Beware ! Do Not use this Escrow. Very unprofessional ! They took my fee. Doesn't even listen to your concern at all. No question can be asked. They are too busy to answer it. On date of signing, I see no sign of the person who handling my case. No explanation whatsoever. No witnesses. Just come and sign the paper and that is it ! At some point, I really ask myself what kind of thing I am dealing with! They handle your case in the very last minute. Try to request everything from you and expect you to submit within 24 hours before Escrow closes. How professional !!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible !!! Important thing needs to say it thrice. Seriously ! read more

Beatrice clearly hates her job. She was very inpatient and rude. It was our first time selling a business, hence, there was questions. She did not want to explain the common procedures. Extremely disappointed with the service. Do not come here. There are many escrow companies out there that want your business and they will respect you. read more

Maybe they donot care the grade on Yelp, because almost customers are from the agents, but I still wanna give them a bad review. I sold a restaurant from this escrow, they detain the money for more than 6 months, they should pay the EDD, but EDD not accept any checks, and my CPA ask the money and they can help to pay it, and this Escrow not allowed us to do that, then they just keep the money for themselves, that's ridiculous. I tried talk with their owner, she refused to see me, only let me talk with Beatrice, and she tell me the same thing every time, she told me that they can do nothing, This Escrow do nothing to help you, they only wanna get the money and let you go, if you have any problems, they tell you to deal the problems by yourself. read more

I had a horrible experience. I used this escrow because of the recommendation of my Agent. Seems to me he the agent was getting his commission from his friend Beatrice. I noticed She has gotten several negative reviews and still continue without any response back. Beatrice Wang the old woman was my escrow officer. She did not provide me complete documentation. When I asked her for full documents she argues with me. I paid a lot of money to her to close my real estate purchase. I believe she just wants to put as much money in her pocket from my real estate purchase. The cushion of $300 real estate refundable fee was never returned or refunded to me! Also to type up a quit claim deed she charged me $200 cash which I found out later was way too much from the Friend who does title. I never even gotten a receipt! She just quickly grabbed the money and put it in her wallet. I will never use this escrow company ever again. read more

I am a seller who recently closed my transaction with Rose Tran. I was impressed with her professionalism and outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to make me feel at ease. I received updates every few days via email and text messages throughout my whole transaction. As a seller this can be a very stressful and emotional process. Rose Tran put my mind at ease and it's so comforting to know she's on top of my file. She will definitely be my go-to girl for future investments. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSE TRAN read more

I have worked with so many escrow officers throughout the years, and I have to say, Rose Tran is one of the best! Every transaction that I have worked with Rose on has closed with minimal issues. Rose and her assistants respond quickly and keep everyone in the transaction up-to-date at all times. I would highly recommend Rose Tran for your next escrow transaction! read more

horrible !!!! they repeatedly demanded (for months !!!) that the buyer purchase fire insurance on a vacant lot purchase. really ?? how does one establish value on dirt, rocks, sand, gravel, earth, and earth on a vacant lot fire ??? these guys held up escrow for months while we tried and tried and tried to get them to remove the fire insurance demand for dirt. insane, and extremely unprofessional. no viable insurance company provides fire insurance for dirt, so how could the buyer obtain a non- existent policy ?? worst escrow ever. their ignorance cost me thousands in commissions. stay away from this office. run away (don't walk) from this group. their english comprehension is atrocious !!! read more

Very terrible and injustice place. They will not give you good attitude and she is rude.Seems like I didn't pay her for service. 服务很差！很势利！没给钱前天天催着收钱，收完钱后再咨询其相关问题态度就极其恶劣，不直接回答问题且直接挂断客户电话，还一直推卸责任！非常不专业！！给大家避雷，千万别找这家！！ read more

