I should've read the reviews before entering this small shop and maybe we wouldn't have been accused of stealing! I walked in with my very pregnant self and my 3 boys under the age of ten. We had just done some Father's Day shopping at Boot Barn. I was told they would have Father's Day cards. Walked in and immediately was STARED down by the white old lady at shop. I get it. They have nice things and little kids aren't the safest. But not a freaking word from her. I asked if they had cards and she said, "where the kids are standing!" She was so annoyed by our presence. I didn't want to buy anything from her but my boys wanted to get their dad a crochet football and a card. Fine. We walked up to pay and my son noticed some little coins with crosses on them. He showed them to me and I said they were nice and he put them back. I paid in cash and said I didn't need a bag. She looked over the counter to make sure I put them in I know she wanted to make sure I didn't steal anything!!! She then proceeded to tell my 7 year old that the "tokens" weren't free. I was so confused...what was she talking about?!! She had my son open his hand. It was the CHANGE from the cash I had given her. Her face dropped and the, "so sorry's" started to come out. I didn't say a word. She needs some serious Jesus in her life. I nodded in disbelief. I'm too pregnant to fight with such a disgusting human. My boys were shocked she would think those things. Learning lesson for them about rude people and taking the high road. Shop will unfortunately not last with that terrible customer service. read more

The customer service is non existent in this shop. The lady and girl that were running the shop yesterday were aggressive and only to gleeful to tell me my receipt was out of date (you have 30 days to exchange). I told them that I can't use the mugs as mugs, because they are made of resin which poisons humans. The girl joyfully told me, "too bad, we won't exchange them". Then the older lady told me she would speak with the owner; and the owner would call me in the morning if she could help me. I have not received a callback and that says it all. I will not shop here again. They don't stand behind what they sell. I didn't buy these mugs for decoration, I bought them to drink hot beverages out of. read more

I parked in front of the Japanese restaurant next to this place. I was assisting my 93 year old Mother inside when a female from this boutique pushed out their door and said "you need to move your truck! These spaces are for OUR store! She had 2 little signs out front in parking spots, but I didn't park there. As I struggled to help my Mother into the restaurant. I just turned to look at her in disbelief! She then said "there's handicap parking on the other side, go park there." I just told her to call the cops,I'm not moving. I'm ashamed someone would act like this, no respect for our elders. It's just a general parking lot BUT be mindful, many locals ride their horses to this little plaza, so sharing the road is a necessity. The staff are kind and pleasant. It is a tinsy bit pricey. 4 stars because it is heavy in the incense/scents/perfumes. 5 stars if it had been scent free. read more

Went to return some items on Wednesday and noticed as soon as I got in I wasn't welcomed but the lady noticed me putting my baby on the horse after waiting like 5 minutes or so. A older man comes in and she greets him right away even asked him what kind of service was he looking for you mind you I'm still in line. When it was my turn the lady had an attitude and wasn't helpful at all I live down the street so this was convenient for me now I have to go somewhere further just because the lady couldn't have good service. This store is labeled as a fed ex center My husband and I brought a package in to return back to Amazon through fed ex which was more on the larger side. The lady was saying she has to charge us for tape once she saw our package and we had to bring it around back, we were trying to put it down and she was complaining that we should of told her how large it was and she didn't have room. So I decided just to carry it out of the store. If you are going to give your customers a hard time and speak to customers in a rude fashion just remove your fed ex sign if your are not going to provide those services without trouble. read more

Ever since this business was sold it's gone down hill quick!! The woman who runs it is beyond rude and unprofessional!! She's in dire need of some customer service skills. She insists on having her car parked in a certain parking spot out front, anyone who runs a business knows those should be reserved for your customers. Always love coming here to drop off my packages.... BUT really to see what new items they have. The owners have great taste in home decor! I purchased my farmhouse dining table here as well as our entryway bench and many clothing/knickknacks. Happy to have a store like this in town. When you bring your sick dog to the vet and the vet is across the street yet all the spots are full and there's no where to park because of very small limited parking lot, I decided to park by everything boutique. After getting my kids and lab out the gal comes outside in a rude manner stating I couldn't park here...mind you I told her there's absolutely no where to park across the street because the vets office is completely full and my dog needed to be seen. She obviously isn't an animal lover nor cares about pets in general and therefore doesn't belong in Norco! Completely rude the way she came storming out and spoke to us! Ridiculous. Mind you I got the dog back in the car and kids and moved my car which honestly screw her I shouldn't have due to my poor dog! So screw this place. They don't belong in Norco and with their way they approached us I will be telling everyone and definitely I will never use their service nor have I ever! I hope they lose their business and close!!! The owner is just flat out rude, unprofessional and condescending. I had stopped in the store to ask for some change for a $20, as I was waited in a very short line (one guy ahead of me) and another woman, at the counter. I had overheard the owner/manager lady literally scolding a young delivery service guy from FedEx for not delivering at the back of the store, as if this small business filled with so much outdated junk gets sooo busy that she couldn't have the younger chick behind the counter (whom she was treating like a child) just grabbed the packages and sign for them, which takes like 2-3 seconds. The FedEx guy was so polite and apologetic, as she just continued to nag and gripe, about how the delivery carriers are such an inconvenience to her shop, IN FRONT of her customers!!! I felt so bad for the guy, that I just walked out. Lady needs to get off of her high horse! read more

This little boutique is very special. Vicki and her staff are super helpful and friendly. The store carries a variety of home decor, jewelry, clothes, and specialty items that are hand crafted. I have used their FedEx service regularly for the last few years to ship things for my work. My kids love coming in here to visit with Vicki and to check out all the little trinkets. Whenever I need a special gift I come in here and they even have free gift wrapping. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this store! read more

Love this place. For me it's an all in one. Dresses me country, fits my country deco for home. This lovely please allows me to send mail, fedX, ups. All though they are not authorized to do ups the owner does it as a service to this wonderful town folk. Remember as not being authorized for UPS it cost them to send and pack so if you're asked to pay for tape or label print be kind and pay or this service may be found no-more then you'll have to drive a longer distance.
