I had no idea what I was doing but they took the time to explain the process and every one of them on a combined team effort had me in & out within 10 minutes. I have to add the store was extremely clean and the parking here is plenty Thank you once again for the courtesy while making me feel like a VIP and doing a great job with my packages. I really don't understand a few of the not so favorable reviews here, give respect & you will get respect in return that's how I was brought up. I was warmly greeted the second I came into the store. Unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. The employee that so many other reviewers mention is, without question, the biggest issue. His behavior is difficult to tolerate. I've personally witnessed him use his position to be petty and unnecessarily confrontational with customers. He insists people do things "his way" because "it's his store" and has even threatened to refuse service over minor issues. Meanwhile, he'll casually chat with customers while a long line forms and people are visibly frustrated by the wait. The arrogance and inflated sense of authority make what should be a quick errand unnecessarily unpleasant. I've seen this happen multiple times. Just yesterday, I watched him manipulate a customer in front of everyone in line. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. It's disappointing because the location is convenient, but experiences like these make people think twice about coming back.

Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it. And many FedEx locations are kind of far from here so thank you for accepting FedEx packages!
