Office Was Okay at First, Then a Bad 180 Degree Turn. I Do Not Recommend TailoredSpace for Your Business. As a service based business, we have clients who occasionally stop by to drop off documents when we are not physically present. This was never an issue in the past. Somehow, that changed, and the change seemed to happen on the fly. One of our long time clients came by to drop off documents. According to our client, the documents were refused. While he was on the phone with us trying to explain what was happening, he was asked to leave. TailoredSpace never called us, never notified us, and never gave us the chance to assist our client. When I called to ask what happened, I was told that we were supposed to call ahead before a client came in, and that the front desk had no duty to notify us. I was also told the front desk is not my receptionist, which was her answer when i asked if they could call to let me know about the client showing up to drop off documents. I felt this was really bad service & presented our business in a bad light, her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way," which felt like basic corporate *Eff off to me, dismissing the issue rather than address the actual problem or offer an actual apology. That left me dumbfounded. New unwritten procedures are now being enforced subjectively by the new receptionist, and active tenants are expected to just figure it out after there is already a bad client experience. When is it okay to provide horrendous B2B service to a business that is actively leasing office space? For any business that depends on client trust, document drop-offs, mail service, or a professional first impression, I would be very cautious before signing here. Based on this experience, I do not recommend TailoredSpace for your business. read more

Our team of 12 has a private office at TailoredSpace and we love it. It's been a great fit for us. The space is clean and is managed well. They offer great coffee (which is a must!) and drinks and snacks. They have phone booths for private calls and they have some really nice large conference rooms which are great for team meetings and collaborating. Ashley, the Community Director, plans fun events and lunches for the members and I have connected and networked with a lot of great people who also are members here. Highly recommend it! read more

Tailored Space has been a great office option for us. Coming from our own office bulding space where where we had to take care of everything, it is great to not have to worry about anything office-wise and just focus on growing our business and taking care of our customers. The offices are clean, lobby is well decorated and provides a professsional setting for our business. Best part about Tailored Space - Brea, is the office manager, Ashley....responsive, friendly, and welcoming. She represents all the businesses that lease offices here but if we were to hire someone to run and manage our own dedicated office, she would be it. Highly recommend! read more

With all the amenities you could ask for in an office setting (and more), TailoredSpace is the best place to go. They have flexible membership options with month-to-month agreements so you can come and go freely. People tend to mind their own business, but there are several people (like myself) that enjoy a good conversation. Weekends are super quiet if you just need to pop in for a couple of hours to get focused work done. Snacks and beverages are provided with certain memberships, and kitchenette for your lunch break. Small to large conference rooms are also available for private meetings. Phone booths are available to grab a call so you don't disturb your neighbors. Perfect space for a growing company! Been a member for about ~2 years and couldn't be happier with the space. Always clean, private, and the amenities are a great value. Right across from the Whole Foods plaza so there's plenty of food spots, plenty of coffee nearby, and close to the 57 freeway. Love it here. I live on a very busy street with roommates and 2 dogs, so I need a place to lock-in for work when I get busy. Ashley, the property manager, is also one of my favorite things about the place, she's super nice and easy to talk to - which would've been a deal breaker if that weren't the case. The inside is located on the 3rd floor, is super modern looking, accessible 24 hours for members, and whether its just a "desk" or "office" membership, all the amenities are included (I think desk just can't do mail or something like that idk don't quote me on that). It's also ALWAYS clean. Same with the bathrooms. The cleaners come nightly and do an awesome job. I've met a lot of cool members as well, which is nice when you run your own business or WFH. Wifi is extremely fast and having the option for ethernet is a beautiful thing. Oh and they even have phone booths! Just a really great place for anyone needing their own space to work when they please. read more

I don't frequent workspaces very often, but when I do I prefer the Tailored Space in Brea. In addition to being quite, clean, and spacious, I love the selection of complementary snacks and drinks. Edgar is amazing at getting my wife and I accommodated with space for meetings we may need to take on a particular day. Ample parking and food options are located nearby with a Whole Foods, Urban Plates, and Starbucks within walking distance. Came in for a tour and trial today. They don't run tours around noon because they're busy eating lunch and they also don't offer trials or a way to check out the space for a day despite having signs everywhere saying walk ins are welcome. They wouldn't even let me sit in the lobby for 30 minutes to wait for them to finish lunch. Very unusual and poor customer service. It would be better to stick with WeWork or Industrious over this space. read more

It's right next to Starbucks, Wholefoods, Urban Plates and many shops around and 5 minutes from 57 freeway. The place is new and super clean and Edgar gets to up-and-ready so fast that I got the members on the first visit! For hot desk member, you can use any desk in open area and access to one of phone booth for taking meetings.
