The follow-up customer service has been disappointing, unfortunately…read more After waiting several months to have leaks in my new awnings addressed, and after experiencing multiple rainfall events that clearly demonstrated the system installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard is not adequately configured to handle the water load, I contacted the office and sent several text messages to Tom. Unfortunately, the response time for follow-up service has been extremely delayed--measured in months rather than days or weeks. The gutters on the awnings installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard overflow significantly during normal rainfall. Before purchasing and installing the two 62-foot awnings, I specifically asked whether the system would be capable of handling the expected surface water runoff. I was assured that it would. However, it does not. Eventually, Scott returned to inspect the issue and acknowledged both the overflow problem and the need for an additional downspout. I purchased these awnings with the expectation that they would include a complete and properly designed drainage system capable of performing their intended function. I am now being told that I must pay an additional expense to install the downspouts necessary to make the system function adequately. This is not what I was originally told, and it raises a concerning question: Why would a system be sold and installed if it was not sufficient for the job from the start? I trusted Home Improvements by Tim Allard to provide a complete solution. Instead, the project remains incomplete, and I am left with overflowing gutters--a problem that did not exist with my previous system. I believe this issue should be corrected without additional cost to me, as the current configuration does not meet the expectations that were established at the time of sale. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.

I heard a POP-POP and the system went down. One shot in the plenum, one in the coil. They installed a democratically elected ruler of indoor comfort that is committed to equal airflow for all rooms. HVAC gone rogue? You could do worse than to get an estimate from The N-Gen. We'll keep them on speed dial while keeping their last names private in the review photos. They liberated our home from uncertain climate control. These service-minded mercs didn't even require us to pay the invoice in crypto. Hooyah. I love me some monthly payments in USD. Believe.

He believed he fixed our AC issue & after $6K in upgrades & recommended repairs, he left. Not more than 5 minutes after he left, our system shut down again. We immediately called Nexgen but got an AI robot. Tried a different # but it was obviously an overseas call center. They could not or would not connect us with anyone in the US or the local office our tech came from. Said they would "contact dispatch" & promised someone would call that night. Shocking.....no one called. Our tech was at best just 1 or 2 miles away. How hard is it to call him, say there is an issue at the jobsite you just left, & circle back?? We then contacted the AI robot & he scheduled us for someone to be here the next morning between 8am-12pm. Great! But next morning, we get a confirmation text for an appointment a few days later....not the next day as promised. We wait today until 9am for the local office to open. They again "can't help" but promises someone will call us today to address our issue. And you probably already guessed it.....no one called. Could you possibly have any worse or worthless customer service? Is it Nexgen policy to bill someone $6000+ and then just bail on them? Avoid this company like the plague!!!!
