At the time I was getting ready to sell my house close by, so I wanted to see how the market was. The Open House experience was superb. I followed the house on Redfin and just a few days later the house became Under Contract, and then it was sold at a very good price. When it came to my time, I called Jerry up. He came fully prepared with everything. He provided me full market research, analysis, selling strategy, listing preparations, city compliance/clearance, and a full marketing plan. Everything was well-thought out. Right after the listing, Jerry hosted an Open House event. We received a number of very good offers. Jerry was excellent in the offer selection and the negotiation with buyers. Within just a month, the sale was successfully closed with a very good price. Jerry is sharp, driven, knowledgeable, and transparent. I'd highly recommend Jerry to anyone who needs expert help in Real Estate. He has everything that you need.

He was also generous in connecting us with trusted vendors before we even signed a listing agreement, which gave us the flexibility to decide whether to sell or rent during a slower market. His marketing package was comprehensive, including a professional website, aerials, videos, 2D and 3D floor plans, bilingual marketing materials, and even included professional cleaning. Everything was coordinated in a timely manner to prepare for Coming Soon, Listing, and Open House weekend. Jerry also hired wonderful people. Mandy, his marketing assistant, was friendly and incredibly easy to work with. She had a great eye for showcasing our home and was speedy and attentive with all the detailed edits on the website, descriptions, photos, and flyers. Photographer Michael captured the house beautifully with a variety of angles and brilliant lighting, and Justina went above and beyond in cleaning the house, windows, and garage. In addition to his team, it's obvious that Jerry has solid working relationships with his recommended vendors. Everyone gave the impression that they would treat Jerry's clients well with proper attention, fair pricing, and diligent work to present our home well. Yumi created a thoughtful mood board that helped us visualize how the staging would look. She was generous in sharing design advice and honest about what would and wouldn't work, even for areas we planned to decorate ourselves. Mr. Zhuo rearranged his schedule to make sure everything was finished in time and done in a quality manner knowing Jerry's professional standards. He was very responsive, humble, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. All the preparations paid off when multiple offers came in. Jerry walked us through multiple strategies, shared his recommendations, and was flexible in going with what we were most comfortable with. Near the finish line, Jerry took the initiative to come up with a solution that got buy-in from all parties and sealed the deal before the weekend. We greatly appreciate him for that! Jerry's support went beyond what's expected of a real estate agent. Throughout the process, he helped check on our house and even brought quality food to feed our neighborhood cat. We are truly grateful for that, especially knowing how busy he was. It speaks to Jerry's kind character, which makes him even more nice to work with.

From the moment I met her, I knew that she was thorough and committed to a timely sale of my parent's house. She was very attentive to details. She has a good contact list of repairmen and clean-up people to help get the house ready. I lived two hours away from my parent's house, Ivory helped us arranged an estate sale, cleaned up and staged the house afterwards. I could not recognize the house after it was staged. When we negotiated the offers, she demonstrated an incredible ability to negotiate with all Buyers and drove the price way up above our asking price. We sold the property in "as is" condition, no repairs, no termi treatment, and escrow closed smoothly. Ivory kept us informed almost on a daily basis. She always replied my questions very quickly and she was a problem solver. I was very happy with the sale, Ivory made it so easy for me. There were lots of paperwork nowadays, Ivory took her time to explain them to me, and she showed me how to sign them electronically, which was so convenient since I was traveling when we negotiated the offers. With the e-signature, I was able to sign the document on my cell phone! I recently also listed another property with Ivory and again she delivered multiple offers in a week. We accepted a Cash offer above asking price and closed the deal in 2 weeks. What I really like Ivory is that she is a very trustworthy person, she knows the market well and she works very hard! I would recommend her to anyone unconditionally!!

Ash and I have known each other in the local market for some time, and we've had professional interactions before. This review is not about completing a deal together, but about a real experience that allowed me, as a fellow agent, to see how he consistently puts his client's interests first even in moments his clients may never see. Before my overseas clients arrived, I was helping them look for additional resources and potential opportunities in a specific neighborhood. During that process, Ash mentioned that he had a property that had not yet fully gone active. Knowing my clients' criteria, he thoughtfully shared it as a possible option. When my overseas clients arrived, we went to see the property. At that stage, he was still early in his search and hadn't seen enough homes to make a decision. After spending more time viewing and comparing properties, he realized they still had strong interest in Ash's listing and wanted to see it again this time with the wife present, as she was only then available. By then, I knew the property was scheduled to review offers on December 26th. The request to see the home again fell on December 24th, a particularly tricky time when most people had already shifted into holiday mode, and in the middle of extremely heavy rain. I was also preparing to leave town and fully understood that Ash already had offers in hand and that his assistant was off for the holiday. Under those circumstances, he would have had every reason not to reply to me or to decline the showing. Instead, Ash responded promptly. He let me know when he could come and offered to arrange the private showing himself. Standing in the pouring rain, I watched Ash arrive, open the door, turn on the lights, and get the property ready. In that moment, I felt a deep sense of respect. As agents, we all know that clients often see only the final presentation, the online listing and polished photos etc. What they don't always see is the responsibility an agent carries behind the scenes, especially when the work is inconvenient and unseen. Through his actions, Ash showed that his priority is always his client's best interest, whether anyone is watching or not. As a fellow real estate professional, I appreciate his work ethic, responsiveness, and the professionalism he brings to every detail of his work. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I wanted to take the time to acknowledge him publicly. If you're looking for an agent who takes his responsibilities seriously and consistently puts clients first, I would absolutely recommend Ash without hesitation.

Ash had his own crews for everything: Junk movers, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, painters, gardeners, electricians to add more lighting, and a staging person. Another thing we appreciated is that he or his assistant had the key to the lockbox so random agents could not enter the house without them. That was very important to our 91-year-old mother. Ash truly provided a turnkey operation that made it effortless for our family. Now for the icing on the cake: Ash sold the house for $500K over list price in less than a week with a 30 day escrow to an overqualified buyer. I cannot thank Ash enough and I give him a 10/10 rating for both service and affability. Albert Doornik, MD
