UPDATE: There was no rude or threatening messages. I was an upset tenant in result of your mistake. If you can't handle an upset tenant then you shouldn't have gone into this business. The fact that you asked me to take down my review, multiple times, and then when I did not, you wrote this dumb reply. It just shows that my comment about you being unprofessional is true. I will never take this review down. I can also confirm you did not give 24 hours notice because I get home around 6:30pm and there was no paper there when I got home. It was only after I got home that I heard someone slipping something on my door. As for the money order you lost, it became my business when the distraught tenant called ME for advice. Therefore, I can conclude that my review is not baseless and you just suck at your job. I've only been working in property management for 9 months and I could do a better job than you. I have inherited 4 properties in Burbank & Glendale area two being apartment complexes and single family homes. All of them needed to be brought up back to life with major renovations. Anthony, not only brought things up to a standard but went above and beyond making the properties very attractive and high end looking. I am an out of state owner so it's very difficult for me to oversee things. However, Anthony gave me regular updates throughout the entire process. I submitted an application for a unit in a Tujunga property. I included pay stubs, credit report and 3 bank statements with the pages containing the beginning and ending balance, and the page with the retirement checks deposit, redacting some unrelated deductions. I didn't hear from Anthony for a few days. I emailed and called and left a message. He ignored both. Couple days later I called again and left a message expressing concerns about his accepting financial and personal identity information and his lack of response. Immediately after leaving the message he emailed and told me to remove the redactions and to provide the full bank statements. I responded that considering the times we live in, and rampant fraud and ID theft we witness everyday I would offer government issued statements and stubs and SSA letters showing my monthly incomes. I am a government retiree and could provide official statements of monthly incomes and he already had the bank direct deposits of these incomes. Proof of income can be easily verified by different means. He emailed and continued to insist that the ownership would only accept un-redacted full pages of bank statements - for now. I used to be in real estate though never in rental properties. I contacted the broker I used to work with, and he chuckled that someone would want the responsibility of all that private information, 'he must be young', and said they they only request the first page with beginning, ending balance and total deposits.This guy has been unprofessional, unethical and a bully if not predatory. I would never trust a person (BROKER) who takes personal information from the public and disappears and doesn't respond to calls until warned, and someone who is intentionally intrusive and unreasonable and a bully. The next apartment I applied to, emphasized to only provide the first page of 3 bank statements. Boy, take a law and ethics refresher course. Youth is not an excuse. You crossed a line. I have filed with fair housing and will provide the string of emails. read more

I've lived in the same building for over 15 years, and since Posh Property Management took over, things improved. The building management had been on top of things since they started. Maintenance has always been smooth, with requests handled efficiently and professionally. There is not a web portal, where we can submit and monitor rent, which is a big plus!
