I had a Private Mailbox rental there. It was easy to get that established there. Very reasonably priced for an annual plan. It's a safe place to pickup and send off mail. Customer service is great there with prompt service and patient when I had a lot of questions because I over analyze everything. This will probably be the last time I use this business and bummed because it's so convenient for me. I've been to this place a few times and each time has been about the same, unpleasant. You are never greeted or acknowledged even when you are the only person in the store so can't blame being busy. I've only inquired about box prices but based on their price, they are way over priced. I had to drive some 15 miles to get to this location because of a return that was a DHL package. Unfamiliar with DHL I drove to this location and realized I didn't have the proper packing label. They offered to help me figure out what to do and once we did it was smooth sailing! Most places would just send me back to my house and say go figure it out but they went out of their way to help me figure it out and get the job done! Very nice team of girls that work there! I brought a challenge to the two friendly women working here, a tuba that wouldn't fit in a box. They came up with a solution and I was able to send my late dads tuba off to the next family member. Convenient and close to home. Never had an issue with customer service or package issues (knock on wood). Small postal service companies are always going to upcharge because they are a small business unlike UPS and FedEx so I know that when I go there it will be pricier but also 5 minutes from home so I'm ok with paying more for the convenience. read more

I thought I'd try to send a package out from here instead of the post office. Big mistake. I paid $28 for express shipping (2 day) and my package got lost and still hasn't gotten to its destination. All it shows on the tracking number is that a label was created and nothing after that? Super sketchy. Won't be going here anymore. Also the lady Brenda isn't the friendliest person to deal with.
