We just had the blinds replaced in our Santa Monica rental, and the customer service overall was fantastic. While there were a few minor delays along the way, Daniel Glaser from Glaser Property Management was ultimately very helpful in getting everything taken care of. He is always quick to respond whenever we have an issue at our place, which we really appreciate. His handyman, Dave, helped coordinate the next steps with Fred Mokhtari at Blinds R Us, who measured our windows. Fred went above and beyond, even coming out a second time just to re-verify two windows we were unsure about. Today, Francisco from Blinds R Us installed the blinds. He is a true professional--meticulous, experienced, and focused on perfection. He took extra care adjusting every piece until it was flawless. A great team effort, wonderful communication, and a fantastic final product. Thank you to everyone involved! read more

I am a tenant on one of the buildings that Danielle manages. He went over and beyond the whole time I stayed there which was about three years.. any problem he handled very quickly. Very nice guy as well. Unfortunately, the owner of the building Really inflated some things at the end of my lease. I left a screen door, bamboo and string lights in the backyard and a bidet . The blinds in the bedroom were chewed by my dog a bit. I asked the owner if I could remove the items he said no and I was on a group thread with danielle and I was able to go remove some items. Screen door was mine so I took it off. He was trying to charge me 300 for a replacement that cost 150 at Home Depot $300 to remove the bamboo and string lights in the backyard that I removed in two minutes and the bidet I was charged $95 for not removing. Applying she charged me $300 for and I sent him the exact measurements of the same ones at Home Depot that were $35 Again, Danielle is great unfortunately the owner of the building really gouge me . read more

Daniel and his Management Company arrived at just the right time and helped us transition from an aging owner/manager (my dad) into using a management company. It was a hard sell to someone who had managed his own buildings for 50 years, but Daniel made the change easy for him and easy all around. He helped bring the apartments up to market rate with suggesting improvements so that we could maximize the potential. He found us good tenants who stayed. He also gave me piece of mind when handing over the reins of two buildings that they would be run as close to how my dad had run them for years. He is trustworthy, collaborative, fiscally minded and when the time came to sell the properties he was able to broker us a great deal with minimal stress. ALthough our time with him is done, I can whole heartedly recommend his Building Management company. They managed our two West LA Buildings for approx 5 years partially through Covid and helped with the handover to new owners. Can't say enough good things. read more

My business partner and I hired Glaser Property Management to help us manage a townhome rental before we ultimately decided to sell the property. Daniel and his team were always responsive (we typically received a response within 1 business day at latest) and also are pros in their field. They have a great network of repairpeople, painters, plumbers, etc. for anything that may need fixing for the property as well. My partner and I enjoyed working with them and are very glad they did a great job helping us with our property. read more

Daniel and his team have been managing my three smaller apartment buildings in Los Angeles for years now, and he's been great to work with. Highly recommend! read more

I was so happy to read all these glowing reviews and was hopeful when Glaser Property Management took over managing our building. Unfortunately, my experience to date has not been great. I am a female senior citizen that lives in a first floor unit in an unsecured building. Glaser vendor / repairman in the course up "upgrades" disconnected my front porch light of which I pay the electric. I have been in the dark now for a week now. i have lived in this building for 5 years before Glaser Management and was never treated this way - complete disrespect for longtime senior tenant. read more

My brother and I hired Glaser Property Management back in September to help us run our two apartment buildings on the westside; as we were struggling with our current management company. Daniel took over with a seamless transition and got everything working for us immediately. We chose Daniel because we felt he had a wonderful business plan for small business owners like ourselves. So far, Daniel and his team have been superb with all the tenants needs and have made us all feel very well taken care of. His communication skills are second to none and always follows through with great work on all levels. I would recommend him to anyone and feel very confident in my decision to do that. The Glaser Property Management team are wonderful! Thanks for everything Daniel and team! read more

We own a 36-unit apartment building. When our RM quit without warning, we needed a replacement but lacked a vacant unit or a competent & available tenant. We don't live nearby and thus needed to hire a Property Manager fast. We found the highest rated firm, and they said all the right things, but their contract was all about fees, a cancellation penalty, and the requirement that we give them 5% of the building's value if we EVER sell it (even if they no longer manage the property). Other companies were similar, and again all about their fees. Then we found Dan Glaser of Glaser Property Management. He too said all the right things. However, his contract documented everything that we discussed. Yes, fees were included, but they were far more reasonable and without a sale or cancellation penalty. Someone has to be very confident of their customer service to provide an opt-out contract. We signed that day, and he went to work the very next day, being on-site each day until a RM was employed. Glaser handles our vacancies, timely maintenance, and maintains clear and accurate financial records that we can access through their on-line owner's portal. We get status texts when appropriate, rapid responses to our questions, and they protect our bottom line by recommending lower-cost vendors. Four months later, the RM at our other building (26-unit) encountered a sudden and long-term medical emergency, so the logical choice was to involve Glaser Management here too. Almost immediately that building was struck with a series of maintenance nightmares (roof cave-in from massive rains, and ruptured drain lines almost every month), and Glaser handled them all in stride without charging extra. We sold this property a year later, and Glaser walked with the broker and prospective buyers, doing everything to facilitate the sale, even though it would mean he was loosing a property. Glaser is always about doing the right thing, and he has never disappointed. read more

