We could not have asked for a better real estate agent to guide us through the home-buying process. From the beginning of our search through closing, Mina was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and consistently responsive by text, email, and phone. Her attention to detail was exceptional, especially when reviewing and drafting buyer documents and ensuring we understood every step. She volunteered to host a video call anytime we had questions or wanted to review documents with her! Mina handled communication with the seller's side seamlessly and provided thoughtful, insightful guidance during negotiations that helped us develop a strong purchase strategy. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that our interests were being represented. I can confidently say that Mina has always prioritized our interest as buyers and never pushed us to make rash or hasty decisions. She is a very supportive agent! We are incredibly grateful for Mina's professionalism, dedication, and expertise, and we would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Southern California market. read more

We had the most amazing experience working with Mina! She helped us lease a place on very short notice - we were able to book a showing, see the condo, and sign a contract all in the same day, thanks to her! I was blown away by how fast and efficient she was throughout the process. Her communication was clear and prompt, and she really understands her client's needs. Thanks to her, we've ended up in one of the best places I've lived in LA. I truly cannot recommend her more highly--if you're looking for someone who is responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, she's the one to call! read more

Mina helped me and my husband land our first home in Century City. It was a long journey going through so many houses in west LA, but Mina was always ready and enthusiastic to guide us - from initial house showing to the offering process. Working with her is like working with a good friend. She's honest, thorough and most importantly , we never felt pushed to make the big purchase. Mina helped us purchase a townhouse in the Gardena area. Buying a home is stressful and Mina made the process much easier. I would recommend her if you're looking to do any real estate transactions. Thank you Mina! read more

Mina is the best! I've worked with other real estate agents and nobody compares to her. She listened and HEARD what were the most important things to me when searching for a home as well as through the contracting and closing. She is insanely knowledgeable on everything from contracts to vendors to house materials + their future implications on the build. Her construction background is super helpful while we went to open houses, but really shined during the inspection when she would call out things that would be problematic and to think about. Aside from all this, the thing that I appreciated the most from a real estate agent and just life in general, is that Mina is highly responsive and communicative! Some of my coworkers who aren't in real estate could use some lessons from her on communication etiquette and response times! read more

Mina was so easy to work with great communication and guidance. She had pictures of our house taken and put it on the market within a week of us telling her we were ready to move forward with the sell. After one weekend of showings we had multiple offers above asking. She did everything right as far as I can tell. A pleasure to work with! read more

Mina is the best real estate agent out there. We were first time buyers and she was very thorough & transparent throughout the entire process. From walking us through the entire inspection report, answering early morning and late evening calls and texts. Mina made us her priority to ensure our needs were met and every question answered. We were very fortunate to have Mina working for us and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Thank you Mina!!!! read more

Mina is the BEST! I truly received so much help in every step of the process of finding a new place to settle in. She walked me through all the steps and made sure that I understood what I was getting into. I had so many questions, and she answered them with the great understanding of my needs in a very timely manner. I could definitely see that she genuinely cared about her clients - she helped me a lot even after the closing. She had many suggestions based on her experience, but she also ensured that I felt comfortable with my choices. My timeline was very tight, which meant Mina had to prepare many documents and work on diverse communication in a very short window, and she handled them very professionally. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a professional, trustworthy, ethical, and reliable agent. I'm sure you will be very satisfied working with her, NO DOUBT! read more

Mina made the home buying experience for my partner and I a really pleasant one! She helped us look at several homes in the area until we came across one that was a great fit and felt right for us. From there, Mina helped us through every step of the way, while being very attentive and always taking the time to explain things in detail, which we definitely needed as first time home buyers in a really hectic market. We felt really comfortable and at ease with her always being accessible and patient with us, and even when there were a couple times we felt there were issues she always did everything she could to help us move the process along and find a solution. Another thing worth mentioning is Mina has a very good working relationship with all the other parties involved in the home buying process (loan officer, inspector, etc...) and all the people she connected us with were equally great and easy to work with. The past few weeks have definitely been a journey, but I'm very glad Mina was the one that took us through it! We just received the keys to our house and I can say with confidence it would not have happened if it weren't for Mina. If you're looking for a real estate agent that goes above and beyond and will really take a lot of the inherent stress out of home buying, please reach out to her! A+! read more

I'm a first time home owner, completely lost and confused, and Mina came in and walked through everything, step by step. She was very proactive, honest, hard-working, dilligent, and did everything humanly possible to make this process as smooth as possible. We have been looking casually for a house for the past few years and decided to get serious this year in a time of high demand with record low inventory in the housing market. As a first time home buyer, even the thought of purchasing a new home felt overwhelming... until we met Mina. Mina went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our dream home. She accompanied us to so many houses, answered all of our (sometimes dumb) questions, and explained all of the daunting paperwork very clearly. She made what would have been a very stressful process as stress-free as possible by working with us every step of the way. Just from her outgoing personality, I knew I could trust her in addition to her great communication skills and expertise in real estate. I highly recommend working with Mina in your home buying journey. read more