Before you are selling your home please do research so you would not end up with bad experiences. Central Escrow group from Monterey Park Ms. Beatrice Wang with such unprofessional manner from a escrow officer. I called her because she gave my mother the wrong information. I asked her to clarify an issue. During the phone conversation, I asked her why is she yelling? She said because I was yelling and it is not her job to explained anything to my mother. We should have asked the questions when she gave the documents to my mother then she hung up the phone immediately, she didn't even try to de-escalate the situation. I was dumbfounded with her behavior. When I called her back, she didn't picked up the phone. After you paid the company for their services, it is not her job any more to explain about the missed information. I am so disappointed with Central Escrow group in Monterey park. I was informed by someone, she is the owner of Monterey park branch. What a joke! read more

Yong from Central Ecrow was great !! I am often nervous dealing with escrow companies I am not familiar with. Yong has an extremely professional manner and also a wonderful kindness about her. She is extremely thorough and on top of the process from open to end. To top it all off, she is supported by a team of rock-stars!!!! Thanks Yong. read more

Lousy services. Worker Beatrice refused to admit its mistakes, had to contact the dbo, dbo.ca.gov, considerations also to contact the BBB on them. That Beatrice Wang made many errors without being responsible for its clients, besides inconveniencing the clients. That boss should handle Beatrice, likely Beatrice's boss is not aware of all the mistakes and lousy attitudes of that Beatrice, or her boss just does not care for their clients? Should contact Beatrice's boss, just do not know which is her boss. Her boss may feel welcome to contact by responding to the review so, we get back to each other to resolve what your worker Beatrice failed to do her job that you hired her to do so, likely her boss be doing her job, handling customer services, as this worker made many mistakes read more

Great experience. Our escrow officer spent time on all of the details of the deal and was patient with answering our many questions. Office is well taken care of, they have a leather couch in a makeshift waiting area and water dispenser if you need it. They stayed open late for me since I had to commute 43 miles to get there after work. There is a private parking lot in the back. Overall, great experience. read more

We just sold our house and worked with Curtis Chan at Central Escrow in Monterey Park as our escrow officer. We were quite impressed with Curtis' excellent and professional service . He was extremely responsive and answered all our questions with knowledge and patience. He even offered to cover an unfair charge by a third party. Even though the issue was eventually resolved and the charge removed, we thought that Curtis' gracious gesture of generosity was very touching. We will definitely want to have Curtis again for our future real estate needs and will highly recommend him to our friends for their transactions too! read more

The service we experienced at Central Escrow was superb. Beatrice Wang was patient and diligent through the whole process. She made sure we understand the all the documents (I didn't know there are so many pages!) and answered all the questions we had with expert knowledge. I was referred to Beatrice Wang by a family friend and by his account, Beatrice has been in the escrow industry for a very long time- it definitely showed from our interactions with her. I would definitely recommend her, A+! read more

Bought two properties with Central Escrow Inc,'s Beatrice Wang and each time the service was excellent. With over 20 years of experience and highly regarded in the real estate and business industry, she is the absolute best. Family and friends all use her and are all extremely pleased. Her knowledge is unparalleled and her and her team are highly professional. I was surprised to see some negative reviews but for someone who has over two decades of experience, I wouldn't give much weight to those negative reviews since people only tend to post negative experiences and not positive ones. But since I had such a great experience, I wanted to share this. I highly recommend her for residential properties, commercial properties, hotels and business!!! read more

I absolutely recommend Rose Tran for all escrow services. I've have worked with Rose for 10+ years. Her knowledge and experience made everything pleasant. If I could give 0 star rating, I would have totally done it. My first time buying a house and encountered this horrible company. Made TONS OF MISTAKES. but never admitted it's their fault. The escrow officer Beatrice is lack of professionalism and super unorganized. I don't know how this business can sustain with such poor service and knowledge. I would drop them in a heart beat if I had a chance! The more I think about it, the more angry I get! One word -------------- BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is quite sad. How can an escrow company mistakenly add an extra digit to the social security number to the finalized real estate transaction check that caused our family to lose alot of our tax money because some dumb b**** named "Kitty" couldn't perform her duties to the maximum capacity. I mean if she follows up through her work ethics this wouldn't have happened or maybe it was the assistant faults. Either way you F*** up on our taxes and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's sad to see our old family representatives that used to work there leave and I wonder why. Maybe if "Kitty" stops screwing around, she would be more competent! I guess all those rumors about her and her husband are true. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

Beware of this company! better yet, stay away from Beatrice Wang!! Had a real bad experience with her. Very irresponsible and super careless. Just be careful if you use her because she can really messed up your files. I definitely suggest using another escrow company unless you want your files to be mixed up with somebody else which is what she did to mine and not even apologizing at the end for her mistakes. Had such horrible experience with her. Never again!!! read more

Excellent Service. Prompt response times. Very reasonably priced. I recommend Rose Tran as your escrow officer.

