I have placed tickets for maintenance since 2022 because there has been this very bad odor coming from the pipes and under our stairs, which leaves us smelling human feces and dead animal throughout the morning and night! Maintenance will come in to check it out and say there is a dead animal under our apt. How many dead animals is there going to be?! It leaves our home and furniture smelling like literal shit! I also placed tickets for our peeling floor, last year there was an over flow in our kitchen sink that lead to the living room, it caused the vinyl flooring to lift. Now we have cuts all over our feet because of the sharp vinyl corners. They still haven't fixed it. Molding on our bathroom walls keeps coming back because the fan doesn't work.

I particularly appreciate that when there is something it breaks or an issue with the property they are very timely in letting me know and getting a service provider out quickly. That keeps my tenant satisfied and us retaining good tenants longer. I have had feedback from my tenant, however, that some of the staff have come across as negative to them. That has not been my personal experience however I would like to think that anytime they are contacted there is positive attitude. Their billing and paperwork has always been timely and clear. One final note, their walk-through with a previous tenant was not thorough enough to catch everything (the automatic sprinklers were destroyed by the tenant) they did an adequate job overall.
