff living their lives freely. They work so hard and fast that I cannot imagine that they would be nearly as efficient with their air supply being restricted. read more

I have come to this business several times and the staff for the most part has always been friendly and helpful. Today I needed to send a package and showed up 10 minutes before the posted opening time of 9:00 am. This time is posted not only their webpage but front window. As I am preparing to leave now closer to 9;30 am, they are still not open, about 10-15 other customers have tried to enter the store. So a complete waste of my time today. I have been to this store several times, and every visit has been disappointing due to the rude service. Today, I also found that the sign on the window advertises services that they do not provide. Furthermore, they really don't care that their advertising is false. The window states that they make keys. However, when I asked to have a key made, the employee rudely informed me that they don't make keys. When I pointed to the window ad, she simply said "We don't make keys and never have." In addition to the false advertising, the employee has a "the world owes me a living" and "customers bother me" attitude that is typical of spoiled teenagers (though she's well out of the teenage years)...needs to take a course in Customer Relations 101. read more
