The building for lease is very good size and has private offices, shared office space, a conference rooms and a mini-kitchen. There is access is either with door codes or key fobs and you have access 24/7. Free internet comes with all packages, they handle all of your mail arrangements and there is an ample amounting parking. The building is kept in immaculate condition with regular housekeeping and maintenance and I noticed that it was very quiet and very conducive to creating a productive environment.

Less than 24hours after signing the contract I told Brandi (office Manger) that we had to cancel. Brandi stated it was no problem since we never took ownership of the office or received the keys that our entire deposit and fees of $1048 would be returned to our card in 5-7 business days. We agreed and thanked her for her understanding. Later on that day I received an email from Brandi stating that she had made a mistake due to being new to Tailored Spaces and stated she could no longer issue us our entire refund due to us signing the contract the night before. Brandi stated she could only return the security deposit of $650 and we would be responsible for the 1st month rent. In addition she said that our deposit would be return via check and mail after Tailored spaces completed their next billing cycle in October. In addition we NEVER got access to the office that they made us pay rent for in September. It has now been over 3 weeks and we still have not received our money back!!!!!! I have to call the office multiple times due to never receiving any updates. When I talked to Brandi last she states that our refund still has not arrived and she is not sure when the refund will be delivered. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I was practicing as a Life Coach out of my suite and always felt proud and confident by the greeting and environment my clients received by the receptionist and nicely done waiting area. The kitchen is very nicely done, the conference room is beautiful and the overall decor and ambience is very well done. Modern and warm. I genuinely LOVED being there! I ended up closing my practice and moving, but recently were searching for a space again and immediately tried to get in with Pine Executive Suites but unfortunately they did not have an open suite during the time frame I needed. I would have LOVED to have done a virtual with them but my business did require an office. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend looking into virtual suites here or open suites. It is bar none the nicest suites in all of Chino Hills and Chino.

They estimate they keep piling more stuff on you even though you don't know how they work you into a frantic state and don't give you any or teach you how to do things and then they let you go. They'll throw you all over on the place they're gonna fire you telling you to do the phones sending you to a couple other desk having you do three things at once and then they'll say you're fired. Don't use them. They are the most horrible people on the planet I have ever met in my life and certainly the worst employer Ever.

When I arrived, Daniela let me in and showed me the space. Going through the LSAT was so nervewrecking but the lawworks staff certainly helped to make it easier.
