I didn't realize when I first signed on that Keybox is off-property management only (they don't personally meet with tenants or inspect the property themselves). As a tenant, I find Keybox to be excellent. I have historically had pretty terrible experiences being a renter, for no particular reason, but it's just the status quo that most tenants learn to live with. This has been the total opposite of that, and what a refreshing experience that is.