We recently closed our transaction with Rose Tran and from my personal experience it went very well. My wife and I were kept informed at all times. So to my surprise from reading the reviews lower than 3 stars, these clients were not prepared and I am Hispanic! I will highly recommend MY NEW escrow officer "Rose Tran" to my family as well as my Asian friends. read more

Beware of the fees that they tell you vs what they charge you later when things are done. Beatrice told me one fee, at the end were billed differently. Don't trust Beatrice and what she quote you! Get it in writing, or better yet.. Find a different escrow service. Don't use them!! read more

I was referred to this branch when my parents were interested in refinancing and also planning to sell one of our properties. I was assisted by Rose Tran. Her level of expertise is exceptional and I am so glad that I came to her. She answered all of our questions and good thing also is that she speaks Cantonese too, which was perfect for my parents. Rose is very good with following up with us as well, every time there was an update she would notify us right away just to make sure we knew what was going on. Rose was very patient with my parents and their 99 questions and she was very educated and answered everything that they had. I think it was just the entire experience that made things so much easier because we trust that she will get things done for us and correctly as well. They also do notarizing here for those that need it as well, I will definitely come here again if I have any properties that need paperwork to be done and I definitely recommend Rose Tran ! read more

Central Escrow did a great and efficient job on my refinance with Wells Fargo. I was trying to assume the mortgage on my home with Mr Cooper (which is a terrible company to deal with). I worked with Beatrice. She was helpful in my home purchase and in notarizing documents later on.

While I use Yelp frequently, I have never felt compelled to write a review until now. I wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Beatrice Wang and Central Escrow Group, Inc. The entire escrow process was never a source of worry or concern...a homeowner's dream. Ms. Wang provided updates, addressed our questions, and ensured that the entire process was efficient and effortless. Ms. Wang was extremely professional and courteous. Thank you to Ms. Wang for providing the "Nordstrom" treatment from start to finish! read more

I made a huge mistake when I did not ask about the fees when escrow opened. I was the buyer, and seller selected this company. At closing I objected to the fee. I was told the fee was a base of $250 plus $2.50 per thousand, per side. That fee is OUTRAGEOUS, A RIP OFF. They refused to reduce it when I objected. NEVER have I seen such a high escrow fee, in forty years. This was a no brainer condo deal, took no effort, and yet mistakes were made. ASK FIRST, BETTER YET TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, unless you don't care about throwing away your money. read more

I DON NOT DESIRE TO GIVE ANY STARS FOR THIS REVIEW THIS LOCATION THIS BUSINESS!!! HORRIBLE services (actually they provided ZERO services) leading by this arrogant bitchy Beatrice Wang. She paid no attention to us-her customers to process our condo sale. She never enclosed nor discussed anything about our rights, our terms but only telling us how much she's charging! I've never heard from her for each transaction till I had to call her for progress, and each time I've found some problems in her processing without communications. She's playing game from hiding details in paperworks she's handling. She's acting like a super high ranking boss refused to talk anything and even hung up our phone calls! She told my brother originally 'do not need to sign paper work to give up a name title as of 'quit claim', yet she's asking my brother to come back to her office again the very last minute right before closing escrow to sign for the document she originally told him no need to do so?! Wow, she got to do or say anything she wants...and those girls working for her are acting as of pathetic little kitties from her constant shouting. This is absolutely terrible! I'll be sure to tell everybody to keep away from this office, espcially away from this nasty Beatrice Wang. She providing nothing but headache with no services at all. She's not professional, bad temper with a big head...too big for my shoes! She's nobody deserved any escrow business from anybody. read more
