They charge to tape the top of a box. They don't accept large boxes either. They don't accept boxes sold by other shippers either.

When I tried to get pricing for a PO Box the past that answered was rude. She asked me if I was the same person that called the day before. I told her no. She then asked if I were sure because If I was it would be the same price as yesterday. I again said I wasn't and wanted a price. She told me the price and then went on about me sounding like the person yesterday and asking if I'm sure I wasn't. I asked her if she wanted the business or if she were always this rude to customers and hung up. It's a shame because I've used a different location in Riverside and they were spectacular! The worst customer service, the lady there was not professional and I'm sorry to say she was rude. she refused to give me a receipt as a proof of dropping of my international package, even when I told her I wish if you told me that before dropping the package down since its 57 lb, she did not even acknowledge my concern, one beautiful old customer was there offered to help me put the package back, but of course I refused, then the employee there raised her voice as she was yelling at me "don't you see I'm busy, oh gosh" ( we were only 2 female customers, and she was already overwhelmed) I was like what an amazing customer service ma'am, her reply was if I don't like it, I can call her manager and complain. A place like that should NOT hire employees that lacking communicating skills, customer service skills and professionalism. The girl who works there totally wanted to cheat me. I wanted to get a document notarized. She said $15 per signature for notary service. I agreed for $15 and then once she notarized the document, she started asking for $30. she said, $15 per signature. I said, you only signed once, she said $15 per your signature not mine, I signed in two places in that form so she was asking for $15 per my signature rather than her signature. I knew, the charge is for notary signature and doesnt matter how many times the customer signs the document and since she only signed once, I said I will only pay $15. She became angry and took my document and said, I will keep the document and refused to give me the document. Just wanted to post this review so that everyone can be careful. $15 is for the notary service for their signature not the customer signature. She is trying to cheat the customer by telling them, its the California law. read more

Had to drop off a few Fedex packages here the other day. The customer service was terrible! The lady at the front counter wasn't very friendly, didn't look up when we were talking, then proceeded to go sit in the back (around the corner) while I placed the packages on the counter. I mentioned I was ready & she continued to sit back there for 2 minutes or so. The following day I had a few more packages so I went to the actual Fedex store on Ontario. Amazing Service!!!! Hemma is a professional that always goes above and beyond for her customers. I had a Christmas package shipped by a carrier from her location to my Nephew in LA. The carrier did not deliver the box full of gifts and a gift card, and claimed they did. I know they didn't deliver the box, because my Nephew works from home and no one rang his doorbell the day they claimed it was delivered. I was irate and saddened not only, because my Nephew didn't receive his gifts, but I was out a significant amount of money during these tough financial times. When I shared my situation with Hemma, she immediately went into action. She called the carrier, and let them know I was a long-standing Customer who deserved reimbursement. They were not willing to compensate me for the loss so she escalated the matter to her home office. Her determination and follow-thru resulted in a reimburse of almost 80% of my loss. This was a major accomplishment, and all happened because of her professionalism and willingness to go the extra-mile for her customer. I'm singing her praises to anyone who will listen. She runs an excellent operation; meeting all shipping and postal needs. This illustrates the influence and reputation she has built with her home-office. I went into this location to have a package sent via UPS. For some reason even though I was given a receipt that said UPS and they printed a label that said UPS at the bottom they decided to send it USPS. Had they told me they were going to do this I would've known that the package would never be delivered. This address does not receive Postal Service and that is why I specifically asked for UPS delivery. Thank you very much for wasting two weeks of my time in $15 of my money. I was looking for a place to get mailbox, I called this place...the price was good, so I decided to go down street to sign up. When I got there I just feel so uncomfortable, the lady was rude.(it was one of those attitude like I don't need your business kind of attitude) It's like she was nice to specific person that was coming in. As I was signing up, I changed my mind, and decide to take my business to UPS. That's how her attitude affect my experience. At first I didn't want to go with UPS because it was a little too expensive, but it is totally worth it! Now I do not mind paying a little more for good customer service; I have to go in there to get my mail, I don't feel like dealing with bad attitude lady. First, let me start saying the service here is amazing! The first time I came here was a couple days ago and I had to ship a computer tower to Chicago. I didn't know how to pack it, so she only charged me $10 and she packed it right in front of me. Looks extremely professional. So I took care of that and I'm like, oh wait, I forgot to bring my monitor to ship. So i went home and came back, but ender up being closed. I remembered that there was a FedEx close so I decided to go there. They offered to charge me $30 just to pack it and $98 to ship it. AND THAT DOESNT INCLUDE INSURANCE. Do I decided to wait the next morning and go back to this shop. Total they charged me $70(with insurance) for FedEx shipping while the actual FedEx shop charged over $125. I called for a book of stamps and the lady on the phone quoted $10.00 I decided to go here to save me from standing in lines at the post office and lines at Sams and Costco. I went with my wife and 3 year old son and my wife walked in first as I was getting my son out of the car. I walk in and my wife says the lady there said it's $12.00 I then said I called you half hour ago and you said $10 I even showed her the phone call on my phone to her business number. I ended up getting it for $10. My son was holding a toy that they sell there. She came up to my son and told him that he can't play with it! They are supposed to take prepaid packages for USPS but they won't accept my 20 by 20 by 1 inch packages she says they're too large to fit in the mail carriers truck even though they pick them up from my home all the time and also from Office Depot these people just don't want to do it they want you to spend your money with them not on prepaid packages. Absolutely horrible service. I recently made a visit to your location to mail a package. When I arrived a younger lady assisted me. I explained to her I wanted to cheapest form of shipment without tracking. I am not extremely familiar with the types of shipping methods, seeing as I do not send mail frequently. She informed me there was packages without tracking and with tracking. I told her I do not need a tracking number, therefore she started to ring to me up. After she printed the label for the package, she gave me a tracking number. I explained to her I said I don't need a tracking number, and that I wanted the cheaper shipping. She then informed me there was nothing she could do because she already printed the label and ultimately said, "I gave you the option and you chose this package". I ended up paying $22 dollars to ship this small package!! I am thoroughly upset with this customer service and customer assistance. I made my intentions very clear regarding how I wanted this packaged shipped. Nonetheless, I explained to her before paying, that I did not want that type of shipment and she refused to assist me further. If I was aware I would be overcharged, I would have taken my business elsewhere from the beginning. We have been faithful customers to this specific postal annex for 5+ years. Unless this issue is addressed I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I used to go to the Postal Annax on Hidden Valley and they were so helpful. But that location closed so I figured the next closest one would be the same great experience...boy was I wrong. I took in two different invitations to get printed onto cardstock and they both came out completely different colors after she copied them. I understand that there are sometimes some variations in printers but these weren't even close to what I brought it. I asked her why they were so weird looking and she said "it's because of your printer". Um no, I'm pretty sure it's your copier since the originals I brought in were the right color. I asked her if there was any way she could adjust the color and she rudely stated "it is what it is. you don't have to take them". Thanks for the horrible customer service Postal Annax!!! I took my business to Staples, paid double the price, but they were able to color correct my invites and were actually nice about it!! read more
