We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. The heater turned out to be too obsolete to repair, but that was the only time that Rod was not able to come through for me. Today they helped me install a water heater which was a bit tricky. I was grateful for their prompt service and offered him $200 for the hassle. He said that was too much, so I dropped to $120 for about an hours of hard work for 2 men. That's old school honesty... declining to accept a high bid. Another plumber had quoted 3-4 hours at $100 hour. Thank you Leroy and son.
