This place has served me well every time I've been here to drop off packages. I just wanted to share that this place accepts FedEx packages! Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it. And many FedEx locations are kind of far from here so thank you for accepting FedEx packages! read more

One of my clients went to get finger printed and was told degrading gestures about their hands. The man then rejected my client. I have never had any of my clients get rejected from getting there finger prints done. Stay away from this location. read more

Note: I only come here to drop off packages, and haven't tried any other services. Trying to get into the center is sort of decent. Trying to get out of the center is a little more difficult, especially if you're going through the northern entrance because of the awkward parking spaces' openings and divisions. The Postal Annex itself has been able to accept all of the packages I've provided (UPS, USPS, and FedEx), which is always nice. The only unfortunate piece is that they can't always provide a receipt for the scanned package. They have a sign on which type they cannot scan (I think it's UPS, but I don't remember), but packages have been delivered successfully in the end. read more

This review is for passport mailing and Wendy who was the very pleasant and helpful notary public and attendant at the front desk who was friendly, knowledge and went above and beyond to help. This was my first time renewing my passport by mail and I was nervous not wanting to make a mistake in submitting everything. I first asked the young man at the front what the best way to ship the documents was, I was mailing 2 passport renewals-- he told me Priority is what most people ship with and that Priority shipping mailers are $20 each, I said no problem, wanting to make sure everything is mailed the way it should be. Wendy overheard our conversation and informed me that I could also purchase one Priority mailer and then a cheaper mailing envelope to include inside the priority envelope for the second set of passport documents, mailing them together. Awesome! This saved me $20 and ensures that my applications are received at the same time which is super helpful! The young man could have suggested this as well, but he didn't. Used to come here all the time but recently I dropped off a package because they accept UPS. I check the status and it shows that it was never scanned. So basically my package was lost because they checked in their system and it wasn't even in there. Very disappointed. I used to go here all the time and loved it but will not be going back. A month ago, I went in and had very important documents that needed to get to point B in a timely manner. We asked what the best thing to do was and paid that amount. Now, I received a letter from point B saying they never received it...this is a $2,000+ mistake on their part that it will cost me...not to mention, all the important info that was in there that I have no idea where it is now. Come here often to drop off my notary docs that need to be overnighted. I'm usually in and out with no problems, and they even give me a quick receipt sometimes if I ask. Their rates are pretty high compared to the regular post office and FedEx or UPS, but they're a third party facilitator so you can't be too outraged at the fact that they'll charge you a little more for the same thing you could get cheaper if you went to the post office. You're paying for the convenience of not having to go to the post office, or not having to go to the post office and FedEx or UPS because the post office won't ship FedEx packages. That being said, it's really convenient when you have multiple packages to send and they can handle it all so it saves me time mostly from not having to go to multiple places to send different types of packages. The people who work here are nice and I've never had a problem, they're always accommodating. read more

I feel that I was overcharged. I mailed a total of four (4) things and was charged close to $30. A little background: we have a postage meter in our office that weighs letters. It just hasn't been printing our postage correctly. We have contacted Pitney Bowes regarding the machine, but have yet gotten it replaced. Before coming here, I weighed each envelope. So I know just about how much I should have been spending. Anyway.. For two-certified large envelopes, I was charged $12 each. Why? Certified mail costs $3.35 (with no return receipt) + postage. When I weighed my envelopes in the office, the meter read it would cost $2.66 for postage + large envelope fee of $1.35 (something like that). Doesn't that come out to $7.36? So shouldn't I have paid around $15 total for just those two envelopes since they weighed the same? They were the exact same documents, just going to two different addresses. Next, I was charged $0.65 for a regular letter when it should have only been $0.49. It was a one page letter. Why was I charged $0.65? My mistake was not weighing the last letter. It was in a regular size envelope with a 20 page letter which came out to $3.05. I wouldn't even know if this should be the correct postage or not, but that's what it came out to. The last two things I don't really care about. It's just the certified mailing that had my jaw drop when I was told the price. I needed those letters mailed ASAP so I just accepted it and left. I guess that's my other mistake. From now on, I know to just to go to the post office. read more

I see a lot of people posting that the costs for services are "too high" or "outrageous". We don't have a post office in Eastvale and for the convenience, I am happy to pay a little more. Do you think the owner is in business to not turn a profit? If there is an upcharge on an item, it would certainly cost you more in gas to drive elsewhere. I commend them for staying open during the COVID crisis and having our mail and packages continue to be delivered. I took a package to be returned to a corporate office for my business August 23rd and the only reason I found out the corporate office did not receive it is because they called me saying they expected it over a month ago. When I called postal annex to see what happen, They said it was just sitting off in the corner of their store. How do you not realize that a package needs to be sent out? It was a pretty big box and I'm confused as to how they did not see it? I am Fortunate that the corporate office gave me an extension and I was able to receive the credit I needed for my business. Went here to get 6 documents printed ; EACH LOCATED WITHIN THE SAME EMAIL. Because each doc was it's own pdf icon (because they each are different documents containing different information) I was charged $6 because she had to CLICK 6 TIMES and told me it's $1 PER EMAIL CLICK! Really... this is a rip off and Total joke. In addition it's 10 cents per print (this is standard and something I can accept. Pricing is similar at both even though different companies. I have been into this location twice, and neither time ended up using their services. The employees are polite (hence two stars instead of one), but their store offers nothing in the way of actual value as far as mailing something is concerned. I had forgotten that lesson from my first visit and tried again. Most recently, I went in to mail a flat rate priority mail package. Postal Annex wanted more than DOUBLE the price to mail my package. I expect that places like this will charge a dollar or two more for the convenience of dropping off a parcel there rather than at the post office. However, more than twice the price is not acceptable. Other than placing postage on my package and throwing it in a bin, there is no work involved in their part. The packaging is provided by USPS, so that couldn't be it, either. Perhaps the value lies in the postal boxes or packaging services, but you're better off driving to the Post Office to mail something. Even including the cost of fuel, you will come out ahead. read more
