It's time to update my review since living here over a year now. I just renewed my lease and it is…read morean increase as you will find everywhere these days. Some things I have learned about the community that would be helpful are the following: If you rent an apartment with the outside patio facing a courtyard and are on a lower level be prepared for early wake up noise from the landscaping team, squirrels everywhere and skunks. Apparently this area has alot of skunk activity and though it is better than last year you will still wake up to that awful smell during the spring time if you have your windows and sliding door open and are on the ground floor. The AC units in the older buildings (I'm in the 297 building) are very loud where the newer ones (closest to Anaheim stadium) are smaller and more efficient and quieter. The older buildings are cheaper and most spacious - they were purchased by Irvine Company and were built by another builder - but you pay the price in utilities. My electric bill in a 2 bedroom last year was over $300 a month. I think next lease renewal I will move to the newer side of the complex for energy efficiency. They put in new smoke detectors this year that are so sensitive you can't get them to turn off for at least 15 minutes. You have to cook with both your AC fan and over the stove fan if you want them to not go off. The office has had a lot of turnover so I don't feel as connected here as I did in Irvine at both Promenade and Westview and emails aren't answered as efficiently but if you stop in they are very nice and helpful. It's just hard to get attached to one person since there is the turnover of staff. Maintenance is the best and I can't say enough about how efficient and caring they have been. The only complaint I have is that we don't have access to the AC filter as I have had in the other communities where you can just change your filter whenever you want (at Promenade you just put the old filter in the hallway and they bring you a new one). Parking is garage parking and is okay but neighbors aren't great. I parked in the wrong spot early on and instead of checking with the office my neighbor had me towed at a grand total of $300 and damage to my brand new electric vehicle. Not a good neighbor for sure. I would have just put a note on their window. EV chargers - the most are in building 297/291 garage. Amazon delivery is the best benefit here that you don't get anywhere else. They deliver packages directly to your door instead of the package lockers which is awesome to have when you live alone or can't lift something heavy. Very pet friendly, two dog parks kept pretty clean. Fireworks from Angel Stadium every Friday night during the season can be seen from the back parking lot. All in all, I'll stay here for a while but thought it would be helpful for others to have some information.

As a service based business, we have clients who occasionally stop by to drop off documents when we are not physically present. This was never an issue in the past. Somehow, that changed, and the change seemed to happen on the fly. One of our long time clients came by to drop off documents. According to our client, the documents were refused. While he was on the phone with us trying to explain what was happening, he was asked to leave. TailoredSpace never called us, never notified us, and never gave us the chance to assist our client. When I called to ask what happened, I was told that we were supposed to call ahead before a client came in, and that the front desk had no duty to notify us. I was also told the front desk is not my receptionist, which was her answer when i asked if they could call to let me know about the client showing up to drop off documents. I felt this was really bad service & presented our business in a bad light, her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way," which felt like basic corporate *Eff off to me, dismissing the issue rather than address the actual problem or offer an actual apology. That left me dumbfounded. New unwritten procedures are now being enforced subjectively by the new receptionist, and active tenants are expected to just figure it out after there is already a bad client experience. When is it okay to provide horrendous B2B service to a business that is actively leasing office space? For any business that depends on client trust, document drop-offs, mail service, or a professional first impression, I would be very cautious before signing here. Based on this experience, I do not recommend TailoredSpace for your business.

Ive seen the buildings carpets and hallways constantly maintained. The carpets have been washed at least 4 times, walls repainted, and the cleaning team is always around cleaning something. The residence portal is great, and helps in all things concerning our homes. Has only broken down once for a few hours. 4. Security has increased, but the late night riff raff from the homeless and tweakers persists. They congregate more towards CVS and Vons recently. Still a problem, but i see the efforts being made to help the residents. 5. Parking is good, theres plenty of public parking, thers spaces one can rent monthly and daily. You absolutely will get ticketed if parked for too long in a 2 hour, and towed if parked on Center Street when events are going on ( Theres events weekly and their awesome ). That being said, theres warnings posted everywhere prior to the event. 6. I have never experienced any disrespect or issues with anyone on the Greystar team, my experience has been the exact opposite. 7. Pool, gym, and certain amenities are in different buildings, so that sucks, but its not a deal breaker in any way. In conclusion its not perfect, but pretty close for someone like me.
