I was looking for a new company to manage a couple of my rentals since the previous one I used had many complaints from my renters about lackluster service and communication. It's now been 4 months and so far, I haven't had any issues with this company. Customer service has been excellent. I normally speak to Kerry- I believe she's their office manager- and she's been really communicative and courteous. She's also very nice and expedites the issues my renters have very quickly. I had a leak in one of my rentals recently, and she was able to get service out the next day, which is quite rare based on my experience. As for cost, the price they charge for managing single family homes is very fair, cheaper than the previous property management companies I've used. At first, I was hesitant to use them since they are a small company, and I wasn't sure how that would go. But, I also love to support small businesses whenever I can. And so far, it seems like their quality of service is better than bigger companies because they are more focused and attentive to their clients. I will update if there are any issues, but as of right now, it's been great.

The system barely functions properly and makes communication feel impersonal and unnecessarily difficult. For example, I recently reported that our shower was not functioning properly, and the AI immediately categorized it as a "shower leak" and started asking generic automated questions instead of addressing the actual issue. It honestly feels like tenants are talking to a broken customer service bot instead of a real person who can help. On top of that, tenants are charged nearly $3 every month just to pay rent online through their portal. Even when using direct bank account and routing information, while rent continues to increase by 10% annually. For a company managing only a small 6-unit building, I expected better communication, better maintenance support, and more consideration for tenants. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.

I usually avoid doing business with companies that have less than a 4.9-star rating, especially if…read morethey have fewer than 100 reviews, and because there are so many to choose from that have that rating or above anyway, so under normal circumstances I probably would have passed on this one. Because of that, I was honestly surprised to log in and see only a 4-star overall rating. Based on my own experience over the past couple of years, I wouldn't give them anything less than 5 stars. That said, my experience has been almost entirely with Kelly, so she's the reason for my rating. Kelly has always been incredibly responsive, follows up quickly, and handles everything accurately. On the other hand, when I've emailed other company email addresses, I haven't received responses. I also once called with a billing issue and spoke with someone else after asking for billing, but my issue wasn't resolved at all, which was disappointing. I eventually reached out to Kelly, and she took care of it promptly and correctly. So my 5-star rating is really for Kelly. If she ever leaves, I may have to come back and update this review because she's been the reason my experience with this company has been consistently excellent.

This property management company is the worst. For years we have requested they trim down the…read morebushes on one of their commercial locations. Homeless take up residency sleep, urinate while children are walking by to and from school. This is an ongoing problem and they just don't care. They have ill communication, no one answers the phone except for a robot. Yesterday a dead body was found in the bushes after continually bringing this problem to their attention. Trash and debris piles up in the bushes and all the guy does with a backpack is blow the trash further away against the building. Instead of taking a proactive approach they choose to take a no active approach. Thanks a lot Interpacific management for making our neighborhood go downhill rapidly. Avoid this company at all cost!