If you are looking for a property management company that will take care of your property as its own and be attentive to your needs, Glaser PM is for you. My husband and I own a single 4-plex out in Los Angeles but the level of effort that Daniel and his team put into the property makes us feel like we are his biggest clients. In addition to handling all the administrative tasks such as dealing with the city's rent control unit and Section 8 housing folks, Daniel's recommendations when it comes to property improvements, repairs, and tenant engagements demonstrate the extent of his vast knowledge of the industry. Most importantly, Daniel is always available to any questions that my husband and I have; but we rarely need to reach out first because he is constantly updating us on matters so we are up to date. Thank you, Daniel! read more

I'm a tenant in a small family-owned building that's now managed by Glaser Property Mgmt. I can't recommend this team highly enough. Before Glaser, I was truly at wit's end with my inexperienced, apathetic landlord. I felt hopeless and frustrated because I love the property but dreaded living here as major appliances continued to break down and required services (HVAC, gardeners, etc) were ignored. That all changed once Daniel and his team came on board... Appliances that were broken have been properly repaired or are in the process of being replaced. Daniel and his team are incredibly responsive, organized, experienced, reliable, polite, compassionate, and efficient. (I joke that they were trained at the Apple Genius Bar.) Please don't hesitate to message me if you have questions about my experience... TL;DR -- Happy Tenants = Happy Landlords! read more

I've recently closed on a building and I had no interest in managing it myself. Since management Companies have a bad rep, and given the fact it was my first time experience with one, I thought about going to Yelp for my initial search. Boy, was I happy to see some 5 star rated property management Companies. (only a couple with 5 Stars though) I called all of them to enquire. When I talked to Daniel, immediately I felt how he listens, how he truly evaluates the task in hand before he gets around to his cost, game-plan etc. I decided to go with Daniel and Glaser property Management and so far I am so happy that I did. Daniel seams to be accessible, knowledgable, pleasant, flexible, honest and attentive. For the first time I feel that maybe I could possibly continue to grow my real-estate portfolio without having to sacrifice my Peace of mind. I believe it's early by I am definitely leaning towards placing my other properties in their hands as well as continuing to grow together. Feeling grateful about Glaser Property management and Daniel. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Glaser Property Management on a recent paint job. He was always on time, professional and cared greatly for his client's property. The TL;DR is that if you've been on the hunt for a responsible property manager outfit, then just go with Glaser and be done with it. Zero regrets, I promise. I own a condo in Venice and needed both leasing services and ongoing property management. Based on Yelp reviews, I went with a well-rated PM company. Not to get catty, but they are located on the WESTSIDE. Despite the strong reviews, I received amateur servicing, low effort, and poor communication. Having emigrated to a foreign country, quality of communication and speed of response are crucial to me. Corresponding with these guys was like using a flash light to signal morse code with aliens. Is anyone out there? After going months without a tenant or any real prospectives, I ditched them and hoped for greener pastures with Glaser. Night and day. The brains behind the name is Daniel Glaser and this guy keeps his stuff wired tight. Not only did he provide expert advice on charting a path forward, he executed like a special forces (real estate) agent. He somehow placed a qualified tenant into my unit in the middle of a pandemic. Think about that. Who can pull that off? Word has it that Tom Cruise will be portraying Daniel in the MI installment, Mission Impossible: The Leasing Protocol. The epilogue is tireless servicing and attention to the details. My style of servicing is finding a vendor with strong enough professionalism that I can basically sit back and watch the job get done without feeling the need to hover over them constantly. I got what I wanted. If you're smart, you'll throw away that list of prospectives you've been ruminating over and simply use this guy. Daniel, you're my hero! read more

I am a third generation property manager and real estate attorney. My family and I have Four apartment buildings that Daniel manages. I have managed these buildings for decades without seeking outside management. I have grown older now and I prefer to outsource the building management to a professional. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with Daniel and his team. He is a consummate professional. He responds to owners and tenants alike in an extremely timely manner and is very organized and thorough. He is kind and considerate to everyone and communicates with me on a daily basis on the status of things. He runs my family's buildings as if they were his own. Look no further for a Manager. Daniel is wonderful! Thank you for all that you do Daniel! It is very much appreciated. Chris D. read more

My brother and I decided to retain Glaser Property Management company to manage our family's multi-unit property, and I can confidently say that it was the best decision we made with respect to the property.  Daniel and his team are trustworthy, efficient, and responsive - what more can a landlord want from a PM? Our previous PM dropped us as a client with a 2-week notice right around the Thanksgiving weekend (and I had a two-week old baby at home to take care of).  Needless to say, I started to panic and contacted over a dozen of local PMs.  Daniel was quick with his response and offered to meet me with minimal notice.  Despite receiving cheaper quotes from other PMs, we decided to go with Daniel because of his management philosophy and straight-forward fee structure.  It took Daniel and his team less than a week to fully take over the management of my property and set up a bank account to collect the next month's rent after notice without a hiccup.   Since taking over the property, Daniel and his team have been in constant communication with us to keep us updated on all matters relating to the property.  Daniel's proactive approach in identifying potential repair or tenant issues, and suggesting corrective actions have been very helpful and educational. Not only is he knowledgeable and competent, but we feel like Daniel genuinely cares about our interest ahead of his own.  I highly recommend Daniel and his team without any reservation! read more