Mina was amazing! Not knowing which neighborhood we wanted, Mina patiently helped us tour a million properties. Okay, it felt like a million. I was very much over it by the end of it all. But since my husband wants to see everything in the world, Mina calmly and patiently arranged for us to look at all of them. Mina coached us on putting in a backup offer on the home we liked, warning us that it may not go through as the seller had already accepted another offer. Luckily, the initial offer fell through and we got it! Mina really went to bat for us on many occasions with the seller and the escrow company. If you're buying or selling, you want her on your side for sure! read more

Mina was great in helping us buy and sell our home. We got beautiful pictures of our condo and she helped every step of the way so that we didn't have to stress out while moving! We ultimately got 35k more for the sale of our home with multiple cash offers. She is super responsive and always keeps us informed throughout the process. From inspections to movers she had great recs and is a total pro at what she does! read more

Mina helped us buying our first house recently! And I can say that without Mina, it would have been impossible or at least very difficult. I needed to find a bigger place as my 4 months old started to need more space and we were in a 500sqft apartment. One saturday morning, I decided to just show up for an open house, just to see if buying is an option for our situation. I wasn't serious before I saw the house, and met Mina there. I did not even have a pre-approval, but with Mina's help, everything went so smooth. I could trust her from the day I met her and asked her to help us get this house. She connected me to good lenders, who was super professional and helpful, too. Of course I shopped around, but no one could beat the rate I got from the lender Mina introduced me to. Additionally, our case was not an easy one and I had to give Mina many troubles due to my employment situation at the time of buying. I was in the middle of switching jobs, and this delayed our escrow for about ten days. However, Mina was able to make everything work. She not only talked to the sellers to assure them that the deal will go through, and it is just delaying a bit due to my situation, but also she constantly communicated with the lender too for me to make sure things move fast and smooth. She spent hours and hours answering stupid questions that I always come up with as a first home buyer who did not do the homework at all, and walking me through all the paperworks too whenever I needed help understand the details. Best thing about Mina is she is very transparent, honest, and trustworthy. She was always responsive and very kind to all my questions and she always went extra mile to help me out. Now my kid is crawling all over the place in this spacious house and our family is loving our first home everyday! I definitely recommend her and I will work with Mina for my next purchase too. I already recommended her to every one of my families and friends, so whenever they start looking for their next purchase, they know who to work with :) Thank you Mina for helping us get this lovely first house! read more

Mina helped us buy our dream home! We weren't first time home buyers, but it had been a while since we bought our home and the entire real estate landscape had changed. Mina walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She always made sure we knew exactly what was going on and answered any questions we had. She was very responsive and always available through text or phone. We almost had a hiccup closing escrow because of the escrow company, but since Mina was on top of everything we closed right on time! She was constantly checking on the escrow company and the listing agent/sellers to make sure their items were being done in a timely manner. She also made sure to keep us aware of what deadlines we had and what paperwork we needed to send. Buying a house is a stressful experience (especially in this market) but Mina did a great job keeping our stress levels to a minimum. I highly recommend working with her! read more

Mina represented me in purchasing a new construction townhome in Gardena. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions throughout the process and Mina was able to answer every single one or get a prompt response from the builder's agent. Mina knows the South Bay LA market extremely well and gave me helpful and honest advice about trends and growth potential in helping me pick where in the area to buy. It helped me feel confident that I was making a smart financial decision and not letting the excitement of owning a home forget that this was also an important investment. Mina is also incredibly responsive-- whenever there was an issue with the builder/seller, she would pick up the phone almost immediately (less than a single ring most times!) and always be available by text. She was even helpful coordinating logistics with my move when my exact time for closing was up in the air. Ultimately, I was so happy to have Mina in my pocket while negotiating and discussing terms with the builder. Even though they try to sell new construction as if it's a product you could buy off the shelf, you really need to feel confident that you have asked all the right questions and know exactly what your warranties and responsibilities are. Mina helped me do just that! Her knowledge of construction science and contracting also helped me understand which upgrades were worth it and which upgrades were pure upsells. Would recommend her to any friend. read more

We're first time landlords and didn't have any clue around the process of leasing out our condo in Gardena. Mina stepped in and really made everything run smoothly for us. She really just went above and beyond to help us get our condo leased above our expectations! For anyone looking for real estate service, I'd recommend using Mina. There's a few reason why she was such a pleasure to work with: 1. Mina's knowledge of the real estate market in Gardena is just amazing. She was able to not only help us figure out how to price appropriately, but also helped us get renters above the asking! With rentals, timing was also important and she was able to get folks to see the place within days of posting! 2. Mina is super communicative and really kept us up to date on what was happening. We were out of state during the process and it was important to us to get the right renters in as soon as possible. Mina was responsive to our needs and kept us aware of what was happening in real-time so we could quickly make decisions. 3. Mina goes above and beyond for her clients. We were pretty clueless in terms of handyman services, cleaning services, etc as we haven't live long in our place, but she was able to connect us with trustworthy and really professional people to help us. You can tell that relationships are very important to her. The people she connected us with say nothing but good things about Mina. She also was constantly checking in on our place and making sure things were perfect for showings - something that was so valuable to us since we were out of state.
