Politely requested this agent stop all forms of contact on 2/24, yet still received unsolicited mail on 3/17. If a realtor cannot respect a clear cease-contact request, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and respect for boundaries. I would expect better communication and ethics from someone representing clients in major financial transactions. read more

read more

Let me first say that Rhea is the BEST real estate agent I have met and she helped us bought our dream house at a price lower than expected! Rhea is amazing! She knows the Arcadia market especially well! if you want her house sold in Arcadia she's the one!

Having the right realtor really makes ALL the difference. The first time my mother tried to sell her Arcadia house, she used this other realtor (who shall remain unnamed). That realtor was nice and seemed like she knew what she was doing, but our house did not sell. It's a house in Arcadia--how could it not sell?! Well, turns out that realtor was not very good. This year my mother decided to learn from her mistakes and interview several realtors to pick the right one. Rhea impressed both of us when we met with her so my mother decided to go with her. GOOD DECISION. After seeing Rhea at work, we both now know that the previous realtor was not experienced or professional. Rhea is definitely an experienced professional and it shows in every aspect of her work. Rhea had a great plan from the beginning on how to market the house--hiring professional cleaners, getting the house professionally staged and photographed, listing it online and printing out beautiful flyers advertising our house. Because she had a lot of experience, she knew what would work and what wouldn't work, and was also upfront with us about her thoughts. She was always available for all our questions and concerns, whether by text/phone or in-person at the house. She always made sure we felt heard. If there was something that she could not address right away, she would make sure that one of her assistants would get in contact with us immediately. Thanks to her professionalism and hard work ethic, Rhea was successful in selling my mother's house. If you are looking to buy or sell a house in Arcadia, definitely contact Rhea! She is an expert in the Arcadia real estate market and is no doubt the right realtor for you. read more

Rhea helped me with selling, buying, selling again. She is a very experienced and knowledgable agent. Strongly recommend her to everyone.

I would be upset if Rhea was listing my property for rent. It may be a different story if she were listed your house for a sale, but it seems like she doesn't care about rentals. I was interested in viewing a home she was renting/leasing and it was tough to get a viewing. If it doesn't fit in her schedule 9-5 good luck. I work a 9-5 shift and needed to see the property before or after and that seemed like a real problem. Her assistant always says she will contact Rhea and get back to you, but don't hold your breath. Anyways, I finally bugged her enough I was able to get a viewing. I saw the home and emailed Rhea an offer. Yes my offer was 20% lower than the asking rent, but the property has been sitting for 80+ days, and is slightly outdated and I believe over priced. Well I never was able to even get an acknowledgment of my offer even after e-mailing and texting and asking for a response. I truly feel like she doesn't care about leasing/renting a property as there is not as much commission in it for her. Finally days later calling from a blocked number she told me sorry the owner will not reduce the rent. I politely explained to her an acknowledgment of my offer or a call or email telling me it was denied would have been nice. Not a great exleroan 6/3 - 120 days and still not rented. Rhea.... did you even present my offer to the owner? Do you want to keep vacant to entice owner to sell for a larger commission?? read more
