After working with Judy for a while, I just have this feeling, that no one does this better than her. A realtor plays a critical role -- managing the communication and coordinating between buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and more -- all while huge amounts of money are on the line. So having someone like Judy made a big difference. From day one, Judy was incredibly on top of things, had a strong hustle mindset, and communicated clearly. This combination made her an extremely effective real estate agent. When we first started, we didn't even know exactly what we were looking for, and our search took quite a long time. But Judy was always patient. She helped us clarify our needs and preferences, teaching us insights along the way. At so many times, she pointed out potential pitfalls and issues we wouldn't have caught ourselves -- saving us a whole bunch of money and headaches down the road. I cannot express enough how much value this brought us. We felt like we always had a protector on our side. It was like working with Batman if Batman decided to become a realtor. Every time we saw a house, Judy gave us thorough insights, not just about the home itself, but also about tenant situations, neighborhood quality, structural risks, and long-term value. Her expertise was so valuable and gave us a lot of peace of mind. On top of that, Judy's network of professionals, inspectors, and other service providers were so fast, thorough, and responsive. She knew who were good to work with and how to work with them. We're very glad and thankful we worked with Judy. read more

Throughout the entire process, she was amazing at the constant communication via e-mail, text message, and phone calls. We always knew what was going on, and she was very responsive and quick about it too. Not only did she keep in constant communication with us from beginning to end, but she also understood the emotional process behind selling a home, especially because we LOVE the home we sold. My real estate experience with Judy was the most memorable. It was fun and educational. A couple of years ago I came in the real estate world with little knowledge of the business hoping to buy my first income property. She was just very patient with me and she knows the ins and outs of the business. I love the fact that she was very professional. She was prompt and very responsive! Anything I needed from her, she got it. Anything that had to be done, she did it with the sense of urgency. When she says she will help you find your perfect home or your property in my case, she means it. I have not met anyone so dedicated and passionate about her work. One of the many things I admire about Judy is her work ethic and her Honesty! I found comfort in working with her. I closed my very first income property deal with Judy before the escrow closing date. Booyah! Less than a year later I came to Judy again to buy my very first house. She found me my perfect home. I love it. Again, we closed this deal in about a month's time without any problem. My very first deal with Judy was amazing and left me with high expectations. And not surprisingly, she exceeded those expectations on our second deal. I have closed three deals overall. I have confidence in her ability that is why I have recommended family members and friends to her. I know, at the end of the day she has your best interest. read more
