I have a law office and I have been a tenant for five years. I started out with a virtual office and when the time was right I decided to rent out a physical office. My experience has been great. The receptionists, Ana and Andrea, are professional and polite. They greet my clients and they are very respectful. Ana is bilingual so she is able to communicate with my Spanish speaking clients. My staff and I have access to the kitchen and I am able to offer my clients water and coffee. We are also able to use the conference rooms for meetings. I have rented office space here for nearly 2 years and I am still very happy with my decision. I receive excellent customer service from the staff and especially from Ana. Ana oversees the front desk and manages day to day tenet demands with a professional friendliness that is not common these days. Ana is also a really good barista and makes sure that there is always hot coffee and tea available throughout the day. With regards to the other tenets, I feel as if they could be my coworkers working for the same company because everyone is always very friendly and approachable. Our office, Adjust First Public Insurance Adjusters rents an office space here and we enjoy being there. The atmosphere is always positive. They listen to every concern and request. We love the smiles we get from the front desk ladies. Our clients are always speaking highly of how professional they are. Our office is always sending fedex mail out and Ana Gutierrez is so helpful by scheduling them to stop by for pick up. Also, when any documentation/mail has arrived or has been picked up, Ana makes sure to contact us so we are aware of it. We moved in about 3 years ago and we are extremely happy with this place, I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything is beyond expectation. Very straightforward and simple process for signing the lease as everything was included (even conference room!) and you don't need to worry about unexpected charges that you usually get at all other places.
