Joycelynn Tan, the number one realtor in the Los Angeles area! She sold my house and got a solid price in a reasonable time. She was very tentative towards our family needs during the process! She will remain my realtor for the remainder of my home purchases. Great realtor, great person and was able to deal with various situations in a professional manner! read more

I am very happy to have Realtor Joycelynn Tan represent one of my rental units. She is knowledgeable and highly professional. She clearly explained her process for finding a quality tenant. Within two weeks, five families expressed interest in my rental unit. For each application, she provided detailed information, including FICO scores, rental history, and employment status. She was extremely thorough. I am very pleased with her service and have already referred her to my sister to help with her ADU unit and four-bedroom unit. I am confident my sister will be equally pleased with Joycelynn's services. Thank you, Joycelynn for everything you have done for me. read more

Joycelynn represented both my father and myself for what ended up being an extremely difficult and complicated real estate transaction. This home located in Pasadena, CA was approximately a 1.2-1.3 million dollar property that was co-owned on title between 4 owners, my dad and myself and my dad's ex-friend and his wife. If I were to go into details on everything that happened between the 4 of us with our realtors and attorneys involved, I could easily write an essay on here on how complex the situation was to navigate. With the number of times we went back and forth, not to mention all the times we had to sign and make amendments to the docusign contracts due to the other side being extremely demanding and exhausting trying to diminish the value of the property just so they could buy out our half at a lower price even though we were willing to buy them out at full market value, we finally came to an agreement and full resolution in the end. I was impressed how Joycelynn remained calm and rational throughout this entire and very stressful ordeal despite their own realtor and lawyer not respecting the process. Joycelynn showed that not only she is patient but also extremely persevering to not give up and fight till the very end during this transaction which literally took 9 months to resolve (January through September 2025). Props to you Joycelynn and thank you immensely for sticking with us till the very end! read more

Joycelynn is not your average realtor. She is the best on what she does and we highly recommend her to be your realtor. We first met her during an open house she is hosting, and though we are not in the market to search for our first home and just looking around, she treated us nicely and makes us feel invited and answering all our questions though we are just casually looking around. That made a big impression to us that she doesn't judge people based on their appearance. With regards to our experience, we can tell that she is organized and detailed oriented. She explained the whole home buying process using a PowerPoint presentation with easy to understand terms that doesn't sound intimidating. This really impressed us and it made us feel confident that we are in the right steps. She is also very diligent when it comes to the paper works and she ensures that she is ALWAYS on top of things. We also loved how she always made us feel re-assured and calm whenever we feel anxious starting from open houses up to the actual turn over of the house. All I can say that she went above and beyond and that she is really passionate on what she does. This is the reason why we are confident in referring all our friends to her whenever they need a trusted realtor. read more

We found Joycelynn online from Yelp, and after interviewing her and a few other realtors, we realized we wanted to work with her. She is extremely reliable, professional, prompt, and is always ready to take the time to explain to us first-time homebuyers about any questions we have (and we had a lot). After first meeting her online, it took just 6 weeks until we closed. (It also took about 200 emails to and from - homebuying is a big effort!) We're very glad we chose to work with Joycelynn, and we would definitely recommend her. It's a crazy market out there, but getting the right agent on your side is invaluable. read more

Joycelynn is just AWESOME! A few months ago, my partner and I were looking for an apartment, and we saw Joycelynn's Keller Williams sign on the street, thought I'd gave her a call to ask for the prices of several units she was handling at the time. Turns out, those units were over our budget, after a brief conversation with Joycelynn, she gathered some info from us, (Our budget, criteria for the apartment, area, etc.), she pretty much went straight to work and she emailed me several units she found that fits our criteria the following morning. Joycelynn is really professional, helpful and very very thoughtful. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to buy/sell/lease/rent a home. We felt that we were really taken care of by Joycelynn, and with her help, the process was totally hassle-free. I'm just glad I gave Joycelynn a call that day, or it would have taken us a lot longer to find a place to move into. Thank you Joycelynn!!! :) read more

I reached out to Joycelynn for help in selling my 3-unit rental property after several failed attempts to sell it thru another agent. What made it more challenging was that there was a similar property for sale beside mine. She put together a clever marketing plan which resulted in 10 offers in less than 2 weeks. Joyce also stayed til the end of sale and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. read more

Joycelynn is an exceptional realtor who's meticulous, honest, and patient. As first-time home buyers, we were unfamiliar and at times overwhelmed with the process but Joycelynn always eased our concerns. What impressed me the most was her organization. Where do I begin? I can't say enough about how Joycelynn made our home buying and selling experience unforgettable. It was our first time selling our home so I in particular was extremely anxious. Add on the fact that it was early on of a pandemic when we had no idea how the market was, you can guess the calls and texts Joycelynn was getting. Not once did i have a question unanswered. She put me at ease every step of the way and kept us informed. She used her expertise to guide us when making difficult decisions. We sold in 10 days!!! She then helped us purchase and settle into our dream forever home. To top it off she has a great eye for style and design so helps give different perspectives and potential to the homes we looked at and finally decided on. We came to grow very fond of her, as if we've known each other for years. That is how comfortable she makes you and the level of trust you have when she is handling your sale or purchase, all the while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend Joycelynn!!! read more

Everyone should have a good accountant, good physician and a good realtor. We've found our realtor! Joycelynn was amazing to work with and took the stress out of our home buying experience. Being a planner, I interviewed a few realtors before diving in to the home buying market. Joycelynn's thorough walkthrough of her comprehensive approach and real world explanation of what to expect calmed our nerves, but it was the time she took to personalize the process to our wants and needs that won us over. Throughout the process she was patient, available, transparent, proactive with communication, and strategic with positioning our offers in this highly competitive market that we feared we could not compete in. After being out bid on our first offer, Joycelynn was reassuring and had us, chins up and back in the game within days. There are so many components of a strong offer and we've learned price is only one of them. Thanks to Joycelynn our second offer, despite not being the highest, came out on top. And throughout escrow her expertise and hands on approach kept the process moving and all parties accountable. We are now proud homeowners and we could not have found a better first home or realtor to walk us through the process. Joycelynn is now taking the time to walk my Mom through options for downsizing. She again has been amazing. She has shown the same patience, transparency, thoroughness and personalization. I couldn't trust anyone more to represent my mom's interests. What's even more appreciated, Joycelynn continues to check up on us to make sure all is going well! read more

I'm not eloquent in anyway so I'm just going to provide a quick set of bullet points on why my experience working with Joycelynn was amazing. Just for some background, this is my first property and I had no idea what I was doing. - Joycelynn provided a quick presentation provided me a rundown of the homebuying process and what the experience would be like to manage expectations - Made every effort to make sure I was well informed and presented the facts to help me make an educated decision - Checked in regularly to see how I was doing and to hold me accountable through various deadlines - Had a network of resources to help me through my loan and financing issues due to my work requirements - Constantly thinking about next steps to stay ahead of the curve against during the search process Simply put, Joycelynn was the best realtor I could have possibly imagined. She prevented me from being my own worst enemy. There were a handful of occasions where the process could of gone sideways (through my own fault) and Joycelynn kept the train on the rails and made sure we were way ahead of schedule. Could not have hoped for a better experience. read more
