Beware ! Do Not use this Escrow. Very unprofessional ! They took my fee. Doesn't even listen to your concern at all. No question can be asked. They are too busy to answer it. On date of signing, I see no sign of the person who handling my case. No explanation whatsoever. No witnesses. Just come and sign the paper and that is it ! At some point, I really ask myself what kind of thing I am dealing with! They handle your case in the very last minute. I had a horrible experience. I used this escrow because of the recommendation of my Agent. Seems to me he the agent was getting his commission from his friend Beatrice. I noticed She has gotten several negative reviews and still continue without any response back. Beatrice Wang the old woman was my escrow officer. She did not provide me complete documentation. When I asked her for full documents she argues with me. I paid a lot of money to her to close my real estate purchase. I believe she just wants to put as much money in her pocket from my real estate purchase. The cushion of $300 real estate refundable fee was never returned or refunded to me! Also to type up a quit claim deed she charged me $200 cash which I found out later was way too much from the Friend who does title. I never even gotten a receipt! We should have asked the questions when she gave the documents to my mother then she hung up the phone immediately, she didn't even try to de-escalate the situation. Great experience. Our escrow officer spent time on all of the details of the deal and was patient with answering our many questions. Office is well taken care of, they have a leather couch in a makeshift waiting area and water dispenser if you need it. How can an escrow company mistakenly add an extra digit to the social security number to the finalized real estate transaction check that caused our family to lose alot of our tax money because some dumb b**** named "Kitty" couldn't perform her duties to the maximum capacity. I made a huge mistake when I did not ask about the fees when escrow opened. I was the buyer, and seller selected this company. At closing I objected to the fee. I was told the fee was a base of $250 plus $2.50 per thousand, per side. That fee is OUTRAGEOUS, A RIP OFF. They refused to reduce it when I objected. NEVER have I seen such a high escrow fee, in forty years. This was a no brainer condo deal, took no effort, and yet mistakes were made.
