AMC took over my apartment a few months ago. My experience with them was really bad. When water started leaking from my ceiling on Saturday, I called the emergency maintenance number multiple times and couldn't reach anyone. I was left waiting until Monday for repairs. This number (949) 997-1426 is used across all the AMC communities and it's not working. The onsite front desk team did their best to help, but even they were unable to get in touch with emergency maintenance. The fact that building staff couldn't reach the emergency team during an actual emergency is incredibly ironic. What's the point of an emergency line if nobody answers when residents need help? Marketing slogans mean nothing when residents can't get assistance during an actual emergency. Very disappointing experience. read more

Helen took the time to text and call me throughout the entire move in process, making sure my money arrived safe and ensuring I had checked all the boxes on the move in checklist. We live in 5254 away from the apartments and don't have strong access to them compared to the other units. Decent place to live. Review for Stadium House Apartments; Maintenance Technician: Pedro Garcia It's been about 2 months since I moved in and had 2 maintenance requests placed since. Both times, Pedro was my technician. He's been very professional both times and it's also very efficient and does great work. The first maintenance call was to fix things during the initial walk through that needed to be addressed and it took about an hour to an hour and a half to complete. The second request took the longest because of the availability of the parts. The initial visit was for a leaky toilet, the tank would constantly be leaking water back into the bowl. Pedro tried to remedy it by replacing the tank, which didn't work. Pedro said he'll ask for a new toilet. A week goes by, still using the leaky toilet and I finally get the call/notification that maintenance has been scheduled again. The second visit of this second maintenance request took also about an hour and a half from removing the old toilet, to cleaning and installing the new toilet. That same day when the maintenance was about complete, I was also getting rid of some cardboard boxes and Pedro was nice enough to help me take them to the recycling bin. Overall I'm satisfied with the maintenance requests and satisfied with the work that Pedro has put in and how he took the time from his busy schedule to help a resident out. read more

I have been acknowledged with AMC company through Fair Oaks Apartments Homes that my family been staying with for over 10 years. Throughout the years, the company and management been trying updating the outlook of the apartments to make it more presentable and patched up the cracks and damages. New windows been installed that block the sounds from outside so now you can enjoy peace and quiet while children playing outside and people party. Even if you have been living some years in the same apartments, the management will try to improve your place if so required or im case you want to renovate something. Jose, a worker who used to work for the AMC company and now retired, always work diligently and was very helpful in assisting my family with minor issues in the apartment. At the moment, another good worker, Omar, been very kind in assisting resident as well. Personally, he helped renovate the floors at my family's apartment due to old layers wearing out, cracking and peeling off. Since not all issues always can be fixed as one might want to be, the company and it's workers have been trying to assist in the best way possible for the residents to experience the comfort of living read more

My fiancée and I just moved into Sherwood's Apartment and there were some things missed in the renovation. We made a hefty lists of requests and Luis came in for the next two days taking care of all of them! Not only that, he went out of his way to find proper replacements! If it was purely on Luis' service then it would be 5 stars hands down! Unfortunately things have to be put on pause due to appliances/parts not being available. I have been living at the Beachwood Apartments for 2 years now and I am really impressed by how AMC operates and maintains the property. The maintenance worker Oscar Zuazo keeps the outdoor grill area spotless and disinfects it every morning, which is why I use the grill so often. The gym and pool are constantly cleaned and maintained which is why I imagine residents host so many pool parties. Overall a great and friendly maintenance staff. read more

There were some amazing perks of being employed with AMC but for me what stood out for me was the people that I met (Frank, Rose, Paul, Martin, Albert, Amy, Steven, Katie, ErinLynn, Hannah, Matthew, Joseph; just to name a few) . This company truly cares about it's employees and valued residents. The pricing and requirements are worth living in a community that is owned and managed by AMC. I was about to move into a community however I got a job offer I couldn't resist & had to leave the company as they don't own or manage in the area that I moved to. I am truly appreciative being able to be a part of a company and learn all that I did in the time I was with them. If you are pondering about applying do not hesitate to do so. Recently my apartment complex changed over to amcliving, and an entire new maintenence team, as well as maintenance request portal,was put into place. Since the changeover I've had 2 maintenance emergencies which I requested through the portal and was pleasantly surprised just how quickly they responded. I sent my request friday evening and the only next available time listed was the following Monday, but I recieved a text from Erick P, a member of the maintenance team, Who was taking a look into the problem immediately. Erick P. Actually helped me with my issue after office hours and kept me in the loop through the night, promising to resolve the issue in the morning. So Saturday morning came and so did Erick, bright and early, resolving my no hot water issue so I could take a shower before heading to work. I truly appreciate just how swiftly and efficiently everything was handeled. I must say that this new maintenance team leaves me with peace of mind that in case of an emergency I can rely on Erick P., and rest of the maintenance team here at Surf House apartments. read more

Our Rental Consultant, Bryan Ball, was excellent in all aspects of our process! He was incredibly courteous and professional and made us feel like VIP's throughout the process! After experiencing Bryan, the Asst Manager Rae, Sam and Justine and many of the other staff, we knew we were making the right decision to choose Corona Pointe Resorts.
