I have leased a home for several years which Neena is the property manager and I can confidently state that she's the best property manager I've ever worked with. Whenever we have an issue, we can contact her via a website portal she's provided us or we can just text her directly and even at night or on the weekend, she replies right away and her communication is excellent. I've lived in my rental unit in West Hollywood for 25 years now and have always been impressed with Neena and her team of contractors - specifically Joe Marino and Ernie as well. Recently there was water damage to the walls in the kitchen from leaking pipes (it's a 64 year old building). Neena's team had to replace much of the original Kitchen and worked with me to get Kitchen upgrades that I preferred instead of the minimum that they were required to do. Neena took over management of my apartment earlier this year and she's been fantastic. As a tenant, I really appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with her and how quickly she responds. Most recently, I emailed her late morning on a Friday (yesterday) because of a clogged bathroom sink; she got in touch with a plumber immediately and by noon today (Saturday), it was taken care of. In my past experience as a renter, I've felt like it's a huge imposition to ask for repairs or to discuss any issues with owners and/or managers.
