They never came back. Then they pawned me off on another worker who also never returned phone calls. Like I didn't exist once they got their money. I'm not the only one with this experience from this company. I was warned that many have had the same problem but I was willing to give them a chance. The only person that has been very nice and has tried to help me is Debbie. Yes they sell manufactured homes but they also repair them.

Rules only apply when the house next to you is for sale, and for every month it's on the market with people pulling out of buying it it's your fault. If other residents are doing the exact same thing but every home in that line is sold, they won't hear a word from management, but the moment a single blade of grass grows over the property line into the vacant home's lot you're gonna be screeched at. News flash, selling houses isn't easy, especially when your park has very few reviews and the ones that are out there are almost unanimously negative. Not to mention some of the rules would be considered overreaching or even contradictory to state law. If you're a lawyer and have a family member who lives there now, beg them to let you see the lease agreement, you will either see red or dollar signs. Need an emergency renovation? Well, renovation kinda sounds like eviction, and if you need one, they'll gladly give you the both. See Kim vs Rancho Fullerton to see how heartless management is in regard to trying to make your house livable and up to code. And then there's my friend whose mom is getting punished for her stalkers trespassing in the park. She's called the police on them, tried to have them arrested, but every time they're escorted off the property management not only does nothing to ensure she's safe but actively antagonize her. It's a rare occurrence and an extreme case, but the fact they're harassing an old lady who's already being harassed by her stalkers makes them just as bad as her stalkers. If she hadn't left the park long ago, I wouldn't have included this part, but since she's no longer with us I feel safe in letting the world know that management cares more about appearances than safety of their tenants. One shudders to imagine what inhuman thoughts take hold in the manager's head, what dreams of chronic and sustained cruelty bring a smile to their face. If this place is ever investigated, I'd love to see how much jail time they'll be facing.

My parents would get anxiety whenever we would visit because they where scared of management telling them something. My mother even gave up her favorite hobby of gardening because management did comment on her plants. My parents hate confrontation and don't want any trouble with management so they just keep in doors and we have moved our family gatherings else where. Which is sad because my mom was so happy to finally have a home to invite her kids over to. And unfortunately they arnt able to move again so they are stuck in that mean community. Even some of the neighbors here are rude. Some man with a dog once stopped me and told me "you're not allowed here you need to leave the property now" and when I told him my parents live here and I was just throwing the trash out for them he replied with "you can't be walking around here " I just ignored him after that. Bottom line if you're planning on moving here or thinking of moving your elderly loved one here... I'd think twice before you do. =( And if you do move here get ready for the list of ridiculous rules, the rude management along with the few rude neighbors and the nosey neighborhood watch. One star for the 2 really nice neighbors my parents lives next too. Who also agree that management is rude.
