Since he took over, the park has seen real and long-overdue improvements. The streets have finally been repaired, we have new chairs and pool tables, and the jacuzzi--after being out of service for years--is now working again. The clubhouse has been upgraded and is now a great place to rent or just hang out. One of the biggest changes has been the increase in security. Humberto took action to remove homeless who were hanging around the clubhouse and trash areas, and he added a lock to the back door that used to be open to anyone, giving keys to residents only. For the first time in a long time, it feels like someone is truly looking out for our community. Humberto follows through, finishes projects, and genuinely cares about making Prados Verde a better and safer place. Yes, they give the legally required 90-day notice, and yes, they offer a payment plan but that doesn't make their constant, excessive increases acceptable. It's price gouging, plain and simple. There have been zero meaningful improvements to justify these hikes. The pool sits unused, the park next door would be a nice amenity if residents had access (they don't), and the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Basic maintenance is ignored, yet the rent keeps climbing. This company is gutting the community for profit. If you're thinking about moving here, do yourself a favor, don't. From the very beginning, she was efficient, responsive, and made the entire process feel easy--which is rare when it comes to moving. One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was the location. Being right near the 405 and 22 freeway makes it incredibly convenient, especially since it sits at a perfect midpoint between Long Beach and coastal Orange County. It makes getting anywhere simple and efficient. What really stood out to me, though, is the level of safety and security here. The property is gated, has overnight security patrol, and even the indoor-outdoor garage is secured. The entire place feels fortified and well thought out, which gives a strong sense of peace of mind. On top of that, the maintenance team is incredibly fast and reliable. Knowing that anything can be handled right away makes living here that much more comfortable. The overall environment is also a huge plus--neighbors are respectful, reserved, and easygoing. It feels like a community of people who value peace and consideration for others. Overall, this apartment truly delivers on luxury, cleanliness, and safety, and Cathy played a big role in making that first impression a great one.

Electricity power went out on my house and multiple other houses. I asked one of my neighbors (whose power went out, too, and they are very nice people) what happened. They said the end house did construction and did something bad and it cut the electricity. Just recently (I think it was Friday), the electricity went out again. I asked my neighbor again because I heard the manager talking to them earlier. They said that their electricity went out, too, and the manager blamed them and their house for causing the outages for multiple houses and garages. They don't know how they did that when they've been doing the same thing everyday (and has never caused bad electricity). They tried to tell the manager that the end house did it, but the manager got upset and blamed them instead. So when I saw the manager, I asked him what happened. The manager said that my house caused the electricity outage. Like WOW! I didn't believe my neighbors because the manager is usually very nice and good person, so I asked the manager how I did that, he said because my electricity gives power to all of the garages and with me using the electricity, I took the electricity away. Like WOW! I believe my neighbors now. This manager is very bad and not good at all.
