Only key highlights listed below, because otherwise I'd write a whole novel: - Eva found us our dream house within 3 weeks of our first viewing. I had been trawling Zillow daily and peppering the team with listings, and somehow still missed out on the property we ended up choosing. It was Eva and teams' sharp eye and memory of our "must haves" that brought our attention to our dream property in the first place. - Eva advised us on our purchase strategy and talked me, my fiance and my family through the best options to secure the property, given our financial circumstances. - There were 18 other offers on the extremely "hot" property that we ended up closing on. Eva had previously worked with the seller's agent on other listings, and I truly believe that her previous good professional relationship with that agent gave us a leg up in terms of understanding our place in the bidding war, and understanding the seller's strategy and motivations.
