I had an exceptional experience and professional service in working with Mike Chou to sell my home in Alhambra and here is why you should work with him, too! So, I actually found Mike through ChatGPT when I searched for top agents in the area, Mike came up first. After reading his reviews, I reached out, and from that very first call, he was exactly who he said he was: professional, kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I had interviewed a few other agents, but knew Mike was the right person to work with based on his track record and his kind demeanor. Selling my first home was bittersweet, but Mike made the process feel steady and manageable. His communication is honestly next level, always responsive, proactive, and patient, especially when walking me through paperwork and answering my (many) questions. Even coming from a commercial real estate background, I can say residential is a different world, and Mike handled it all with ease. Mike is a great agent, someone you trust, and someone you want in your circle. He is 100% authentic and sincere. I highly recommend him, you will not regret working with Mike. read more

From the very first meeting, Mike Chou demonstrated that he was a go-getter. He was the third real estate agency we interviewed, and he was immediately so different from the others. He said, "I can send someone over to get measurements. You pay that person directly. Measurements are something you'll need whether you work with me or not. There's no obligation to work with me." And the measurement person came over a couple of hours later. He said the same thing about the driveway: "The driveway needs to be resurfaced. It would be good to have at least one bid so you know the scope of the project. There's no obligation to work with me or the contractor." Then a contractor came over, took measurements, and gave us a bid. This was all within a few hours of meeting with Mike. This hustle was very impressive. From this stellar beginning to when the house sold, Mike as always pleasant to work with and available for calls, texts, emails, or online meetings. You can't go wrong with Mike Chou and The Chou Team. read more

I posted a review previous to this but just felt the need to follow up again. Since my last review my home has sold. And what an incredible experience! Mike brought a team of photographers, still, interior videos, and a drone for an overview of the property. The end result was an incredible group of interior and exterior photos A+. But most importantly, Mike knew that I was feeling a great deal of sadness and loss over selling my family home of 50 years. He never rushed me into selling. In fact he was very patient with me and sensitive to my situation, always showing compassion for me, rare in today's world. Mike always has a calming demeanor no matter what the situation may be, a true professional. To sum this up, the most important aspect about Mike is that he wants his clients to truly be pleased with the end result. It's not just about the sale. And this made the selling of my home a comfortable experience. If you couldn't tell, I highly recommend Mike. He's the BEST! read more
