Since he took over, the park has seen real and long-overdue improvements. The streets have finally been repaired, we have new chairs and pool tables, and the jacuzzi--after being out of service for years--is now working again. The clubhouse has been upgraded and is now a great place to rent or just hang out. One of the biggest changes has been the increase in security. Humberto took action to remove homeless who were hanging around the clubhouse and trash areas, and he added a lock to the back door that used to be open to anyone, giving keys to residents only. For the first time in a long time, it feels like someone is truly looking out for our community. Humberto follows through, finishes projects, and genuinely cares about making Prados Verde a better and safer place. Basic maintenance is ignored, yet the rent keeps climbing. This company is gutting the community for profit. If you're thinking about moving here, do yourself a favor, don't. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. Electricity power went out on my house and multiple other houses. I asked one of my neighbors (whose power went out, too, and they are very nice people) what happened. They said the end house did construction and did something bad and it cut the electricity. Just recently (I think it was Friday), the electricity went out again. I asked my neighbor again because I heard the manager talking to them earlier. They said that their electricity went out, too, and the manager blamed them and their house for causing the outages for multiple houses and garages. They don't know how they did that when they've been doing the same thing everyday (and has never caused bad electricity). They tried to tell the manager that the end house did it, but the manager got upset and blamed them instead. So when I saw the manager, I asked him what happened. The manager said that my house caused the electricity outage. Like WOW! I didn't believe my neighbors because the manager is usually very nice and good person, so I asked the manager how I did that, he said because my electricity gives power to all of the garages and with me using the electricity, I took the electricity away. Like WOW! I believe my neighbors now. This manager is very bad and not good at all.

Management and their families and friends park anywhere they want and do whatever they want (including against their posted rules). It is ok that they do it but not others. Lots of soliciting (even though there's NO SOLICITING signs posted at entrance). Lots of thefts and stealing. Lots of homeless people. Lots of gambling and drug dealing. Lots of illegal homes' add-ons, buildings, construction, etc. done on weekends, after hours, and when management is not on premises. Lots of power and water outages. Lots of times, cannot find Management in their offices at posted open hours. Visitor cars will be vandalized when parked in posted visitor spots. If you speak out, you get in trouble and you are wrong.
