I've been here many times and i am very appreciative of the staff. always on the ball, helpful and professional. i was there again today (4/26/2026 12:10 pm). i forgot to ask for his name, but here's a guy i would hire for my company with no hesitation. it was busy, just him, he was polite, consciencious, thorough, knew what he was doing and he was fast. it's a lot of pressure, esp with clueless and impatient customers. i am writing to encourage him to keep up the good work. i rarely see this level of speed, focus and efficiency. pretty awesome read more

Worst UPS ever!! Don't bother making an appointment for notary because the person wasn't here even though I had an appointment!! They show that they provide Live fingerprint scan on their website but when you show up they don't have the equipment to do so!! The ladies up front usually look very unhappy and aren't very friendly. Avoid this place if you can go elsewhere. read more

I have to say that the service here as gotten so much better and that over time they have acquired better employees. The other day I dropped some packages and was attended by Kirsten, a young gal with classes and colored hair. Very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with everyone she helped. The girl manager is super incompetent and needs to have her position as manager reevaluated. Not only has she mislabeled my $300 law textbook before and got it lost. She has continually had a bad attitude with not only me but other family members/friends who've been to this location. Not to mention I had a notary appointment scheduled at 9:00am and she said she didn't see I scheduled a service and that she scheduled her notary to come at 11am. She always seems to have a horrible demeanor, not a jovial people person AT ALL!!!! read more

UPS Driver delivered someone else's package to my address. Driver was off by a couple miles. Took package to local UPS store so it could be delivered to correct address. Was told it was my responsibility to either deliver it myself or drive around and try to flag down a UPS driver and give to them. My responsibility to make sure their package was delivered correctly? On a Friday night, after dark in the rain, I was responsible to correct UPS's mistake? read more

I hate being told something and it be a lie. I was trying to return something with an online retailer and they scanned my QR code then told I needed different packaging. I was told it was voided and I could use my QR code when I returned. We'll after going to another store and being told my code didn't work I called and they said they could fix it. Directions: Located in the Albertsons' shopping center on Main and Foothill. There is easy access parking in front of the business which is to the immediate left when you enter from Magnolia and there is plenty of spaces in the adjacent lot including Handicap. I had a return to make and I had it in the original box and I had printed out my return label and I gave it all to the young man at the counter he checked it in the computer and said great you all done! I was shocked and didn't know what to do because I was not that used to such quick service. He boxed it up and took care of it all! I was super impressed by his customer service and how rapid it all went down. I have done other business here prior and every time I have experienced super professional and pleasurable service. I should have obtained their names so I could let reviewers know who to ask for and to inform management of them. I'll get-'em next time! read more

I am so lucky and thankful that I found this UPS location right before they closed. Matthew is an Angel who saved my life! I went to a different location down the street to print something for a project, and they messed it up and charged me 40 dollars and refused to help me fix it after it was not right. I was panicking because I needed my stuff ready early the next day and I ran over here as a last resort and told Matthew what happened. He printed it correctly and was helping me a few minutes after they closed and seemed happy to help me unlike the other store! A huge thanks to Matthew and Diego for being awesome! read more

Absolutely ridiculous that they would charge you a printing fee for labels for returns when the instructions says "no label and no box required." This charge should NOT be pushed on to the consumer. This should be between the vendor and UPS. Shame on you for gouging customers. You e lost a customer. read more

Super nice people, but prices are outrageous. Mailing a book overseas was going to cost me $200. A book. Mailed it via USPS for $26. Mailing a couple of stickers to a friend one state away would have been $15. Again, USPS was far less at $1.23. Unless you're doing an Amazon return, there's no need to go into this place. read more

I just came to return some items that came from Nike. As per the instructions of Nike "no printer no problem just bring the barcode in the email and an ups store rep will scan the code and present you a PRE-PAID shipping label". I get to the store and after reading and showing the email to the rep she says it's $2.50 for us to print it for you. Even though it is not what the email said ok I will pay the $2.50 for the label that I could have printed from home for free but didn't because of the instructions emailed to me. But what takes the cake is the rep then said "we can tape it for you but anything past 3 strips of tape is a charge". Never experienced that in my life and even from that store unless policy changed over the last month. I never write reviews but felt obligated to in this case. read more

I came in to drop off a screen protector that I was sending back to Amazon with a prepaid shipping label. All I needed was an envelope to mail it in. The screen protector is already broken so if it were to break anymore it would not be an issue so I asked for the cheapest envelope available and the woman told me it would be about six dollars. I said are you kidding me that's more than what this product is worth, you don't have anything cheaper? And she responded no we do not have anything cheaper. I walked over to the wall with the hanging envelopes and found a perfect envelope for $1.09. I then placed my item inside the envelope and I put the label on the envelope and just as I was about to pay she rudely says WE ONLY TAKE CASH. I said are you serious and then I left and I went to Wells Fargo bank and pulled out five dollars so that I could pay her in cash. The entire time I was at the UPS store she was rude bossy and aggressive towards every single one of her customers. I do not know how this woman still has a job or how a customer has not physically confronted her. "It's so bad I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible so I give you a one." I am so DISAPPOINTED in the employee in charge of Live Scan. I arrived a little after 3pm, and after waiting in line I was told there were 2 customers ahead of me and that the wait would be about 45 minutes. No problem, I told them I would walk over to Albertsons to kill the time, and they just said be back before 4:45pm. I arrived back just before 4:30pm and waited in line again. The front employee informed the lady I was back and then she proceeded to tell me she would not have time to complete my live scan today. I feel this was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL because she gave me a wait time. She should have told me I could wait, but that she may not be able to help me today. Instead she wasted my time. read more

when I went to pick up the package the clerk said I had to wait at least 45 minutes for her to sort through the packages that came in the day before. This was even after receiving a notice from UPS that the package is ready to be picked up. I asked Clerk if she could find my package since it was a large box (case of wine) and she said it would take her at least 45 minutes to sort through all the packages totally ridiculous. It's no wonder the store has such a low rating I'll never do business here again. this is not acceptable read more

This place is conveniently located for me so we come here often for Amazon returns and other UPS shipping needs. I haven't personally experienced any severe problem with customer service here. The big guy that usually there is quite proper in his mannerism and gets the job done. I could see why some people may have issues though as their customer engagement can seem a bit flat and monotone at times. Although they never gave me attitude as I am generally more familiar with the shipping rates and process, I did see a few times where a manager looking lady was borderline short with some customers that were asking some basic questions. With 4~5 customers in line, it can often take a while go get things done though. My biggest gripe with this place is that they charge $1 per package for USPS drop-off which require them 0 involvement if they just leave out the collection bin. I usually have to drive to postal annex or the PO for drop. Corona can really use some more blue mail drop boxes. read more
