I appreciate that they have fully vetted subcontractors that come and work at the property and apartments. It is apparent that they take pride in the excellent service that they provide. If we had an issue, pest control or water leaks in the wall it would take them days weeks or months to come fix the issue. I had to tell them to offer this it and as a tenant that's my right to be provide with heating or cooling when the units break down. Last summer the units here had a pest control issue, Riegel asked us to sign a release of responsibility to let a stranger come into our apartment. I was not shocked that they were not going to come while they sent pest control to enter our apartment and no one would be home. the while no one is home. I never understood how they can still be in business and do these kind of things what kind of property management company are they? there are a series of things I could complain about but I think I'll just end this review here.
