WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY
If you care at all about your elderly family members, do not let them move in here! My grandmother has lived here for over 10 years, and the management USED TO be kind and reasonable people, but after they retired and their children took their place in managing the park, it has been an absolute hell.
They add new rules to their park residents, specifically harassing my grandma with rules like: 1) Not being allowed to walk your dog on any premises other than directly to and from the assigned dog area. 2) Not being allowed to have more than 2 family members at any time visiting in the pool and recreation area or 3) No toys, pool noodles, floaties, etc. were allowed in the water -- which actually led to one of the new Park managers, named ANDREA, confronting and yelling at a young family member and her toddler for bringing toys and an extra person to the poolside (the extra person was only there for five minutes, which they mentioned to Andrea- yet she continued to yell over everyone else as they were trying to speak, and repeated all the rules they had supposedly broken. Safe to say we never went back to the pool as a family again after that day.
There was laws they just blatantly broke as well, one time was when my family informed them she'd start to have a live-in caretaker with her for driving and errands like grocery shopping. They refused everyone she hired on, (3 people total) including me, Andrea would follow me to & from my car to tell me I wasn't even allowed to visit her anymore. They even sent my grandmother eviction notices for me, after they had already forced her to show medical info to prove to them that she needed a caretaker in the first place. In addition, they also said my grandma had no right to an emotional support dog living in her home, even after being shown proof of the dogs license. The harassment/elderly abuse got to the point that my grandma had to move about, at which point they started charging random fees to what she "owed" the mobile park, even though she's paid every month the last decade, including all the old late fees she had.
This place is just all around inhabitable, your retirement years should be spent relaxing, not battling your landlords every day. Don't give them your money. read more
