I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Marshall Reddick. I used them for the selling of one property (did a separate review), but this review is regarding property management of a different property. Once I decided to rent the property instead of sell it, I was introduced to my property management team. I was a bit nervous since previously I had a family friend living in the house and never dealt with this kind of situation. My team was Abby, Denise, and Ernesto, and they made everything so easy. Ernesto and Abby did a fantastic job getting the house ready, and Denise did an awesome job showing the home. There was communication throughout the entire process. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst property management company. They NEVER answer any phone calls, nor messages. The maintenance emergency calls never get answered or returned. You never hear back from them ever. We have black mold growing in our bedroom from the rain leaking into the windows and making the windowsills and blinds constantly wet and causing us to be sick. We have not heard a single word from them, they put an update that someone has been contacted in the portal, but we never got a call, never got a text, nothing, zero communication or contact with us. This is a constant problem. They could not care less about the people in the properties that they manage. Denise Mitchell, The incredible woman who only shows the properties is the only good thing about them. She deserves 10 stars and is an incredible human and cares so much. The only time we've gotten anything done is when I reach out to her directly and she calls the maintenance for me, which she does not have to do at all. She was the kindest person from the second I met her. She just has nothing to do with the way the property is managed. read more

Denise Mitchell was our realtor and she was great because she was familiar with our area. She got our place rented out quickly, and our new tenant was able to move in just under a month after we moved out. She started with a walk through of the place and comp analysis telling us some potential rental figures a few days before we moved out. She explained why some figures seemed higher or lower and gave us her opinion on a figure. After we moved out Kaitlyn got the contractors in to clean and fix up the space which was done quickly. Then Denise booked multiple back to back showings to ensure we had a variety of prospects. She had excellent communication and actually proactively sent us daily email updates (before we even asked her for an update) about how many showings, applications, questions, or feedback from visitors. It's so great to get these fyi notices rather than have to chase someone for an update, especially when you are busy with other stuff. She is good via phone, email, and text. Here is an experience I need to mention. I've worked with Marshall Reddick since 2016. And all has been a smooth and happy process. But like every investment, there are always risks. The experience with my previous borrower wasn't the best. Payments weren't on time and then eventually they faded. But Marshall Reddick had communicated that to me from the get go about late payments, which is not unusual for some. So when it happened I made sure MR was aware. April was on top of it and reached out to the borrowers to find answers. This investment ended up as a foreclosure sale, but MR and team was there with me every step of the way from beginning to end. Thank goodness Patrick was there to help take care of the process and kept me in the loop. I recovered everything I paid for through the foreclosure sale. They actually made this unfortunate experience a breeze and less nerve wrecking. So needless to say, this experience wasn't going to stop me from working with them again. read more

Couple months ago, I reached out to Scott inquiring information on property management services. He was very thorough and detailed in the service they provide so I decided to move forward with their service. His team comprising of a Property Manager (Eric), Maintenance Manager (Nelson), Property Mgmt. Coordinator (Mariana) and Listing Agent (Ashley) all work well together and always made it their priority to communicate with me at all times which is key for me. The Maintenance Manager worked with their vendors to clean up and upgrade our condo so that it's clean and in the best condition to attract potential renters. Once completed, the listing agent listed our property and within a week we were able to get a qualified renter. The Property Mgmt. Coordinator then took over and worked with the renters in drew up lease agreement quickly for signing. The entire process went smoothly.
