My car was broken into because there is an abundance of homeless near and around the area of the mobile home. They have no cameras for their residents safety. You'll actually see sketchy people sleeping right in front of both the Dale and Katella entrance to the home pay to live in. Also parking is a huge issue here. There are some residents where rules don't apply for them and others who violate rules that they weren't aware of. Images I attach here is cars parked in front of their homes. Some (friends of the mangers) will not get tow notices and others even guests will have their vehicles towed for doing what other residents do. Even parking at guest parking can get your guest a tow notice. They will also raise your rent in an attempt to get you to move out while others have no issues with rent. P.S. they turn off the electricity for the mobile home community so you may come home to no electricity on a frequent basis. Please avoid this place at all costs. There are cheaper places that can provide more safety and piece of mind. I will be working to get current residents to speak on their experiences so you have accurate updates on why to avoid this place.

Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

Since he took over, the park has seen real and long-overdue improvements. The streets have finally been repaired, we have new chairs and pool tables, and the jacuzzi--after being out of service for years--is now working again. The clubhouse has been upgraded and is now a great place to rent or just hang out. One of the biggest changes has been the increase in security. Humberto took action to remove homeless who were hanging around the clubhouse and trash areas, and he added a lock to the back door that used to be open to anyone, giving keys to residents only. For the first time in a long time, it feels like someone is truly looking out for our community. Humberto follows through, finishes projects, and genuinely cares about making Prados Verde a better and safer place. The facilities used to be free to use and NOW you have to pay... The homeless and thief's from Walmart, enter the park and use the facilities. Gang members from the apartments across the way come and steal from your mobile home. They have added a failed security at night. Although 80-90% of the theft/crime happens during the day time. Useless....and the park manager constantly sends message that are unprofessional and just plain Rude. It used to be great because the rent was cheap and you could buy and sell your mobile home quickly. Now there two spaces vacant, THAT WAS UNHEARD OFF for this park!!!!! WOW

I am looking at purchasing a NEW home here.
