They charged a two month deposit ($1750) Up front It has been almost 60 days but my deposit has not been returned to me. They keep saying that they processed it almost one month ago. They will not accept any other payment form but credit card, and they withdraw the rent 14-days before the first of the month. If you use their furniture, they will charge you almost $400 at the end of the lease for using the furniture, but won't inform you at the beginning of the lease. If you don't cancel renewal of the lease 2 months before it expires, they will automatically sign you up for another year lease, and pursue you for payment. Horrible experience and I am looking into legal action now. Stay away from Regus at all costs.