This company has really been the best! We have 3 apartment complexes that Glaser Property Management manages for me. During Xmas and the holidays not many companies would be on alert but they were. I Live in Neptune Apt in Marina Del Rey. Property management has been outstanding. Extremely detail oriented, and the efficiency is off the charts. I have to tip my cap to the company but must give a personal shout out to my boy Alex Santana. This guy works his tail off and doesn't miss a beat. Not to mention, he's friendly and willing to go above and beyond his standard job requirements. He keeps this beautiful complex in superb shape and keeps the occupants in good spirits. Fantastic service and great results. read more

Daniel had his team are a blessing. They are easy to work with and respond quickly. Daniel makes himself available at all hours of the day. I recently had a hot water pipe leak in the middle of the night. He was able to take care of the problem and give me a peace of mind. Daniel has a team of vendors that do a terrific job from fixing small things to repairing appliances. During a pandemic, Glaser Property Management was able to assist in getting an apartment ready for rent by purchasing the necessary appliances, fixing the place up, taking amazing photos, and filling the vacancy. Glaser Property Management is month to month, so you are not locked in a yearly contract. I appreciate their hard work and monthly summary reports. I trust this manage company and highly recommend them to others. read more

Glaser Property management is a wonderful family owned management company. I love their customers first approach. This company is small but they will definitely be growing as I am sending all my clients and business to them. Absolutely five-star service. We live out of town and needed a property manager for our condo in Westwood. Daniel responded immediately to my request, and even agreed to meet with us on short notice over a holiday weekend. He has exceptional knowledge of the business, and clearly addressed all of our questions. He truly wanted to help us as owners find the best plan for our unit. His honest feedback was very valuable. We directly discussed the benefits of renting vs selling based on our personal goals. He didn't push or give us a sales pitch. And although we ultimately decided that selling our unit makes the most sense for us, I felt I had to write a review base on our interaction. True professionalism is hard to come by, and we found it with Daniel. read more

I'm thrilled to see Daniel enter this business. Property management can be hit or miss, but there's no hit or miss about Daniel. An extremely high-grade human he has also developed into an extraordinary multi-family residential mind. Trustworthy character. And, trustable able and committed performer. First rate! read more

I live in the Bay Area and recently acquired a new rental property in LA. I interviewed a handful of property management companies for long-term management based on referrals and yelp reviews. Daniel was hands down the top choice based on comprehensive knowledge of the market, customer service, responsiveness, and cost. The property I acquired was left in extremely poor condition -- however, Daniel and his team have been going above and beyond what any property manager could ask for. They have been overseeing the entire process end-to-end, from finding a licensed contractor, picking out all the fixtures, providing recommendations on how to get the highest return on investment. I couldn't be any happier with Glaser Property Management. read more

After interviewing 5 property management companies we knew right away that working with Daniel at GPM was the right choice. He answered my questions effectively and showed me what his company planned to do for me. I have used other companies in the past where they nickle and dime you, especially in finding other vendors to help with problems. Thankfully he hasn't done this. His vendors have been well priced and he or his contractors are able to solve problems quickly. All around a good guy, with a good business. whatever you do, do not work with glaser property management. they are the most un professional, incompetent company around. i wouldn't trust them to manage my property if it were a tent on the side of the freeway! daniel has zero communication skills, is a slimy, shady snake, and has no clue what he is doing in this business. every time we spoke with him it was evident that he is very green and it was his first time dealing with any of these basic issues. it seems like he does not have any experience, at all. there are so many great property management companies out there, save yourself a lot of stress and headache and hire anyone else. zero stars! read more

We have lived at a building owned and managed by Glaser Property Management for almost 2 years now and in that time we have had the best experience. Our property manager Daniel is incredibly responsive and really seems to care about us (which is exceedingly rare to find when renting in LA these days). Any issue we have encountered, whether it's a small repair here and there, an issue with another tenant, questions, or concerns- he always answers our calls immediately and in almost every situation, will be at the building within the hour and handles our requests like a true and fair professional. We have never experienced this kind of quality care while renting before and it makes a world of difference in our satisfaction. We never have to worry whether or not maintenance will be taken care of in a timely manner. We feel like a priority to the management company. We often see Daniel outside getting his hands dirty and caring for the property, making sure that everything remains spotless and immaculate. We live in a super safe area but it also makes us feel even better that the whole complex is surrounded by secure cameras and Daniel is always willing to find footage for us if we ask for it. Overall, we love living here and we are treated so well. We highly recommend this company. read more
