We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I accepted a proposal from Integrity Leveling on April 10, 2026. I was told the job could be completed in 2-3 weeks and somebody would call me to schedule the following week. 2 weeks later and no call to schedule. I followed up with the office and the sales rep and they assured me that Phil had been on vacation and would call me the next day to schedule. No word from Phil. At this point I decided to move on and use another vendor. I'm glad I did, the service call amount from Integrity was $700 (!!!), and I had my issue resolved for $0 since it was just a few screws that needed to be tightened (this was for electrical work). Phil JUST called me today, May 4, 2026. Three and a half weeks after I accepted the proposal. I'd think twice about doing business with a company that can't honor its commitments.
