I've returned various Amazon items in past and have had great help. Not today. The person touched my phone without asking and while he talked me through how to print labels, at the end he said $4. On both the Amazon and TikTok shop returns, the website said free. So I imagine the cost was on the part of the store for providing the label. I never had that experience before and felt deceived, especially since he did not say anything about it until after printing the labels and I was about to leave. I would have appreciated if he told me my options and allowed me to choose the next step. I wouldn't have chosen an option where I had to pay! Very disappointed in my experience today read more

Giving two stars because it was done pretty quick but the woman helping me seemed impatient and had a negative energy. At some points it seemed like she was passive aggressive and I was trying my best to follow her instruction for the live scan. Seemed in a rush to help others even though I was there first. Don't know what the issue was since her attitude was better towards other customers. I understand having bad day, but when people are nice to you, there is no reason for this to happen. I was waiting to receive a package that was essential to completing a business project over the weekend and had been waiting for two days. Friday rolls around (it said the package will be delivered by 8pm that day) and it's coming up to 6pm. So I decide to look at my phone and it's 5:59. They (ups) somehow snuck a message INTO MY PHONE that sad 'package was dropped off at location', and pretty much 6 pm full-blown panic set in. I immediately jumped in my car and called this company (all while not driving of course) a young lady by the name of Sarai T. picked up the phone and I asked if my package had been delivered, and of course...it had been, but was I too late? I told her I had just received the notification and would be there in 2 minutes so I was hoping that they weren't closed (time 6:05 pm). She said, "we're already closed, but come down with your I.D. and you can pick it up." I showed up, showed my I.D. at the door and she gave me my package. How awesome is that? Now that's service. I want MY company to be full of people with this same attitude. You are AWESOME! SCORE! An awesome human being! I understand (A LOT!) that people have lives outside of their job so the fact that Sarai T. was willing to stay behind for a mind-blowing 10 minutes!! was AMAZING! She could have just as easily told me "sorry we're closed, come by when we're open", and I would really have no other option than to say "ok", but she went above and beyond, and as far as I'm concerned she went WELL above and beyond her duty. I have never had to ship a big item like a scooter. I went to Postal Express and I was welcome with a smile from both employees who thought I rode a scooter to their store. After I explained that I drove my care with a scooter in it and needed to ship it. Alex (not sure if he is the owner or an employee) offered to help before I even asked he suggested that the only way to ship a scooter was to dismantle and pack the parts. Alex volunteered to dismantle the scooter packed it and called me the next day to let me know that it was done. This is what I call a top notch customer service. RIP OFF...WE HAD THE LABEL. Bought a box and needed bubble wrap. Went to get some off the shelf to buy but the nice lady offered to give us some from the back. Did you catch the give us some part there. I tried to tape the box but she was so nice she even did that as well. Here's the best part...the bubble wrap that she "gave us" from the back was previously used so that was nice except SHE CHARGED US FOR THE USED BUBBLE WRAP SHE OFFERED. Wait it gets better...she then charged us for labor to tape the box and put bubble wrap over the item THAT I WAS DOING WHEN SHE TOOK IT FROM ME AND OFFERED TO DO IT!!! Had a terrible experience. Came in on Friday morning after being told that my package was delivered. Was told that my package would be at the store after 1pm that day and to call and confirm. I called around 3:45pm that day and was told that it hadn't been delivered and there and they had no word from the shipping company so they were sorry that was all they could do. Saturday I got a call from the shipping company and was told they had called and confirmed the store was open till 6pm and I could go pick up my package. Went to check the hours for this site and kept getting directed to a GLS website. So I couldn't confirm hours before hand. Got to the store and they closed at 3pm and my package had been delivered at 4:20ish. Would not come back or use this site again. I don't know if whoever confirmed for the shipping company knew they shut at 3pm or if they were just unaware and confirmed without double checking. read more

STEAL YOUR MONEY! Horrible customer service! When using US Postal Service there, the CHEAT AND STEAL your money. I purchased a roll of stamps and they charged a $10 "convenience fee"!!! TEN DOLLARS!! I've been a customer at this center for a few years now. They are great, I rent out a mailbox, whenever I have UPS or FedEx packages, I receive a text alert in regards to its arrival. I've never purchased stamps, but do recall they are a little more expensive, so I just go to the post office when I need stamps. But they have everything from internet use, printing, and faxing ,as well as, passport photos. I've never received bad customer service, not once. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I rent a mail box there. The owners are fantastic. Very helpful. They even bring my packages to the car if they are too heavy. I never have to worry about my mail being stolen. If I am gone on vacation they hold my mail until I come back. When I get a package I get a text. Yes, their postage includes a convenience fee. If I don't want to pay that I go to the post office which is a real pain. it is called convenience fee for a reason. I highly recommend it. read more
