We reached out to Tiao Properties to rent our 4 bedroom house in Burbank and instead they sold our house. We could not be more pleased. COVID has created so much disruption and uncertainty for the world. We feel so lucky to have Will and Diana by our side - clearly and confidently navigating us through every step of the sale, managing our expectations, and delivering to them. Back in May, our family bought a house in a different state as an investment property. We were planning to renovate and use it as a rental property. In July, we decided to relocate for the remainder of the summer and invited Will to look at our Burbank home. He felt confident that we could get over the average price of a Burbank rental. I interviewed so many realtors before finally deciding on Will and Ken to help me with my purchase of my first multi family property. I chose them because they seemed the most experienced in the space, and I liked that they also had a property management company in case I ever needed those services in the future. Ken was my main point of contact throughout the buying process and it was a great experience. My favorite parts about working with this team were: 1. They truly work in your best interest. Some other agents may push you to close on a deal purely because it will get them paid faster. Ken was absolutely not like that.
